Hi there! Usually, this is a comedy channel. This week however, an old friend of mine got diagnosed with bone cancer so we weren't able to produce a comedy skit. We've been spoiled with support and love for the past few months so this week we want to dedicate all of that attention to someone who really needs it. Please use the comments to send him positivity, strength and smiles!! Thanks for watching everyone.

It's been a long winter... So we decided to go make people smile... Here's what happened... Hope you enjoy!! Love xx

DAY 1: Matt and Thomas make a splash painting and attempt to sell it to art galleries...

SPECIAL EDITION: We somehow got Matt to walk at the Toronto Men's Fashion Week... And he has never modelled before.

Here's what backstage with celebrities at Toronto Men's Fashion Week looks like. And of course, we were not supposed to be there.

THE FINAL PART! Hope you love this one :) Stick all the way to the end... Big announcements coming very soon...

After 18 months... We needed to evolve. We're changing into a name with a purpose much bigger than ourselves... To inspire Generation Y to hustle for they're dreams.. We're going to be doing things we've never done before, in places we've never been. We're going to share the plan next week. Good bye Practical Procrastination, good bye Project30... Hello: Generation Y Not (now it's Yes Theory :)

Welcome to Yes Theory. We spent the month of July 2015 pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones by trying things we'd never done before. And our lives would never be the same again. PS - For those that are wondering, we all had part time jobs to pay for rent/fund the show.

While in New York we decided to one-up the famous Times Square kiss between the sailor and the nurse after World War II.

The Montreal Alouettes invited us to kick field goals with their lead kicker... Boris Bede. Here's the story.

This week we were lucky to be flown out to San Francisco. We realized how fortunate we were to be together and have someone greet us. So we decided we'd try and make some lone travelers' days by welcoming them like they were part of our big weird happy family.

Daniel Craig is rumoured to be retiring as James Bond after Spectre. We were given the opportunity to be James Bond for a day by the amazing BlueBoard team... But we decided to use this opportunity to make an audition tape and send it to Pinewood Studios and EON Productions, that produce James Bond.. HUGE SHOUT-OUTS to Kevin, Taylor, Erica and the entire BlueBoard team who gave us the best week-end of our lives.

We wanted to see how hard it would be to get the guy who launched the "Like" button for Facebook to like our page on Facebook.

If you've got requests, ideas, or feedback please leave 'em in the comment section. We read everything!

2015x46 Love Over Fear

2015x46 Love Over Fear

  • 2015-11-16T05:00:00Z8m

Hi! Usually on this channel we get out of our comfort zone and do things we've never done before. But this week, we had to share a bigger message... We're Ammar, Thomas, Matt and Derin and are from 4 different countries and were particularly affected by the ISIS terror attacks from these past few weeks. At a desperate time, we felt like the most important thing to remember is that we let them win if we divide ourselves... As people we have to stay strong and stay together. Love to you all.

Hi! First of all, we'd like to start by thanking you for all of the support on our last video. Our simple message of love, co-existence and tolerance was very important to us and we're happy so many people were touched by it. As the past few days unfolded we realized our video was being watched but we weren't sure if it was being heard. So as a means for YOU to truly choose Love Over Fear, we want you to manifest in real life. Whether it is talking to a stranger at the bus stop, in line at the grocery store or any setting you feel comfortable with. We want you and all of us to realize that EVERYONE is afraid to some degree. Ammar is afraid of people attacking his religion when in fact there are 1.6 billion muslims on the planet exercising their belief peacefully. Matt and Thomas were afraid because they have both lived in Paris and have friends and family that still lives there... If we realize that these attacks affects us all and TALK about it... Maybe, just maybe, we will truly all choose Love Over Fear. Thank you. Love to you all.

2016x06 WELCOME TO YES THEORY

  • 2016-08-22T04:00:00Z8m

t's been eight months since we took a break from posting consistently on YouTube, but we're happy to say we're back. Every week you'll be seeing our adventures and our lives right here on this channel. This will include all the videos we've made for Snapchat's Discover channel, Brother.

We convinced the Silver Medal Olympian, Sam Dorman, to come dive with us.

*This was made for the Snapchat Discover channel "Brother", which is why it is in vertical* We attempted to pool hop in Beverly Hills on a hot summer day.

Derin got seriously hurt...kinda. This video was created for BROTHER on snapchat - check out our new videos every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - bit.ly/DiscoverBrother Enjoy!

High up in Vancouver, we learned what it's like to dangle in mid-air. This video was created for BROTHER on snapchat - check out our new videos every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - bit.ly/DiscoverBrother Enjoy!

It was our last day in Canada before we moved to Los Angeles so we decided to check out the best sunrise from the peak of Mt. Seymour in Vancouver.

We tricked Derin into getting waxed but we didn't expect him to have that kind of reaction... This video was created for BROTHER on snapchat - check out our new videos every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - bit.ly/DiscoverBrother Enjoy!

Byron Essert, one of the top longboarders in the world, decided to teach us his skills. We ended up wrecking ourselves in the process and it was awesome.

I had a problem with carrying my surfboard. So I decided to do something about it. Van Neistat would be proud out of pity.

We said good bye to LA today and we're looking forward to all the adventures on our travels.

The day before the start. Enjoy!

Day 1 of Project 30 is here. Our first day in Cuba, we attempted to sneak up to the tallest building in Havana. Enjoy!

That time we got stuck in a Cuban military tunnel and Derin wanted nothing to do with it. Enjoy!

Risking it all for some fish... Enjoy ;)

We greeted Londoners at Heathrow Airport because who doesn't like being greeted at the airport?...inspired by Love Actually.

Back in Havana we wanted to take advantage of some hotel amenities... without having to pay for them.

We were at Madame Tussauds in London, and we had to use this opportunity to have our own statues... by whatever means necessary.

We fulfilled a childhood dream of Derin: fighting with Mexican Luchadores. The results were painful, to say the least. Enjoy!

It was our friend Perry's first international flight, so naturally we had to get him out of his comfort zone.

We snuck into the biggest abandoned mall in California with friends. It was dangerous, there was security, and we probably don't recommend you try this.

We teamed up with some of London's social media stars and decided to do Halloween in a different manner this year.

We wanted to look ritzy and we couldn't afford it, but that doesn't mean we didn't do it. Yes Theory are four friends from four different countries who constantly seek discomfort in order to grow. Ammar, Thomas, Matt and Derin met in Montreal, Canada in the summer of 2015 and bonded over their shared desire to live a life that challenged and excited them. Fast forward to a year later, the team is now based out of Los Angeles, making a show on Snapchat Discover every Sunday on the Brother Channel. Enjoy!

Being told no is often a blessing in disguise. There are an endless amount of supercars in London, so while we were there we wanted to get a ride in the most luxurious one we could possibly find. Who knew how many times we'd get denied and what that would lead to... Yes Theory are four friends from four different countries who constantly seek discomfort in order to grow. On our trip to Japan, we encountered one of the creepiest places in the country: Nara Dreamland, the abandoned amusement park that was based on Disneyland. It was built in 1961, closed in 2006, and was finally demolished on 2016. Hope you enjoy it! Yes Theory are four friends from four different countries who constantly seek discomfort in order to grow. You'll never believe how we managed to sneak our way into the hollywood premieres for this years biggest movies - La La Land and Arrival! You'll have to watch and see if we get to meet Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. What should we try next?! We're not kidding. Determined to find an abandoned resort in Mexico, we ran into some really dangerous people. We finally know what it means to go too far.

Song by "Sur La Planche" by La Femme It was Ammar's first time in Europe, and it was our most ambitious episode yet. Using only Tinder to find locals, we relied on the generous strangers to give us shelter, food, and a night out. A very big thank you to every kind soul who helped us along the way. What's YOUR biggest insecurity/fear? Comment! As a way to overcome our biggest insecurities we decided to share them with strangers in public on the Santa Monica Pier. Here's a story about my life...a little reminder that you are good enough and that you can do that thing ;)

We wanted to test our limits by going on an hitchhiking adventure for 24 hours. Enjoy!

Thank you for watching this crazy adventure! SUBSCRIBE if you want more! We've been wanting to kidnap a group of strangers (consensually of course!) to test people's spontaneity for a long time. We're super pumped to have finally gone through with it! We know most of you probably won't believe that they actually agreed to put these paper bags on their heads but... neither did we in the beginning!! Starting on 3rd street promenade in Santa Monica we went on a crazy adventure... Hope you enjoy!! Thank you Isabel and Luis for being such a good sport! Thank you to York from iflyheli make sure you follow him on instagram @iflyheli ! Thank you to the "Best Friends Animal Society's NKLA Pet Adoption Center." Go check them out! NKLA.org/adopt

Thank you for watching this crazy adventure! SUBSCRIBE if you want more! In the past 18 months, we have spent the majority of our time in very close quarters. So we took the opportunity of having our friend Kazzy with us to really test our relationship by getting handcuffed for 24 hours.

We were not invited to any of the big Oscar parties so we thought we'd give a shot at crashing one in Beverly Hills. What we thought was going to be a casual adventure knocking on doors ended up being so much more. I hope you enjoyed watching this! We do not promote that anyone sneaks into parties without permission, we always do this with the best intentions and are always mindful of the hosts. If you do try, be kind!

OK... ANYONE CAN APPLY. We want to hear all the stories even under 18 then we will see :) It's just easier if you're over 18!

We were filming for our Snapchat show in Japan back in May 2016. We were having such a hard time making friends until this happened... :)

We sat down for an interview with one of our role models, Justin Trudeau, as he explained his views on how to be a man in the 21st century.

Hi everyone! We read pretty much all of our comments and one of THE MOST asked questions of all time is asking about where we find our music and what the name of our songs are... We are finally answering that today. Hope you enjoy our secret weapon for finding the best copyright free music to use on YouTube :) Love!

In order to really test our public performance skills, we went to a place where we were definitely going to stand out from the rest of the crowd. And to do that, we had to rip our shirts off...

We wanted to throw the world's greatest party without spending any money. We managed to get an artist, food, drinks, and venue all through the generosity of strangers.

Thomas' dad was in town from Paris and his whole life he's wanted to do two things. He thought we were taking him surfing, but little did he know what he had planned instead... If you're ever in San Diego, these guys were truly incredible...go visit them! skydivesandiego.com Also, thank you to @tonydecou for the incredible tattoos! Who are we? This is the story of when we made a terrible judgement call climbing down Japan's tallest mountain.

Our friend BC has fallen madly in love with his girlfriend Taylor and for a while now he’s been wanting to surprise her. So, BC recruited us to give her the best day ever, without her having any idea. What ensued were 7 amazing surprises and tears, lots of tears.

We're in a tough place but we'll get through it. Thank you guys for all of your love and support so far.

We've swam in their pools, ridden in their golden ferraris, snuck into their parties, and now we wanted to do the impossible...sleep in a billionaire's home for a night. We went to Beverly Hills in our pajama unicorn onesies and gave it a go...and then things went very wrong. Enjoy :)

Our friend Roberto found himself in a pickle by racking up 2 parking tickets he can't afford to pay off.. The worst part is, one of the tickets is on his aunt's car.. So he's freaking out. But luckily, we're here to help. So we came up with 2 creative ways to pay off his parking tickets in a day.. all while having fun. ENJOY!

We're glad to finally share a side of us you've never really seen before. Before starting to make videos both Ammar and Thomas were working in tech and still are incredibly passionate about it. If you're an OG and reading this description we'll drop you some secret info: we're actually building an app for Yes Theory right now ;) No one will probably read this so we're good. Anyways, go comment the city you want us to travel to and hit us up on Instagram it was us super happy.

A few weeks ago we hosted the ultimate adult sleepover. We invited over 50 of our friends to sleep at our house, have a crazy pillow fight and watch La La Land. To all the special ones reading the description, hi HOW YA DOIN? This is Thomas I thought I'd start dropping some personal notes for y'all who actually read this. We're actually super interested to get your ideas for the sleepover 2018, should we host it with all of you in a like a huge warehouse or something?? That could be cool. Anyways, have a good day :D

Thomas has two amazing military veteran friends. 1- Mikhail Venikov, the #1 ranger in the U.S. in 2006, Pro MMA fighter, SWAT team officer, deployed 3 times in Afghanistan and Iraq. 2- Roc Ryder, military veteran, airborne and overall survival badass. They took us on an epic 48 hour survival and military bootcamp. The first day was physically insane while for part 2 coming out next Sunday we learned how to survive in the wild...

We've always wondered what it would be like to have to survive an apocalypse. Would we be able to hold up? Would we be able to get food, water, and make shelter? No. Definitely not. Which is why for part 2 of our military training with Roc and Mikhail, we learned exactly how to survive in the wild. Enjoy!

A few months ago we went to visit the incredible abandoned city called Slab City. It used to be a military base but hundreds of squatters came and made it their home. We went with our friend Justin Escalona and truly had a fascinating experience. We thought the place would be hostile and dangerous when in fact it was inviting and beautiful (in it's own way). Shout-outs to all the description readers out there you know we love you :)

2017x40 Standing out on YouTube

  • 2017-06-15T04:00:00Z8m

We spend A LOT of time thinking about originality and creativity on YouTube. We're obviously not claiming that we've got it all figured out but we constantly challenge ourselves creatively and personally to come up with new fresh ideas. Trying to do something different has surprisingly slowed us down on YouTube, but with time it became appreciated and we're going to continue pushing ourselves to become better creators and better human beings. Don't miss out on tomorrow's secret announcement by turning on the post notifications :) also I PROMISE you will be blown away by Sunday's episode. Our backyard has turned into a piece of art. Can't wait to show you.

This is the story of how a few broke guys created a backyard worth $200,000...with the help of one really great friend.

Hey guys, we've had a pretty rough morning so please forgive us for posting a different video than what we had originally planned. Our house got robbed last night, Final Cut wasn't working, and we weren't able to finish the date episode on time. It'll go up this Thursday though. Thanks for your patience.

Matt is always working behind the scenes on all of our different projects so we decided that we'd have him take a few days off and do something he's never done...go on a blind date. Except this was not just any blind date...it was the greatest one ever. And it all happened in Hawaii (Maui).

Getting free flights is pretty much the greatest thing ever. It's the ultimate way to travel on a budget. Unfortunately it's never happened to us. UNTIL NOW. By making the right connection, we were able to get 21 free flights and had the greatest adventure the whole way through. Enjoy!

Last year when we were in Japan we met Asashōryū Akinori, often considered the greatest sumo wrestler of all time. People call him the Michael Jordan of sumo wrestling. We managed to get a meeting with him and this was days after we had gotten those crazy samurai haircuts, so it was all such a weird and hilarious situation. Hope you enjoy what ends up happening! (aka we became best friends)

Our friend Markian helped us surprise a Yes Fam member, Sammy. We decided that together, we'd do the most uncomfortable thing we could think of: laughing out loud as hard as we could, in public. We did it around the USC Campus. It was hilarious, awkward and amazing all at the same time. And Sammy killed it! We had such a blast. Hope you enjoy!

2017x49 2 Years of YES in 7 Minutes

  • 2017-07-30T04:00:00Z8m

Well, here it is! We are unveiling a new 5-day series focusing on the story of Yes Theory and what lies ahead for us and for you.

Part 2 of our 5-video series focusing on the story of Yes Theory and what lies ahead for us and for you.

2017x51 How We Became Yes Theory!!

  • 2017-08-06T04:00:00Z8m

This is the story of how we travel for free and do what we love for a living. We generally don't talk much about money, but in this case we figured it was important to share how we survive off what seems like just a YouTube channel. Hope you enjoy :)

We usually have a really positive outlook on life, but even us have gotten through rough times and overcame a lot of obstacles to be here. We still do. Hope you enjoy :)

Here it is! The final part of our 5 Part Series is here and it's about YOU. It's easy to think that you can only have fun once you make enough money but what we've learned in our last two years together is that it is truly possible to have an incredible time with no money. So many of the adventures we've been on have required $0 and just some creativity and ridiculousness. So, we hope this inspires you to go out and chase adventure without waiting till your older or you have this or that. Go, now!

HI! So… If you are the couple in this video watching this… First of all we’re sorry! If you scroll our channel you’ll see it’s all about positivity… So to give back to you… Watch until the very end we have a gift for you! Much love.

We felt terrible after crashing a wedding, so we figured out a new way to compensate... go to Vegas, become bridesmaids and best men for a couple's wedding, and give them an awesome wedding gift!

Dear Elon Musk, wanna get in a hot tub and discuss simulation theory with us? We think that'd be pretty cool. Tweet us @YesTheory

We somehow became the first Youtubers ever to be given this opportunity and massive exposure. Follow us on instagram @yestheory to watch the first twenty seconds of the snapchat show.

So this week-end we drove to Las Vegas hoping to make it into one of the biggest fights of the decade... Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor but our trip took an interesting series of events... Watch the full video to see all the crazy things that happened... Much love!

Thank you for all the love and support from our first episode that we aired on Snapchat! We got over 420,000 Snapchat subscribers to our show in less than 48 hours. That number alone blows our minds, so thank you thank you thank you.

We've gotten a lot of requests for this video so we gave it a shot. 3 attempts at changing the Wikipedia pages of 3 artists later and we realized it wouldn't work. So instead, we used an old technique...being friends with a world famous DJ who invited us backstage to his sold out show. It was unreal.

2017x61 we have some news

2017x61 we have some news

  • 2017-09-07T04:00:00Z8m

Alright guys, we've been uploading 2 videos a week for about 8 months in a row now. It's been a crazy ride to sustain since many of our videos take several days to film, but it's been an incredible ride. Our goal is to INCREASE the number of videos we post on this channel with a TON new ideas. The problem is we don't have time to plan out these new ideas right now and we also don't have the editing resources to handle the production value we want to accomplish. SO, we are scaling back to 1 weekly video on Sundays for about 4-6 weeks until we create a sustainable system.. then we'll eventually start scaling up to 2-3 and then potentially more... Lot's of exciting things ahead and we're glad you're coming along with us. NOW, we're also SO hyped to release 5 Project 30 episodes a week from Monday-Friday on Instagram. They're made to be watched on your phone so Instagram was the perfect home for these episodes. Can't wait to see you there! www.instagram.com/yestheory

This is the first episode of a our 7 part series in Egypt. We went through a lot of ups and downs and we can't wait to share those moments with you. Ammar's situation is very complicated and we'll share that with you another time. For now we hope you like this first episode! Much love to you and leave a comment telling us what you think we love hearing your thoughts.

This is part 3 of our series in Egypt where we surprise Thomas with his Egyptian Instagram/Celebrity crush

They may be the happiest people we've ever met. For part 4 of our Egypt series we went far off into the desert by the Red Sea, and spent time with these incredibly kind people who have been living in the deserts for thousands of years. They've never lived in cities, have never experienced pollution, and spend every night by a fire under the stars. Not a bad life :)

Our friend Nourhanne Eisa (@nourhanneeisa) is an Egyptian celebrity and influencer. She's a big deal in the fashion world. She's also terrified of open water. So, of course, we had to help her overcome her fear :)

2017x69 Why I'm Leaving Yes Theory

  • 2017-10-24T04:00:00Z8m

Because of his visa situation, Derin has to leave Yes Theory :( But this has only fired us up even more. Our back's against the wall and we're only gonna take things to the next level.

Hi everyone, we know there's been a sad tone on our channel this week but rest assured... On Tuesday we're back with sneaking in, wheel of discomfort and adventures with strangers... It's going to be NUTS! We just had to get these two stories out. This situation with Ammar in Egypt is very complicated, we hope you understand the situation and appreciate TD's amazing piece at the end. Some of you might not agree with Ammar's decision to stay in the U.S. but at the end of the of day, it's his and his only. Having this emotional weight over our shoulders while traveling in Egypt did make it harder to focus on videos sometimes but it was a trip that was necessary for us all.

We didn't have any plans for halloween weekend... So instead we decided to crash as many parties in the neighbourhood as we could! Make sure to comment what you think Ammar's punishment should be... Love you all and have an amazing Halloween!!

35 strangers came out to Nicaragua with us to build homes and go on the most epic adventures that the country had to offer...tune in next week to see how we built 7 homes in 48 hours

We've been a little too comfortable recently... So we're taking things back to the basics with Wheel of Discomfort Pt. 2!... 5 of us have to do really uncomfortable things in public. Hope you enjoy watching us suffer!

This is the story of how we took 35 of our viewers out to Nicaragua and built 7 homes for a community in need. Techo is an amazing organization making a huge impact within communities around Central America and every donation counts :)

Ammar's much awaited punishment is finally here... We chose out of your comments and in the end he had to find a stranger to swap rooms with.. The result will inevitably surprise you. Like the video and leave us a comment if you want more videos like these :) Love ya!

We are huge fans of the show Narcos so while we were in Medellin, we had to get a tour of where some of the most intense days in Colombia history took place...Pablo Escobar's Prison, La Catedral, as well as the place he was killed. It was a surreal experience, but what made it even crazier was that our tour guide himself was involved in drug dealing in the past and had an inside look at what this life is like. Let us know what you thought of the episode!

Disclaimer: I hope you all know this was just an experiment for entertainment. Please do NOT try to replicate this on your own... And to the venues I hope you just take this as an opportunity to tighten up your security.

While in Medellin, Colombia, we figured the guys should get really uncomfortable by having to get dates and a job, only speaking Spanish. The problem is that none of them speak Spanish very well. So, we got our local friend Steph to tag along and help them out. Let's just say, it wasn't very smooth. Yet when our two girl friends Miku and Lucy gave it a shot, it wasn't a different story. Let us know what you think!

We did something a little different this week when Thomas pranked the house for the first time by staging a robbery... Everyone freaked out and Roberto tackled the robber!

So while in Medellin Colombia, we couldn't resist going to explore Pablo Escobar's abandoned mansion. He's a very controversial figure in the country, so we're obviously not trying to glorify him or his history simply documenting his ruins.. and taking the chance to have some fun paint-balling.

We turned our worst travel day ever leaving Colombia into one memorable 40 hour trip to get back home to LA. This episode wraps up our series in Medellin Colombia. Our Europe adventures start airing later this week. Happy Holidays everyone :)

2018x01 300 Pound Music Millionaire to IRON MAN ATHLETE

  • 2018-01-01T05:00:00Z8m

To start off the Abandoned for 24 Hours series, we decided to leave Matt stranded in Helsinki for 24 hours to see if he could survive just on the kindness of strangers.

2018x03 Telling Strangers "I LOVE YOU"

  • 2018-01-06T05:00:00Z8m

With all the negativity going on around YouTube lately, we decided that we'd go in the total opposite direction...by spreading some love.

Living in LA, we constantly drive by amazing neighborhoods and wonder...what the hell do these people do for a living. So this week, we decided to go into one of the richest neighbourhoods in LA and ask this to billionaires...while eating donuts with them.

For our first episode in Europe, we wanted to get the best view of the city. We're not professional rooftoppers like so many people you see on YouTube so we approached this like amateurs and made the most fun out of it. Our goal was simply to see the best view of Paris that we could.

Hi everyone! Hope you enjoy this episode. We've been super curious about the power of cryptocurrencies so Matt and Thomas decided to test its capacities... By getting Food, Housing and Flights... Using Bitcoin. Watch to see if it worked!!

We're definitely gonna do this again soon so make sure you follow us on Instagram @yestheory to be able to vote!

7,000,000 skeletons exist under Paris. In fact, there's hundreds of miles of mazes under the city, and it's got one hell of a crazy history. We decided to learn more about it and go exploring underneath the city at night.

We invited all of our best friends to ask us some brutal questions... Revealing our deepest secrets. Watch as nonsense unfolds in the Yes Theory House and comment some questions you'd want us to ask strangers! Much love.

FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE DATE IN OUR INSTAGRAM STORY: @YesTheory (get tuned, coming out today)

Perry and BC are our best friends and the two funniest people we know. They're going on an amazing roadtrip together soon called the 'Traveling Good' where they'll be documenting all the good being done in the U.S. So, in order to prepare them for the trip, we decided to handcuff them for 24 hours. What ensued was just purely hysterical. Enjoy!

Calling your crush and telling that person you like them is one of the hardest things in the world... It can be terrifying but also immensely rewarding. Even if it doesn't work out... At least you'll know. So we decided to go out in the streets and challenge some strangers... by asking them to call their crushes.. and tell them they like them. Enjoy!

Since Natalie's call to her crush didn't work out too well in the last episode, we decided to fly out one of our Instagram followers from Canada to LA to go on a romantic blind date with her.

Ellie is an 88 year old superwoman. She started skiing when she was 33 years old and at the age of 82 had to give it up because of too many injuries. Ever since, her dream has been to get back on the slopes one last time. Luckily, our friends at Wish of a Lifetime heard Ellie's story and decided they'd help her achieve that goal. We were so lucky to have taken part in this adventure and want to thank our friends at Wish of a Lifetime a million times for inviting us along on this journey.

Getting a tattoo is a big decision. Which is why convincing a stranger to do it with you sounds like it would be impossible. We decided to go out in the streets and try to make that happen. Little did we know just how many people would be so spontaneous :)

For the second episode of "Abandoned for 24 Hours", we decided to leave Ammar in Paris with no money or help from anyone he knows to see if he could survive just on the kindness of strangers.

Will Smith...We challenge you to HELI BUNGEE JUMP! You've been a positive and motivational role model for the past few decades and have inspired millions, including us, to work hard and face our fears head-on. So as a token of our gratitude, we wanted to get you to face something that might scare you and take you Heli Bungee Jumping with us! We have one of the best pilots in the U.S. on board and would love nothing more than to share such an amazing experience with you.

Last week we challenged Will Smith to go bungee jumping out of a helicopter, something very few would do... and he said YES!! Watch as we freak out.

We are so incredibly happy to see this tribe grow and we can't wait to watch you guys connect with each other and leave a massive, positive mark upon the world. We love each and every single one of you.

There's nothing more spontaneous than a 6-year old kid. But give him $1000 and he takes it to the next level. That's why we asked our friend if we could have his six year old son control our day for 24 hours. The result was freaking outrageously fun.

Hope you enjoyed watching something a little different.. I haven't been this vulnerable and felt so nervous making a video before but here it is... Lana's Instagram: @LanaBlakely and Thomas: @ThomasBrag

Since we had so much fun telling strangers that we love them, we decided to share that feeling with other strangers by getting them to tell strangers that they love them!

2018x33 Went to Germany to build THIS!

  • 2018-03-22T04:00:00Z8m

From all of us here at Yes Theory, our hearts go out to Johannes and Philipp...please send them messages of love and support, they're an incredible group of young guys who actively push themselves to live their most fulfilling lives.

Yes Table ended up reaching 11,500 5 star reviews on google maps after the episode went live on the channel. google took it down after 3 months for not being a “real restaurant” ???? We thought it'd be a good idea to turn our backyard in a restaurant... and invite strangers to come eat. Our goal was to end up as the #1 rated restaurant in the city of Venice, California... and give people one of the best dining experiences they've ever had!

Ammar is usually the one setting us up on dates, so now it was turn to go one. But it had to be different. It had to be spontaneous. So he went on Bumble, matched with an awesome girl named Tali and asked her if she'd go on a spontaneous trip across the world within 48 hours. The rest was the adventure of a lifetime :)

Welcome to the 3rd episode of Abandoned in a City with No Money... and this time, it's @thomasbrag 's turn, who struggled HARD in Madrid, Spain. Watch as he awkwardly walks around the city too scared to ask for help.

Big announcement about Will Smith at the end... But first, we were invited to give our first TEDx Talk... So we thought it'd be interesting to ask a stranger... To come give the speech with us.

While in Panama we thought it'd be a good idea to get tattooed by Ezrah Dormon... The youngest legit tattoo artist in the world. Find him here:

This all started with a question: can you trust strangers you meet on Craigslist?

We've let our Instagram Followers control our lives for 24 hours... And we've been on blind dates... So what happens when we combine both?.. This video is that experiment, enjoy! Don't miss the next episode where we use Instagram and especially don't miss our big announcement on Sunday!

We disabled comment to respect Ammar's privacy. Thank you for the overwhelming amount of love and support.

If you were in that Lyft line, would you have said YES?

Derin is finally back for an episode where we made him say yes to everything for 24 hours... He will come back occasionally in episodes but has to stay in Canada for now (full explanation in the video). Hope you enjoyed seeing him again as much as we did!

Ammar swapped lives with one of our awesome subscribers, Kali, for 24 hours and ended up in Atlanta...check it out :)

We threw a dart at a map... Then flew there to complete 2 challenges... Here's what happened.

When we first arrive somewhere and don't know anyone, our solution is to go out and make friends. And what better way to make friends then throw a rooftop party?

For all you introverts out there, this one's for you.

2018x56 Finally... WILL SMITH!

  • 2018-07-08T04:00:00Z8m

After months of anticipation...we finally met the man, the myth, the legend...Will Smith. And the announcement he dropped is epic. Wait till the end :)

Thomas and Matt somehow ended up in Saarbrücken, Germany and needed to get back to Budapest, 1,100 km away. They decided to get some of our subscribers to join them and roadtrip across Europe. Marteen and Eric picked them up and soon enough, they were off on the adventure of a lifetime. Thank you to these two incredible dudes for taking us all the way in their smart car and thank you to all the incredible new friends we made who hosted us and took us on adventures. We'll cherish this memory forever. Thank you for watching and for being a part of this community.

While we were in Thailand back in May, we got the opportunity of a lifetime. The most venerable Thai monk, Phra Maha Vudhijaya Vajiramedhi, allowed us to spend a day with him and got TD to become a monk for 24 hours. He and everyone at the Center were beyond kind and welcoming and it'll definitely be an experience we'll never forget.

Thank you to every single one of you who participated in this first edition of Yes Theory Runs The World. Even if you didn't make it in this video, we are beyond grateful that you ran and submitted.

Matt and Thomas thought it would be a good idea to walk across a country without a map...

Starting college can be a very scary experience... So to surprise a new student who’s been kind to others in the process... We went around a University’s campus to find an unsuspecting stranger... to pimp out that person’s dorm room... here’s what happened.

To take discomfort to a whole 'nother level, Thomas and Matt decided to blindfold Ammar, take him 3 hours away to a whole different country, Slovakia, and see if he could find his way back...

Here is our second documentary. It’s a story about Ammar’s dream to climb the Pyramid of Giza and where that actually led him to...a dream he never knew he had, deep in the jungles of Guatemala. Thank you for those of you who supported the paywall for the past month, you made this doc and future ones possible for us. Thank you to all of you for supporting our dreams. Hope you enjoy the film now here on YouTube!

Welcome to our Season 2 of 2021! We have 10 episodes coming out with a lot of variety in stories. We are excited to bit by bit start to involve strangers again and hopefully later this year travel all together again. Ammar still can't leave the country for visa reasons so until then.. 2022x11 7 DAYS IN SYRIA IN 2022

  • 2022-07-24T04:00:00Z8m

A few months ago I had the privilege of being able to enter and see parts of western Syria. We went to see a few of the country’s major cities and ancient historical sights. Our trip was very emotionally challenging but also beautiful in many ways. Meeting Syrians, hearing their stories and capturing a small part of what the country looks like today was not a simple goal but one I hope you will enjoy joining me on. Sending lots of love to all of the Syrians of the world. Thank you for welcoming me and teaching me about your culture.

To see whether the internet had any truth in calling this country the worst in Europe... We decided to travel to it and spend 3 days exploring in the search for a spontaneous and immersive experience. With no plan, it truly could not have ended up better than this :)

Eric and I decided to try something we genuinely thought was impossible.. Hitchhike a cargo ship to wherever it was going.. Let the adventure begin. Thank you to DFDS for being such an open-minded company and trusting 2 random guys walking into their office with such a crazy request!!

I think it's safe to say most of us wouldn't trust a stranger into our homes. Unless it was Tom Hanks. I trust Tom Hanks with my life. I mean, it's obvious that man wouldn't hurt a fly. Anyways, I think we've obviously grown wary of each other as strangers. And a few months ago when we sat around trying to think about what the hardest thing to do in China with strangers would be, someone said it. Throwing a party at a Chinese stranger's house.

China has been full of surprises but we've mostly been staying in major cities so we thought why not venture out into the unknown Venture deep into the mainland where we'd have no real control over where we end up and hopefully in that process find people in places we would have never crossed path with in any other way and so welcome to our 24-hour hitchhike competition in China
