Too bad this show was cancelled. It was a great show.
I found it free on Plex but it wasn't 4 hrs, it was in 2 parts of 1.5 hrs each for a total of 3 hrs. And it was very well done historical Documentary of the Canadian participation in the First World War. You will cry and be instilled with Canadian patriotism after watching.
Nice movie, even though it is fear porn for the apocalypse they are trying to sell us. It looks to me like they used CGI for Hanks or a mask wearing double. So easy to do with only 1 actor in the whole thing. But Holly-weird owns his brand so can use it how they wish.

You need to watch this after Season 2 and before Season 3 of The Mandelorian. It fills in all the gaps. I think of it as Season 2.5 of The Mandelorian.

This is just a movie about a movie about a play about a play. And that's where the disappointment lies.
There's no arch. No heroes or foes. No obstacles to overcome. Nothing gets solved, and there's no real payoff. It's just a story within a story within a story and you the audience is expected to marvel at how terribly clever it is. It's incredible clever. But it's not very watchable.
Ultimately it's just a series of scenes, one after another, that you don't care about.
IF I had seen this in my late teens, I may have been so inspired to become a reporter!! Such a fantastic movie with a fabulous message!
There is an after scene, so don't miss it!

Very disappointed that they cancelled this, when the after credit scene clearly showed they were planning a 3rd season and there are trailers for the 3rd season on YT.
Pretty good. Alexis Louder was the star of the show IMO. She was an awesome character and played the part really well.
Pretty poor excuse for a movie if you ask me. I watched it, but felt it was a waste of time, really.
Unfortunately it is only in Spanish, so if you want to watch it in English you will have to suffer subtitles throughout. Not my cup of tea because too much of my eyes are focused on reading, instead of the pictures.
Surprisingly better than I thought it would be. Good comedy from Mel Gibson really helped. And the main character having a gravelly voice that was so calm, really reminded me of Clint Eastwood and Chuck Norris. Thumbs UP!
