The writers put the characters through the wringer for most of this show, so when they get a win for once, it's so satisfying.
I liked how the final scene with Carmy and Claire was a callback to Claire saying no one had ever made her dinner before! There is no way their relationship will last very long
Richie apologizing to Natalie was really well done, it’s crazy how much more likable his character is now after episode 7.
This episode is just basically everyone complementing Richie on his suit, I love it!

hoping there isn’t as much claire stuff. i preferred when it just focused on the restaurant and the people behind it. syd saying ‘it’s his girlfriend!’ was real funny.

This must be the best 'Feel Good Episode' I've watched in a show this year so far.
Don't mind me, just writing this comment in advance for my friend who in episode 1x08 "Braciole", insisted that pronouncing it bra-jaool or brajão was just correct as it's "called an accent, look it up".
Now it is just fine and I have no problems at all with accents as it happens (since everyone of us has one), but if I pronounce Tour Eiffel as Tow Eye-feel and a French person tells me "welp, it's not exactly right" - I may say "yep, my bad", instead of "hey, I'm from Chicago, it's called an accent mate".
So here to honor my sacred oath and say in advance that they'll pronounce "Bolognese" as bow-low-naiz, whilst in Italian it's pronounced: bo-low-knee-eh-say (the term comes from the city of Bologna, whose inhabitants are called Bolognesi. Bolognese, singular).

I have no problems with Molly Gordon's character but 1 kinda wanted them to break up? For some reason I feel like Marcus has a crush on Sydney and Sydney has a crush on Carmy. I might be imagining things tho.

I am actually enjoying the relationship between Claire and Carm, and I'd rather want a storyline where Sydney is heartbroken, because Carm has Claire over them breaking up for the story to progress toward Carm and Syndey ending up together
This show is amazing. Ritchie getting some amazing progression here. Even Sydney had a moment where she wasn't unbearable for once.
