One of the wackier episodes but I always appreciate when the show decides to go full on wacky over anything else. It's also nice to have an episode almost entirely about Ferb - the silent part of the dynamic duo doesn't have as nearly much development thus far unlike Phineas, but here he is arguably the focus and we see how he is a lot like Phineas in many ways but also how different he can be as well. His relationship with Steve is something that never comes back into play which is a shame because I feel more could be done with it.
And of course, there is his speech which is one of the all time great Ferb lines - possibly THE all time great. And the Doof plot is fantastic too - it's just weird enough to be out there while also fitting with the tone of the rest of the show.
