One of the best movies I've ever watched in my life. The twist at the end is mind blowing.
Just as I was warming up to the characters, it's over.
That first half of the season needed more character development, in my opinion.

UPDATE 3/18 6:50 PM EST: they finally updated it :joy:
THIS is the stuff that gets me excited about The Walking Dead universe! THIS is the level and care that should go into TWD!
Brilliant episode! Very intense. Love Jodie Foster in this role. Absolutely don't understand the harsh criticism.
Really f-in’ good start. Love the cast. Love the erie cold desolate gritty setting. It’s hard to nail down exactly why it is but this show is just better than the rest. I guess it’s all of it. It’s just good without being pretentious or calling too much attention to itself,

Lesson?
Don't mess with Vikings!^^
Good Episode, but I am a little bit dissapointed....
I mean...
Why didn't they let us see the fight? :(
'Cause:
Let Them Fight!
Maybe wee see them fight King Ecbert?
Fingers crossed.
Never thought I'd enjoy shedding so many tears! Wonderful finale and a tale beautifully told.
It wasn't as terrible as the rest of the season, but I'm honestly just glad it's over.
Such an emotional episode . As someone living in a country very far away from Welsh or Great Britain, I’ve never heard of this tragic disaster before, but learning about this makes me more understand why the club is a beating heart of the town. It’s so meaningful to have the colliery wheel in the Kob’s renovations. For some reason, I feel emotional every time hearing the title song of this season.
The first four episodes of this show were really good, but these last two have been rather underwhelming. Both felt kinda filler-ish, especially episode 5 considering that they spent the whole episode confused about losing their memories only to then just have everything undone in an instant in this one. It was nice to see Soldier Boy again, but I really hope they get back on track for the final two episodes.
Expanding on the style proposed in the film, the spinoff sequel modifies the narrative to further develop the characters, allowing it to address topics such as abuse, harassment or mental health through of a somewhat pessimistic portrait of an environment of constant tension. In the way in which the creators of the series introduce problems that distance from the usual stereotypical representations, it's much more relevant in the representation of the world that it aims to reflect. And it not only proves to be an interesting continuation of a good film but effectively builds its own path.
No way an iPhone battery would last this long on a video call.
Absolutely hilarious reenactment of Shaun’s holiday travel. Brilliant.
Sam interacting with Emma was actually a nice little part of the episode I enjoyed. I don’t know how they always get in that staircase area so easily though surely the guards are not getting paid enough or something??
Looks like they watched the last of us and thought let's kinda do this but with Daryl in France! And honestly? It's the best shit they've put out in years.
All In all, Season 5's first half is basically two episodes worth of plot relevant material stretched into eight episodes. So many fillers and no substance. Yellowstone turned into a music video? Season 5 is 30 minutes of music video and 20 minutes of acting.
don’t understand the bad ratings this is getting </3 i’m loving it so far, very engaged
To be honest, I already like this episode much more than the entire season 1.
Whole season, I was expecting that Frank's going to see Beth again but he didn't. I'm kinda disappointed about that.
apart for the nice soundtrack, episode was ridiculous and just end the show out of its misery.
I feel weird saying this while most people seem pretty hyped up about the show; I get the idea. This is a good episode regarding the concept. But did it really have to be this lengthy and tedious? I got bored out of my mind halfway through the episode, same as the first one. Except, well, the first episode was simply disturbing and traumatic.
I think watching this episode is going to be a new holiday tradition. Better than most Christmas movies.
While Marcus might be a boring character….the realness of conversations in this episode was amazing.
Christina Ricci and Elijah Wood are so much fun together; I love all of their scenes.
This was the best episode so far this season, but it still really only slugged the story along. They tried to act like Georgia and Texas are just quick stops away from each other, and Morgan could just pop on by on the fly and take care of his decade old problem. Sure it's great he got the rifle, but he used it in situations that made no sense since he could've killed almost every one of those walkers with his stick. Wish this season was only 8 and not 16 episodes, already seeing the typical "running in place" going on, just this time with the emotional weight of returning to the start.
At the beginning of the episode when Rick is showing Michonne and Carl how to build a snare, he explains that you do it in a way where there's a funnel so the animal has only one way to go until the end where the trap is hidden. This is the exact way the people at Terminus draw in survivors. They guide them down the train tracks until they get to Terminus where the trap has been laid.
That's so FIIIIRRREEEE
This character 'Dove' isn't working for me, her responses don't seem logical, in particular, at the end of the episode she was angrier at Madison for her mom dying, than at Padre for sending her to kidnap her from her. These are the stupid convenient plot progression problems all the Walking Dead shows shared, people not reacting how real people would react and instead doing whatever pushes the plot along. Oh, and the Padre reveal was dumb, who cares if it's Character A we just met 30 minutes ago or Character B?
