Meeeeeeeeh, got bored. Too much stereotype, the blacks are monsters, the whore is a poor "uneducated" girl, the indépendant working woman is a cunt cause she don't want to sleep with the protagonist.
I really don't see the point of this movie.
When a 37 years old say "She's 13 now, and got some shape"... :face_vomiting:. This show is not even great, I started to watch the 2nd part and I can't even remember the 1st part and who is who...
Goods fights scenes, but that's about it, It's very predictable and boring.
Bad story, bad character background explained, everyone dies and I don't give a f*ck !
Boo, Bitch is a fast-paced and enjoyable show that will make you laugh a lot. Although it may not be a show that you will remember for years, it's definitely worth watching for a good time.
"Stalker" is a movie that unfortunately failed to keep my attention. I found myself having to pause the film 11 times, as I fell asleep 15 minutes after starting to watch it. The only thing that I can remember about the movie is that the photography is good. However, the lack of engagement in the story, characters and pacing made it difficult for me to stay awake and interested. It may be appreciated by those who enjoy slow-paced, contemplative films that focus on atmosphere and visuals over action and plot, but for me, it was a boring experience. The only positive thing I can say about the movie is that it could be better than a sleeping pill, if you're looking for something to help you fall asleep.
I found Resident Evil TV show to be an enjoyable watch, although it may not be the greatest show of the year. I did not pay attention to the comments of the critics who said the show "destroyed the games etc." I liked it because it's a metagaming experience, it's not about the game but the story happening in between and after. My only regret is the casting, the actors are not bad but 14-year-old Jade and Billie and adult Jade and Billie do not look alike at all. Like for example, Jade's eyes are clearer and Billie became Asian.
This is a great Tv shows ! The characters are well written and I'm in love with all of them. A great show that demonstrate the importance of education, sexual education, self-acceptance, acceptance of the other and COMMUNICATION !
Great great show, one of my favorites!
Meh. This movie is not worth of the hype around it. It's pretty mediocre, the story is meh, the acting is meh and there's is too much 4th wall breaking...
The whole show is soo much better than all the film ! I'm just disapointg that they got to make appear Luke and R2, come on !, It's a galaxy with billion of poepole, stop using the same character !!!!
The second thing that it's quite dumb : One planet, one place (a village, a temple, a factory, etc...) and nothing else...
I really hope we get more alien in the crew next season !!
Well, I know where they got the script and the character : Zombicide !!
The worst character : the daughter, who feel responsible for the mother whom abandoned her children and want to rescue her... WHAT A JOKE ! Honey, go fuck yourself and kill ya by your one...
And my third point... The pacing is awful... Too slow or too fast.
Not a good movie.
I really liked the script and acting. I'm Parisien, and now, I know how to call my waiter to get the bill !!
In/Spectre is a hidden gem that is not to be missed. This anime is a breath of fresh air with its unique storyline and compelling characters. The main character Kotoko's deductive abilities are a highlight of the show, as her insights and observations keep the audience engaged and on the edge of their seats.
One of the things that sets In/Spectre apart is its ability to blend elements of both the supernatural and the mystery genres in a seamless and organic way. This combination creates a sense of unpredictability and keeps the audience guessing until the very end.
The animation and cinematography are top-notch, with stunning visuals that enhance the story's emotional impact. The music is also noteworthy, perfectly complementing the tone and mood of each scene.
Overall, In/Spectre is a must-watch for fans of the mystery and supernatural genres. The show is a compelling and refreshing addition to the anime world, and it's easy to see why I am already hoping for a second season. With its engaging characters, clever plot twists, and beautiful animation, In/Spectre is a true masterpiece that is not to be missed.
Mel Brooks has a talent for blending humor and history, but unfortunately, this time around, it seems like he missed the mark. The lack of a cohesive structure with the out of order sequences seems more like a desperate attempt at humor rather than a clever way to tell a story. It's a shame because the film has so much potential.
The jokes feel stale and often fall flat, leaving the audience with a forced smile instead of a genuine laugh. And while there are a few moments where the humor is on point, they are few and far between.
One of the biggest issues with the film is its lack of direction. It seems like Brooks was trying to cram too many ideas and jokes into the film without a clear idea of how to tie them all together. As a result, the pacing is all over the place, making it difficult to stay engaged.
It's disappointing to see such a talented cast go to waste in this film. The performances are lackluster, and the characters feel underdeveloped. With a little more time and effort, the characters could have been something special.
Overall, "History of the World, Part II" is a missed opportunity. While it has its moments, they are too few and far between to make it worth recommending. It's a shame because there was so much potential for a clever and entertaining film. But, unfortunately, it falls short.
Everything Everywhere All at Once is an epic film that is now my top favorite of all time. The movie's storytelling is masterful and the characters are so rich and complex that it keeps the audience engaged throughout the entire film. The film's themes, visuals and sound are all top-notch, making it a true cinematic experience. The film also explores the idea that ultimately nothing really matters, which is thought-provoking and adds depth to the story. Overall, this film is a masterpiece that should not be missed.
And remember: NOTHING MATTER!
"Ms. Marvel" is a TV show that is not bad, but not particularly good either. I appreciate that the main protagonist is not your typical cis white male, but it is very clear that the target audience is children. The writing is simplistic and not particularly intelligent. As it is a Disney show, it is to be expected that it would be geared towards a younger audience. However, for someone looking for a more complex and mature story, it may fall short.
The only Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) TV show that stood out to me in terms of its refreshing approach was WandaVision. The rest of the shows in the franchise, including Ms. Marvel, are mediocre in comparison.
Still shitty on season 3. Too much drama and full of non sense
Don't waste you're time watching this, go read the comics, they're much better !
This show is soo good cause everything is unrealistic ! And it's not taken as a comedy or a parody but as a satire of the genre, which a LOT of people didn't understand (the comment here are so ridiculous) ! My favorite part : Bring you kid at work ! (Which end dead and eaten by a serial killer)
I put a 10 at this show, cause it doesn't deserve the actual note put by viewers who didn't understand the concept...
I liked it, it's not the film of the year, but it's refreshing to see superheros who are not super but rather human !
Shitty movie with such a bad script !Like, in this time of COVID, not one government is capable of working with another one, but when a bunch of kid from the future came to help, every one send there citizen to death, no problemo. And, when they capture the mama alien, why dont they send her to the past to make the toxin with more time.
And, at last, they can't send people if you are alive at tthe arrival point, but what about the "future kid" stuck in the "present" at the end ? Will they commit suicide ? It is a genocide then ?
When you make a film about time travelling, the result is always shitty.
I liked this movie a lot. Great acting, great pacing and good ending. At least not the typical US movie where the world is save and the man get his woman. I liked that we see everything with the eye of the child (there's no background or introduction of any character).
And the acting of Sennia Nana was perfect human but not human.
Great story and acting, I liked it very much.
"Things are simple... People, on the other hand, have inexplicable proclivity to make them complicated."
I really like this movie, with a good acting and story !
The concept of using poker as a basis for supernatural powers is an interesting and unique idea. However, the execution falls short of expectations. The plot is predictable and riddled with inconsistencies, which can be frustrating for viewers who want to become invested in the story.
The characters, too, can be lacking in depth and development. While Finn's sniping abilities are impressive, it's difficult to suspend disbelief when he suddenly can't hit a target at point-blank range. This inconsistency takes away from the credibility of the characters and the world they inhabit.
Despite these shortcomings, there are some positives to HIGH CARD. The animation is fluid and vibrant, with attention paid to small details that make the world feel alive. The music score is also noteworthy, adding to the overall atmosphere of the show.
While HIGH CARD may not be groundbreaking in terms of its plot or character development, it still manages to be an enjoyable watch for those who appreciate action and supernatural elements. It's not without its flaws, but it has enough positive aspects to make it worth a watch.
Well, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman (JBC) is not a good actor. He seems fake in all of his performances. Unfortunately, the plot is not bad, but JBC's poor acting ruins the entire movie.
I Can't say more than @fzirit already say. I didn't know who was La Veneno before this show, I cried, I laugh. It's well played, very emotional. Watching the show make me want to read the book.
I didn't read the graphic novel so can't really compare the two but the show is Well acted, well directed, I really love this show.
It's not a great show, but still watchable. I didn't like the Anime, too long for me and I didn't finish it. I like this show because, all the character are not all white as in the anime, the main cast is acting good. The only character not well played is vicious, he remind me Anakin Skywalker played by Hayden Christiansen : BAD OVERACTING !
It's not what I expected, I forget a long time ago about the first show. And in 2022 watching this show is a chore. The drawing are awful, it feel cheap and I don't remember all the story and who is who... Sad, cause I liked a lot the first show!
