He finally got to lit his cigarette!
Brilliant Episode mate!!!! Bloody hell of a time!!!
I love Matt Ryan so much as John Constantine definitely nothing like Keanu Reeves' version... I might add. He's a bit more cheekier.
Legends back on track! Great times!!
Mallus, John Noble = wow amazing casting!!!!
Sara and John shag so they say...
"His girlfriend is a guy" - Mick LOL
[Spoiler] Constantine gay?? Well this was unexpected. Actually if he was gay in the earlier stories, I really didnt know.
The electric between Ava and Sara is pretty and the way Snart told it to Sara was awesome and very cute : “Gay, not blind!” :))
Constantine should be on Tv, twas a great series! Maybe The CW is working on it by giving some episodes with Constantine to us.
And whatttt???? Sara and Constantine kissing??? So confusing man!
And Snart back to his world was sad...[\spoiler]
Overall, great coming back story and I love every second. Thumbs up!
They should have cancelled LoT and kept Constantine going, instead. Apart from the overuse of the word "luv", it was nice seeing him back. Constantine was the only good thing about this episode (hence my 7). This show sure is going down the drain fast with Rip gone from the helm.
Edit: it seems Mallus' voice is John Noble's, so that's definitely another good thing about this episode. He's an excellent choice to fill in the void left by Victor Garber.
The insanity corner of the Arrowverse is finally back!
What a joy to see Matt Ryan as John Constantine again. His name has been popping up in articles regarding possible new members of team Legends since the beginning and we finally got a taste of what it would be like. I'm gutted to see it's only one episode, though... if only they had done at least a two-parter, so that we could really see the banter with everyone else. Oh well, at least he got some quality time with Sara... and the cigarettes NBC denied him.
Also departing is Leo Snart. As much as I love Cold and just seeing Wentworth Miller again, I never felt like this version of the character was in the right place - I understand it is some sort of "last hurrah" for Miller, but there was really not much justification for him deciding to join the Waverider. The whole "about to be lobotomized" scene was too good.
I was wondering if the Darhk that showed up at Jitters was the same we have been dealing with this season so far (I mean, in the order of things, is he coming from fighting the Legends before, or some earlier point in time to save his daughter). He has to be the one from this season though, I imagine he saves his daughter knowing she grows up to assist him in the future.
This is as like an actual Constantine crossover episode rather than just a cameo, I loved it, he even mentioned Newcastle. Hope he joins the team soon!
I'm glad this season continues to feature Darhk because he is just a delight to watch. Witty, snarky but maintaining his evil. My favorite kind of villains are the ones that have humor.
A cool darhk episode, get it ?
Finally a great episode. More like this would be good

Legends is finally back! Man, I missed it a lot. I was so hyped for this episode and man, did it deliver!
This makes me nostalgic for Constantine. Seriously, some network just buy bring Constantine back!
I wouldn't find it weird if there's a crossover with Supernatural now. The Legends could use some help, whatever the source. They even used the same set as in the Supernatural episode in "My Time of Dying".
The episode looked more like a Constantine one featuring the Legends, but it's ok for me. As always, Matt Ryan was amazing. Seriously, he's the living incarnation of his counterpart in the comics. If he comes to me now telling me he's the bloody embodiment of John Constantine I'll buy it.
I'm so sad to watch Constantine go. If memory serves, I remember reading that he was in for a two-part episode. I really hope his brief cameo in the Beebo episode didn't count as an episode for him. However, according to what he said about researching aboutthe totems and stuff, I'm positive he'll be back. And I can't wait til it happens. He worked really well with the Legends, in fact he fits in the team. I'd like him to be a recurring ally of the Legends. That would be enough to satisfy my hunger for Constantine.
Matt Ryan is outstanding. He's absolutely perfect on that role. I don't think no one could top it. And I love that accent of his. It drives me absolutely crazy. The callbacks to Constantine were great. The whole Astra and Newcastle were two great references that only make me longing for the show to be back. Just listening to the Constantine music during the episode made me smile like a five year old boy watching his favourite cartoon on a Saturday morning.
Constantine finally got to lit his cigarette! The running gsf of not letting him smoke until the very end was particularly funny. That was a nice jab at the NBC network. Same as with the peacock feather in the Arrow episode a couple of years ago. Btw, I loved the way Gideon reacted.
Speaking of, Gideon is the freaking best thing ever. She's a savage, lol. Sara must be feeling really awkward. That strange moment when your own ship ships your ship. That's really confusing. I just love how much Gideon wants Ava and Sara together. That must be her otp.
Sara: "Gideon, can you give me a line on Ava, please?"
Gideon: "Yes, Captain. Would you like some privacy as well?"
I love how they're handling the whole "Ava and Sara are gonna hook up". Having Ava blushing, giggling and playing with her her and then Sara trying to play it cool while correcting herself made me realized that when they do indeed hook up, none of them is going to survive that.
"Really? I mean...cool. Cause I wanted to...compare notes and I thought that maybe if you'd like to come to the ship...". That was really smooth.
I can't believe Rory spent the whole episode watching sports, but then I remember it's Rory, so it's just part of his personality. I loved how he managed the team and showed his captain skills. "Haircut, take the new girl, find blonde, fake Start and Trenchcoat; Amaya, the mid-day; Pretty, library; Water bitch stays in the freezer". That scene had me rolling.
Ray and his anti-magic nanite gun, lol. There we are, going with the nanite gag again.
"Helping me with Mallus". That euphemism of sex needs to stick.
I didn't quite understand how Darhk is okay with a freaking demon possessing his own daughter. He seemed to be very fond of her during that atrocious season of Arrow. However, I expected him to hesitate, at least just a bit. To him it might seemed that everything turned out ok. Man, I knew he was bad but "allowing a demon to enter your own daughter" bad is just one step further. Neal McDonough really knows how-to play a bad guy. He's amazing at it. "Family reunions can suck" and then Darhk disappears with a whoop. That made me laugh hard.
The whole Kuasa-Amaya interactions were great. And that "you need him too" kinda confirms what I assumed, that Nate is her grandfather.
Snart, I mean, Leo, was amazing. Wentworth Miller did a great job at portraying Leo the way he did. He didn't even resemble the Snart we all know and love. I particularly loved his "I hope no one was trying to seduce anyone when I was about to be lobotomized".
Leo: "I'm gonna ask Ray to marry me"
Rory: "Ray?"
Leo: "My Ray, not your Ray".
That also got a giggle out of me.
So Rip escaped prision, eh? But did he? Or was he kidnapped? Or maybe it was Wally the one who helped Rip escape prison? If that is so, did he have a prision break without Rory and Snart? Anyway, I'm glad we're finally getting Rip back. I just hope he stops being a douche.
