As a weekly show it's really hard to follow so many timelines. It feels like it's all over the place.
I honestly don't feel like we need the backstory romance for these characters... so far the only timeline I really like is OG Monarch, with Wyatt Russell, which this episode was sadly lacking. Kurt Russell is doing fine with what he's been given but this show has far fewer monsters than the title led me to believe. I still don't get why they needed to make Monarch a shadowy "evil" organization either - the plot could have followed the kids' recruitment rather than this oddly aggressive treatment they and Lee Shaw have been dealt.
I've got to stick with this because of my love of the history of Godzilla in the movies and my appreciation for the beast's rediscovery in modern cinema and TV. But honestly, the pouting Randas and May the queen of snark are so, so pathetic...it's hard to keep watching. And as impossible as it is for me to admit, I don't think even Kurt Russell can save this mess.
I will admit to fast-forwarding through the Kentaro and May hookup flashbacks. I could not care less about them.
5 minutes of plot, at best. It’s hard to take seriously. Can they really be that cold if they never bother to fully zip up, cover faces, or wear their hoods? Are conditions really that bad if they can maintain an exposed fire without so much as a breeze disturbing it?
4 minutes of story, 37 minutes of filler.
I hope it stops with the time jumps, it's getting annoying.
These characters are so dull. Who the fuck cares what happens to them.
I am going to stop watching this show after this episode. Very mediocre, no excitement. The slapstick jokes are cringe.
And at the end every episode is a monster to keep you at it… but I’m out
Was a bit slow - I appreciated the character building effort but they just didn't pull it off.
the daddy issues from Kentaro are annoying as hell, they are all annoying actually
It's starting to slow down I see why they don't let you binge watch this. If you wait till 10 o'clock the Friday show is available.
This episode was SO dull, zero romantic chemistry between Kentaro and May honestly, hallucination scenes which are always bland and not much story progression. Easily the weakest episode so far
It's kinda ironic how the episode with more titan action and no flashbacks seems to be the most disliked one, so far. What do people want from this show?
There were a lot of poor, or downright insane, decisions in this episode. No sane person would act this way, very lazy writing.
Boring, it was really boring !!!
The most boring episode. Ff eveeything.
As a show where I'm watching to see Mr G and not Mr Russel... this is "disappointing". Hopefully the story will pick up from here
Too much reflection for my liking. Made this episode very drawn out with not much happening until the end.
I wish I never started watching this show.
One word for this episode - filler. Very slow, very dull, borderline no advance in the storyline. I was worried that this series might end up with sporadic short CGI titan sequences interspersed with a plodding and dull story to drag a series out of it. Looks like it might be going that way. Other than Kurt Russell there is zero life or chemistry between any of the characters, cardboard cutouts one and all.

My least favorite episode so far, but still enough there for me to make up for the boring bits
