So was this episode created to explain why all the episodes of this series are bad — blurred versions of TZ-TOS?
An interesting plot. This type of touch to reality can make things way better.
What have they done to my show?
I was on the fence with this story until the last few minutes. Then it quickly fell into the HATED IT camp.
I want that 40 mins of my life back. The season has had its ups and downs, but this episode was just pure A-grade shite. No idea what it was about or what the story was supposed to be telling us.
So so so so unbelievably bad. The only good thing is that counter to the last few lines, unless the studio is crazy, this will be the end.
This was bad...it was all over the place
Zazie was great but this episode was a hell of a swing. Also the CGI version of Sterling. Ehhhhhh.
The meta of JP's comments at the start gives one hope that the next season might improve? Probably not though. But wanky.
Finally, a good episode. It only took them the entire season.
I really liked this episode.
A silly waste of time. In the end it was just about passing the torch. Which is lame. Just points out more that the new show is about strong black characters. With the white ones continuing to mostly be idiots.
Except there’s no real story and it wastes Seth Rogen. Rogen in it is just to get you to watch the worst episode of the season.
Rogen waking up in a world with no weed would have been way more entertaining.
10/10 for bravery and idea but no big marks for capturing the audience. It is still a pleasant show to watch (what will they come up with next...) but the next season needs a boost in quality.
the switcharoo...
can you say... legendaric
This was completely incoherent and pointless. I have no idea what I just watched. I'm just sorry I wasted 40 mins of my life on this episode.Terrible.

It's very different from the usual Twilight Zone episode, but I wouldn't really say it's "terrible" at all. I respect the angle they're going here and though it's very meta during a majority of the episode, it stays consistent all the way through. It's a fitting final episode for this season.
