somehow frustrated with this movie. a lot of continuity problem. characters poorly developed, overal the plot is a mess. amazing visuals top level special FX. but the plot fails to deliver the well deserved sequel.

It's a series that surprised me positively. I loved the development of the characters in the context in which they find themselves as well as the whole series starts shrouded in mystery. Personally I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to season 2 if there is. The fact that Wanda became The Scarlet Witch was something that was long awaited by the overwhelming part of Marvel fans (who don't remember the comics?) :)
The Umbrella Academy is a series with a content that I consider somehow exotic. The refinement of character development, the unfolding of the story or the constant hang cliff is mind-blowing, kept me glued to the screen.
I don't want to talk directly about the series, without spoilers. But I wanted to leave a recommendation. Despite being a series about superheroes, there is a K factor of humanity. Deep down I loved all the characters, in one way or another I identified myself and lived the story.

Sorry to say. But Pacific Rim 1 even had its impact. It was curious and funny. Now this "uprising" is one of the worst films I have ever tried to watch. There is no character development. Everything seems so badly planned in the story that Jake loses his sister, and on the same day he is all silly happy with his friend as if nothing had happened ... Jake is a supposed thief and Amara a supposed Jagger mechanic (as is possible) ?). Without knowing what moves them, who they really are, they are now great friends ... .for everything .... because I couldn't even see until the end. No wonder that in 2020 I have not even heard of this "uprising", which is at the end a very severe "downgrade".
I just don't give a zero rating, because I even feel sorry for these actors. I think they deserved better roles in films with body, soul and content. If it is to continue like this it is better not to make a film 3 ...
I confess that I am not an old nostalgic fellow of the old series, although I liked the original series. After watch this new rebrand, I don't feel divided, in fact this new series makes the initial plot a must. I think the essentials were maintained and the story had an intriguing beginning from the start. After all the kid is the main actor, because the whole series of what I remember was not only the Robison family, but the whole context in which they are. Lost in space has always been a story with huge potential. You can never miss this strand of soap opera. Can't wait to watch part two
This season is far away from what I was expecting. Love but previous seasons are far better.
My favorite show from all times. I can't wait to see Chris Chibnall out of this, really bad season, the show does not glue me to the screen since Moffat. I can't even remember the episodes, to comment about....
Love this episode but yet, the paradox, I seriously don't like unsolved paradoxes on this Series. Many writers did it, some light or some more weird paradox. This is not the top unsolved paradox, but I would feel more comfortable without. Visiting "your" gran do all that interaction, in other words, thing happened as she always new because of her "Yasmin". How grandmother doesn't know "Yasmin" was there in the past in a very important event of her life? #spoilers lol yet the episode its quite great, focus in some aspects and losing 1 lil tiny detail :P
From the start this new series got my attention, but somewhat didn't like that much to be his sister the evil one. And the police Captain Tanaka got a glitch?? Well if he was a corrupted police, paid to be manipulated how he was the one who arrested the Bancrofts? Bancroft would. Anyway despite that, loved the series. Not that solid plot but good enough for my taste.

WoW I'm still laughing hahahaha This series beats my expectation, in all sense. That line in the first episode with the Krill "can you move , like, two steps to your right" hahahaha Hilarious. I recommend as much as I want to watch more. 10/10
I was reading some comments and reviews and saw lots of negative ones. I felt frustrated and I am not going to discuss personal taste.
I my opinion as far as I remember reading those comic in a fantastic still images in epic comic style with this characters combined to a new plot in the fictional universe that we call "Arrowverse". For me as an old fan of DC Comics I can't be more delighted with the series.
My negative point address to the villains Vandal Savage , which I think should be more diverse. Overall the public rating reveals that the public is enjoying. for me I love it.
It's just freaking unbelievable how the producers kept the views attention. While eleven was the center of the whole plot and the whole weird things happening at Hawkins city with Will gaining more and more importance. Some people are complaining with number 8 but I found quiet necessary to show us in the plot (why 11?, there was 10 kids before? 10 kids with similar power like 11? for me that was a bunch of pertinent questions). Even why the darkness arrived at Hawkins lil town and what was United States Department of Energy doing in the background. This whole plot reminds me clearly the 80's (loved a lot the 1st Terminator reference "showed the premiere at the Hawkins cinema, this just gave the right impression of 80's and when the plot happens). All stick together and from this point I've gave my 10/10 for this 2 season, pretty spectacular!! Sublime, super.
Can't wait to see what season3 will bring us even if I can't imagine what could happen from this point(when the season2 ends).

That was incredible, for me. I have been following with great attention the development of the plot and its characters. Although I read some reviews that do not meet my opinion, I think the argument is well achieved. There are intrinsically deep issues that the series addresses, in my view, well done. Of course this end in episode 8 leaves us with a bitter taste in the mouth, but we are talking about a series, and a season of it. I hope it comes more !!
I just watched the first episode of the series. I did not notice and was surprised to see that the episodes are 60 minutes (I like the format). The plot is intriguing and I was completely glued to the screen. I'll give my 9/10 rating. Very good!!!

O_o <- this is my face. Totally mind blowing, Top-notch series. I was expecting some reference to FutureWorld, when It was revealed the Bernard be a duplicate of Arnold (who watched that movie, got the reference). What blown my mind even more it is the fact that Dolores murdered Arnold in the first place. When she entered the underground that scene reminded me the movie "WestWorld" after the droids killed all in the park. 10/10 Just PERFECT!!!!!
This is a top notch cast and an impressive production. The plot gets more and more evolving and mysterious as the episodes are released. The concept reaches the complex question of how much human a machine can be. AI and the complex question. For me 10/10 top Series that I recommend!!

This series it is much more than what I was expecting. The plot has a lot of potential since the start and in fact that was a key to success, feels like things are evolving more and more, episode after episode. When there's a plot like that, "after an apocalyptical event on earth and Humans return to the homeland (then we have vast scenario to explore, or keep the series very diversified in many aspects) of course with much more survivals than expected. In my opinion the cast stands up and makes this series one of my top favorites. I totally recommend (CW channel did a great work in here, seriously)

I am an old fan of Doctor Who. I will only rated the Ninth Series as great, because of Jenna and Capaldi. Before Moffat, the series I usually rate as 10/10, because of the Doctor. the plot and the actors. Moffat turned the show in a low level random episodes. I wonder when he is going to drop the show. Basically I am a fan of the Doctor, not Moffat.
That was cool to review Greek Mythology and Perseus. Fair remake of the 81' movie.
