ooh we're back! in today's episode, aziraphale even more overtly trusts crowley

Disappointing.

Literally nothing happens in the main story.

The flashback is way less interesting, it's just Aziraphale and Crowley having some fun with absolutely no reason or any stake. Aren't they supposed to still be in missions for their respective factions at this time ?

The nazi zombies are a bit fun, but way less than what you'd expect from nazi zombies.

I'm holding space for the fact that i might be a dumb dumb but I truly don't understand the purpose of this season. like broadly what the overarching goals of the story are. the shift from season 1s serialized plot structure to more episodic fair is deeply confusing for me

How does a six episode season have filler episodes???

Rewatch: aziraphale's "I knew you'd come through for me" vs the ending of the season.

The big development of this episode is how aziraphale can openly acknowledge the concept of shades of grey and apply it to himself
