"Doof 101" is an odd beast because it was also developed as a potential pilot for a spin-off show set after the events of the main series, and there is a lot here I would have personally have loved to see. The main plot, which involves Doof teaching a high school science class as part of his redemption that just so happens to have Vanessa in it, is a great hook, and the best part of the episode is seeing how good of a teacher he actually is. I see a ton of potential here and it's a shame it was never picked up.
Though I can see why - the bugs. They aren't bad per say, but considering how good the rest of the episode is, the bugs don't add anything outside of being very funny at points thanks to stellar voice work. Still, hope something like this does get made cause I see a ton of potential.
