Why am I watching this... writing is weak and the girl UGH K-9 is a better sidekick.
Labs on lockdown? Lets vent all that to the atmosphere every 30 minutes! Double air-sealed doors that don't auto-shut and allow you to open one without closing the other... so what's the point of double doors? A computer program written to let you misplace a decimal point and disrupt the experiment by the scale of 1,000. The lab fire didn't include the area that the guy's dead body was in. Glad to see they milked getting the doctor's eyesite back for 2 whole episodes. I cannot wait for Moffat to be gone, he doesn't even try now.
so many negative comments. i have a hint for everyone (i know this is gonna be a lot to process so you might wanna sit down): if you dont like it, dont fkn watch it!!! AMAZING ISNT IT???? sure the season has flaws but the seasons have had flaws ever since amy and rory left. if you wanna bitch about a show all day, and SPECIALLY if you wanna bitch about bill just cuz you dont like that shes not your everyday girly companion, dont watch the damn show. if you wanna hate-watch, at least shut up and let others enjoy.
Ugh. These last two episodes have been terrible.
It's sad how new Bill is with the whole president stuff and getting things planned and sorted. Clara was very quick with these kinds of things and would come up with plans, and she'd be used to all of this.
It's understandable Bill is overwhelmed with all this, but it just feels a little sad when you think back to past companions and when they've had a lot of travels with the doctor they become very capable beings. Very capable weapons.
But Bill does learn quickly in this situation.
Why is the secretary general surrendering when he hasn't been in the situation long, and he knows how much the doctor saves them, and the doctor hadn't given an order.
Ugh.
It's weird how quickly these leaders were prepared to surrender their world, when the doctor is right there too.
I didn't care about Erica at all. We hardly had time with her and she wasn't built up much.
Don't like the deal with Bill giving consent.
Very disappointing episode after the previous one. The villains seemed so powerful, and in this episode they seemed very standard, in a standard episode formula, and their motives and behavior are kinda rubbish and don't make much sense.
The previous episode was the first decent one in the whole season. But of course, being a two-parter, they had to botch the ending. What a stupid way to waste a good idea.
And people thought Clara was the problem with the show. Hah.
A simple to follow episode that had some fun bits and like most of this season is resolved differently to most of new who. I appreciate that but feel this season lacks punch. I do however admire the way the big picture story is revealed throughout the season in a way that doesn't overload newcomers. I hope this style stays for a few seasons. I think I will get used to it by the end of the season only to have it changed with the new showrunner. I enjoy Moffats work but feel he changes the season style too frequently.
The problem of the last 2 seasons already, the stupidity of the storytelling. High Security Lab on Lockdown with ventilation system to the outside world - really!!? - the opposite would be case in such a lab, a real lockdown and a burning system already integrated. This mistake was already done in the past on a Christmas special with the master and a radiation venting system on the last episode with David Tennant. This is in no case excusable. And this terrible keypart of an episode solution combined with an overall terrible constructed story, again. All my every-days dreams are more creative. My own thoughts about the story while watching are better than the real story in the end. Although the alien design is quite good.
I don't know what is worse:
1. having polluted my brain with this shit
2. seeing some people blindly still rating recent episodes high - no matter what or how bad it becomes
3. cocaine addicted writers having no doubt delivering such rubbish
4. imagine the writers really getting paid for that, no matter what they do
The series started quite well but has rapidly gone down hill. This isn't fun anymore. Writing leaves a lot to be desired. Starting to lose the plot - me that is - writing happened a while ago!

What stupid end. Why Bill choose to sacrifice Earth against The Doctor. Besides The Doctor can regenarate himself after the blast. So many incohenrence in this episode.
