This is just a movie about a movie about a play about a play. And that's where the disappointment lies.
There's no arch. No heroes or foes. No obstacles to overcome. Nothing gets solved, and there's no real payoff. It's just a story within a story within a story and you the audience is expected to marvel at how terribly clever it is. It's incredible clever. But it's not very watchable.
Ultimately it's just a series of scenes, one after another, that you don't care about.
Excellent show. Very pleased. Well written, well acted. And Canadian!
Molly was really stupid to do that. Really, really stupid. And pointless, other than almost certainly death for her, when Woobo was already lost. So, no benefit, only additional loss. Damn.
There are not enough episodes.
Ya just gotta love this show! Fabulous! Stupendous!
Part 1: Supergirl, S05E09
Part 2: Batwoman, S01E09
Black Lightning, S03E09
Part 3: The Flash, S06E09
Part 4: Arrow, S08E08
Part 5: DC's Legends of Tomorrow, S05E01
It would be nice if we had this legend on each of the crossover episodes.
Watched the first episode of this show, and it was very difficult to follow, very scattered and almost made no sense most of the time. Really weird cross between a spaghetti western, black / white warring set in our time. Too weird for me.
Didn't like this episode. Don't like the way they are portraying Keen....not one bit! Terrible twist of events!
Absolutely lovely show. I wonder what new adventures they will get up to in the next season? Will there be a next season?
I think it would be nice if someone did a more current remake of this movie.
Very interesting history about how this show was finally brought to the screen.

I've watched both Seasons and wishing the last 3 seasons weren't cancelled by Netflix. But so far, to me, this seems like the most viable explanation of the universe. Certainly more viable than the God theory.

Boy, that contrary old hag caused her own daughter to be killed. There was no cause to throw rocks at those men just for wanting to walk to the river and allow their horses a needed drink. They are better off without her, that's for sure. She feels too 'privileged' and wants (demands!) an easier life than what is available and just makes everyone around her suffer a more difficult existence.
Ahh, an expose of L. Ron Hubbard of Scientology.
Started to watch this, but it is a total waste of an episode. Just rebroadcasted bits of each episode for the season. pfft!
Love how they are documenting everything so well, and trying to explain each incident and phenomena with science. It gives credibility. Great show.
Was hilarious to see Eddie.......once everyone else bailed out of the boat....he just couldn't help himself but to follow.
This episode deals with a conversation regarding if you have a soul or not. IMO Extending time on the earth by uploading your mind into a VR world, is not nearly as good as the freedom that comes with immortal life from having a soul. We reincarnate, so there is no reason to fear death. After death, there is no judgement, no fear, no anger, only love, understanding, compassion and light.
They referenced covid particulars; the division, the president lying, fake news and the confusion of the public as a result of the previous 3 things noted. But well done, actually, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The scene during the credits was priceless!!!
This guy, Luis, is far too focused on calling UFO's a threat, when they are clearly not a threat to humans.
This show is chronicling the early beginnings of the BAU. Think the show Criminal Minds. This would be precursor to that.
Wishing this was continued and they actually found everything out. But it was very good and I got a bit more information than I had.
Great comedy and it is fun to see E.T. running around acting like a human. Priceless!!
Jared just sealed his coffin and proved that he will never be with Michaela now after how he has treated 2 people badly with callings and didn't believe her. Stupid Jared.
Kind of rude for them to make this episode 2, when in fact, this seems like it was supposed to be the pilot for the series.
It was actually pretty good!
I will watch anything with Tom Hanks. And he never disappoints!!
For me, the moral of the story for this episode, is that the aliens can be whatever you want them to be. If you approach them with kindness in your heart, they will respond with the same. On the other hand, if you approach them with malice, then they will show you all your worst fears and memories.
Honestly, I think this is a good code for all of us humans to abide by. Approach others with kindness and openness, not malice and things will usually work out for the better in the end.
Awesome show, I hope it continues! These two are awesome together! Two of the greats!
