I was actually really surprised it's so good. Looking at recent versions of new shows which are simply terrible like Charmed reboot. Worthy successor of great serie

5th episode till the end, and nothing fucking happens at all.

Josie is the most annoying character in the series, better only than Veronica and Cheryl.

I really hoped I'll never see the annoying little girl from House ever again. But I gave her benefit of the doubt thinking she was just that good at her role.
But after watching this episode I realized she's just that bad at being her.

Bad acting, bland story and shitload of buzzwords that may sound exotic to majority of the audience, but make absolutely no sense to anyone who knows them already.

Mix of better and worse stories at best, lackluster and bland at worst.

Out of all the excellent works of Lovecraft, they chose probably least interesting and original ones.

EDIT I've seen a lot of hate about this series. I didn't apparently pay as much attention as the people who dislike it and listed all the things that were wrong in it.
I still like it, but I'm no Tolkien's fan, I'll probably re-watch the series but first see the movies again too.

The show is full of really ugly actors and animal abuse. Do not recommend!

Holy fuck, before I started watching the show,.I thought it was just a cheesy, high school drama like all which came after, but this series in general, and this episode, showed me that there can be lots of depth behind the God awful 90s CGIs.

You already have Winona Ryder, who did equally horrible job in Stranger Things, and the mom from Babadook, they wouldn't even have to show at the set, Netflix could have just Photoshoped their heads on some intern's body, fuck, maybe even both of them, no one would have noticed anyway.
