One star down for the old kid. It was clear to me that he's gonna be the only one dying as soon as he went into Cate's head with the main cast, but I didn't expect that they won't give a single fuck about it and won't even mention him afterwards. Did his body disappear? Or is he still alive? They could at least make a joke about it in the next episode.

Not exactly sure what's wrong with the episode.
But I feel like the dream sequence has become an easy exposition dump for the writers. They did something similar in The Boys Season 3 when they had to explain Black Noir's flashback and everything that happened back then. Mixing up everyone's memory and conveniently have everything panned out like that is not a great storytelling.
The Sam x Emma moment was fine, but how everything was resolved quickly when the group came into a conflict is quite too convenient. The ending was quite interesting, but everything feels like a filler only that the writers can get into the point to drop that ending and get the characters to band together and speak against power. It's quite a weak setup - and a too easy one at that, especially given most, if not all, characters there were ambitious students who want to rise to the top, now they were willing to easily abandon all that?
Also, where did Dusty go? The 28 year-old that looks like a boy. They just kinda forget him.
soldier boy cameo was dope. lotta inception type vibes.
The first four episodes of this show were really good, but these last two have been rather underwhelming. Both felt kinda filler-ish, especially episode 5 considering that they spent the whole episode confused about losing their memories only to then just have everything undone in an instant in this one. It was nice to see Soldier Boy again, but I really hope they get back on track for the final two episodes.

Emma is hands-down the best part of this show.

As most people here, I wasn't too excited about this one. Just felt less invested than at the start. Let's see what the final episodes give us.

Despite what it was trying to achieve here it never quite hit the right notes. Andre was super annoying the whole episode and his imploding speech was so over the top it's unreal. The acting and dialogue from the sister was weak. And I'm sick of the media acting like the first time a guy has sex he's gonna magically be amazing. Is it some male fantasy bs?
Are we really supposed to support lovely Emma being with a psycho who is ready to pop any second? Abusive relationship vibes. Girl deserves better than this.
This show has ground to a halt. Last two episodes are a massive bore. I really don't care about Sam.
A kid died right next to them and got exploded to tiny pieces and they were discussing other matters and morals like nothing happened and judging each other actions
The simple wooden house with bunker door for a room on the ground floor with a simple glass window !
Not to mention when they got back to the real world They didn't even check or care about the kid who got exploded in her memories and they kept judging each other until sam arrived
Mother so scared of her daughter so she made that massive ass bunker door that costs a fortune and hated her for killing her brother all this time but gave her a sort of a room built with love with a nice pc somehow

All characters gave such powerful performances during all the flashbacks I'm so in awe of how fucking good this show keeps becoming
like all sci-fi/heroes shows, we finally reached that dreaded flash-backs episode for this TV show. lol
