LOL :D
Finale in season 4 was awesome
I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS
Agreed. This show is amazing and one of the best dramas on TV right now. If you are looking for a new show to watch, pick this one.
Man what a show wonderful every episode is peak mainly I have became big fan of a Jessi pink man
Breaking Bad is a product of what we might call the “second wave” of the golden age of television; the time when other channels besides HBO got in on the act of making movie-quality, mostly serialized TV, with boundary-pushing subject matter.
Because Breaking Bad first premiered nearly a decade after The Sopranos launched the era, it was obviously made with the benefit of the lessons learned from the first wave shows. Because of this, I suspect it will hold up a little better than, say, the first season of The Sopranos, which now looks like it was made in another time.
Many people have talked about Breaking Bad as one of the greatest TV shows of all-time, or perhaps the greatest. It is definitely not the greatest fictional TV show of all time – that award should probably go to The Wire if we’re being honest about it – but it is probably the greatest “thriller” TV has ever produced, and it is one of TV’s great black comedies.
Like most great drama, Breaking Bad tells us something the human condition: it shows us how crime actually happens. Most people aren’t born criminals or don’t one day wake up and say “Hey, I think I’ll be a meth kingpin!” Most criminals become criminals because of circumstances and the poor choices they make in response to those circumstances. Walt – though he is an extreme case – and Jesse are far more representative of actual criminals than Todd, who is a total psychopath and seems to have been “made” that way. (In real life, a small portion of people clinical psychopaths but most people are just trying to go about getting through life and most people are going to rationalize their bad – and good decisions – which psychopaths and sociopaths do not need to do.)
So we have perhaps the best fictional TV story of how someone can go from “good” to “evil” simply by the choices they make when faced with difficult circumstances.
It’s interesting; I know a few people who have suggested Walt was always “evil.” I think this is an odd and overly traditional – i.e. religious – interpretation. Sure, we all have the potential to do terrible things, but that is only because there are no actual extra-human moral laws forcing our hands. Really, most of us are just normal people who do not face terrible circumstances every day. Trying to claim that Walt was always evil ignores the central message of the show: that the failings of healthcare and drug policy created the desperation that sent Walt to alternative means of earning money. It is only when he succeeded in transgressing that he began to lose his moral compass.
So, on the whole, the show is effective and, as I said, stands as one of the great thrillers in the history of the medium.
I had two major problems with it, neither of which I think makes the show on the whole particularly weak. I still think it was probably the best “thriller” in TV history, as I already said.
First, the longer the show went on, the harder it was for me to suspend my disbelief: Walt and Jesse should have been caught or killed multiple times and what we might excuse for luck once or twice got hard to take eventually, especially when it came to Mike, a professional who should have easily handled or avoided Walt.
Second, and for me much more serious, was the ending. If this show wanted to make a real statement about the power of circumstances and bad decisions in crime, Walt should have never been allowed to complete his revenge. Remember, he was dying of cancer. A shocking, uncompromising, unconventional and incredible thing to do would have been to let us see Walt’s plans for revenge, and to buy into how he was going to accomplish them, only to see Walt succumb to life: to cancer, to some associate of Tuco’s or Gus’ or Mike’s who had been missed or, frankly, to have been hit by a bus. Allowing Walt to achieve his end exactly how he saw fit – to get closure with Skylar and to provide for his children – added an element of poetic justice to the show that felt, to me, totally inappropriate and out of tone with everything that came before. I can’t help but feel disappointed that Walt was able to free Jesse and die on his own terms. He should have failed at his final mission. That would have been incredible and would have made it, in my mind, one of the greatest TV shows in history.
Sometimes, a show is just made perfect.
Greatest show of all-time hands down!
It's almost the perfect story.
Had a few episodes that were meh, but overall it was fantastic.

This shit is so overrated. The Wire is better and more realistic. I can't take bryan cranston seriously. He's made MILLIONS from shooting numerous guns and yet in real life he is an anti gun bitch. If you truly don't believe in our second amendment then you shouldn't be on screen glorifying gun violence for profit.

I love this series very much!
My first American show. Thank you
in the beginning it was boring , in the end looked like the beginning , doesnt live to the mainstream expectations
Lives up to its reputation as seminal, cornerstone television. It’s a tragedy first and foremost, of a man so beholden to his ego and pride he dooms everyone around him, and it’s incredibly compelling to watch his fall and everyone around him realize the time bomb that’s come into their lives. Sharply written and impeccably acted, Breaking Bad is essential watching
8/10. Slow going, but the world building was necessary at the beginning. Watched because of the memes tbh.
Already rewatched once & will probably rewatch again. One of the best shows ever made.
TBH, I was expecting more after all that hype... Narrative is super slow and I had to force myself to finish it since I spent a lot of my life waiting for something interesting to happen.
Quite a ride, huh?
The most intense and wonderful journey… I have loved every minute of this masterpiece and it’s rare to have such a phenomenal ending.
I feel so grateful to be able to enjoy this extraordinary work of ART!
maimdjw oh evsosvsiev side effects on a new window and the
"Dread." This is what you'll feel in the early episodes in the series. Reason being you will be really in Walter and all the other people's shoe. You would get the scenario and feel like it is hopeless for all parties involved. It's how good it is as a show, that you would really be immersed in this world made by Vince Gilligan
If you are slightly interested in the show due to the comments you found. Check out the videos section of this page and watch the trailer. Shows impact people differently so give it a watch and see if it sticks!
This show will question your moral compass and have you picking sides. But in the end. I love the contrast on how I felt in the beginning of the show and the end. In the beginning it is full of dread, in the end you still have that feeling but in a positive light somehow. Maybe, it's because finally over at that moment or the ending showed the humanity inside Walter. However, he still had unfinished business which why it was bad ass about that machine gun thingy in the end because it shows how Walter treats his grudges. This show was good!
I wrote a lot on each season as I finished but:
Breaking Bad is an excellent show about a man who, through his own pride, ego, and hidden power fantasy, brings down everyone he loves and himself.
All he had to do was accept the money. All he had to do was accept help. But he was adamant to doing things himself, even at the very end. Even when it cost him everything.
It's just incredible. Everyone should watch this show because it's just, so good. Peak Drama, I'd call it cinema, that's so stylish and cool and, even though it didn't for most of the show, it felt like it knew exactly what it was doing. Career making and best performances from the entire cast, There's a reason why I can see myself watching this again decades from now. It's just that good, and I cannot wait for the next sort of series to grip me with this magnitude again.
This series is not one of the best, it is the best. There's no way anything can be near the quality of this one. Every other show you watch could be 9.9 but cannot reach a perfect 10. This is the perfect 10. Even more than 10.
BB/BCS: THE GOAT, THE GOAT
If you didn't watch Breaking Bad. Consider me your enemy till you do.
The Greatest Show ever made
Obviously I’m practically obligated to give this a perfect score. While not my favourite show of all time, I think it is technically the more flawless of my two top picks (the other being Attack on Titan). It’s a slow burn, but it still manages to keep you completely engaged, and it’s such a vivid antihero tale. I love antihero tales.
Breaking Bad is an excellent show that showcases exceptional acting and a riveting plot that is full of unexpected twists and turns. The show is widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time. The show's exploration of the complex moral dilemmas that its characters face is captivating. Breaking Bad is a show that keeps you on the edge of your seat with every episode, constantly surprising you with its shocking turns of events. With its masterful storytelling and compelling characters, it's no wonder that Breaking Bad has become a cultural phenomenon and a classic of television.
Best series ever made without a doubt. Sometimes it's like a Grand Theft Auto game come to life, other times a Coen Brothers or Martin Scorsese film. So ridiculously engaging, with incredible performances and so many twists and turns your head will spin. The prequel Better Call Saul is the same level of quality, with much of the same team and returning actors, adding up to a depthful, perfect crime saga 15 years running full of humor, heartbreak, and action.
Breaking Bad: 10/10
Better Call Saul 9/10

When you start watching a show everyone and their mother is convinced is a ten outta ten, you watch it looking for reasons why, and I found every single reason why this show is a master. Character development of Walt is unmatched, spacing ,timing ,acting and everything else. Breaking bad is a masterpiece.
Which is why it's going to receive a perfect score
THE GOAT !!
No show can't beat this masterpiece so far.
I did try to like this show, but after the episode with the fly I gave up. I was hoping it will grow on me as there was so much hype about it, but I just can't get into it. There is a lot to like about it, but maybe it is just not for me.
one of the best shows of all time. character work is insane and there are so many iconic moments. what a ride
Phenomenal. Entertaining from start to finish
greatest show of all time
Possibly the best series ever put to screen, but I can't say for sure until I've watched everything else, which sigh might take a little while.
Absolute Banger Show of All Time!
I'm fucking addicted to this show and I can't just watch it twice and be done with it.Dammnn!forever hooked
Best series I've watched in my life so far. Scenario, characters, staging, the end... Breaking Bad is a show that once seen, remains anchored in us forever.
I should’ve seen this show a lot earlier but better late than never! 11/10
Killer show loved it and close to originality u can get
Is just worth ese,so worth
Great show. It does get slow in some parts but the story is plain brilliant with one of the greatest tv show finales!
So fucking overrated couldnt even finish it
I can understand the appeal, but at the same time... it's just so slow. I watched the whole first season and I just don't care enough about it to watch more. the memes and YouTube videos about it are both hella funny and hella entertaining though, I won't lie.
Fucking brilliant mate- can’t say anymore
A no-nonsense TV show, each character are so well written that they can have their own spinoff. In terms of acting everyone is top class. This show will lead your catharsis to the apex.
An incredible show that showcases a masterclass of writing and acting rarely matched by other programs. A great cast with some amazing performances highlighting the drama and intrigue of the universe this show exists in. The weakest of episodes is still good television, and the strongest are some of the best TV you'll ever have the opportunity to watch. It's humorous, action-packed, tense, horrific, and engaging throughout, and the journey of Walter White turning from a likeable antihero into a horrific villain is one for the ages.
(+) Insanely good writing that interweaves minor details into major plot elements
(+) Great cinematography that captures dramatic, tense, and humorous moments with skill
(+) Fantastic performances across the board that help enrichen and strengthen the characterization of each character
(+) Each episode has a hook that will make you want to binge to your heart's content
(+) Small details give greater depth to the story as time goes on
(+) A fantastic finale that wraps everything up in a satisfying way
Final Verdict: 9.94/10 (Masterpiece)
No review needed as this will just get drowned out amongst the sea of reviews but I need to say it, Breaking Bad really is the greatest show of all time. The plot, the pacing, the cinematography, the acting, my god the acting, I can't say enough good things.
Believe the hype!!! It took me way too long to watch this masterpiece. I felt enthralled by season 2, obsessed with both of these men and desperate for them to succeed even though they weren’t the typical heroes. One particular episode features the song ‘Truth’ which instantly transports me back to this show with every listen.
Amazing show!! Character development is great
The best TV show ever
Just One Word..

Unbelievable acting, especially Cranston and Paul. Two of the finest performances I've ever seen. Beautiful cinematography, tense action, engrossing drama, fascinating character development, fantastic editing, wonderful writing and meticulous pacing. There are no flaws.

10/10 overall
Good show, very realistic, that I highly recommende.
I finally had time to rewatch "Breaking Bad", and it has been just as fun as the first time. Definitely one of the best TV series ever made in terms of writing, direction, and acting. Popular series tend to grow stale over time, but the quality is uniform throughout the five seasons here. Everything is crafted so carefully that even the subplots and fillers are worth it. It's basically a crime drama with a lot of focus on exploring the depths of all characters. It's not a new formula but has the perfect balance between action, black comedy, introspection and tragedy. The cast is what makes this series so unique: even though the spot is on Walter and Jesse, the side characters are just as iconic and meticulously written that even potentially boring daily life sequences and family drama events are entertaining. Gus is one of the best villains in television history, but does he really count as a villain? I understand that he could not stay around forever, but after he is gone I couldn't help feeling the void that he left. Hank didn't get the same recognition, but I personally thought that in the end he was one of the most likable and multifaceted characters, and the one with the most realistic development.
Even though I enjoyed the whole series, the first two seasons are by far the best in terms of pacing, development and realism. It's impossible not to binge-watch mid-season one to early season three. Things get bigger and more complicated in later seasons, but basically rely on the same structure and situations of the first two. Season three and four introduce great characters like Gus and Mike, but season finales apart the pacing significantly slows down. A lot of situations also start to repeat themselves: Walter and Skyler have the same conversations every single time, Jesse gets manipulated by Walter and turns against him when finding out, Jesse loses himself and gets saved by Walter in some unorthodox way, etc. Season five tries to change the game a little and mostly succeeds, the second part in particular offers a lot of great moments as all storylines start to close. The ending was maybe a bit low-key, but it felt like the right thing to do without getting too unrealistic and leaving loose ends.
Best tv series ever, period.
You have been born just to watch it
I have seen it and I loved it:heartpulse::heartpulse::heartpulse:
a must watch masterpiece series ever made
This might just be the greatest TV show ever made. High-caliber filmmaking complemented by high-caliber screenwriting complemented by high-caliber acting. Nothing about this show is out-of-place. Breaking Bad wasn't just a show -- it was an extraordinary phenomenon.
Breaking bad was brilliant Jessie and Walter were the best ones
One of the best TV series ever created in my opinion. Seasons 1-4 were perfect, season 5 was a bit off for me and I wish they ended at 4 but season 5 still had some amazing moments
Best series ever no1 serie in the world
But...what I want...what I want, what I need, is a choice.
Walter White
Honestly after all the hype I’ve heard about Breaking Bad I thought I would finally sit down and get an understanding of all the breaking bad references I’ve heard over the years and why the show is so highly praised. I was always skeptical of starting this show since Brian Cranston has always been (still is) Hal (Malcolm in the Middle) for me and I didn’t want to start thinking about him as Walter White/ Heisenberg. Another thing that stopped me originally from watching was that I thought there would be too much emphasis on the drugs (making, selling, etc.) than the psychology of it (power complex, turf wars, murder, etc.) but luckily it focuses more on the later.
The first two seasons were rather slow & repetitive in my opinion, constantly going back and forth about making meth (or not to) and Walter's physical/ psychological condition. After season three (more precisely after the introduction of Gus) I think the show definitely picked up due to the exponential growth of operations and looming threats.
Some things I didn’t like about the show were the unnecessary character stories (Marie’s shoplifting/ lying, Skyler’s cheating, etc.) even if they gave us a deeper understanding of what the person is like. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the end scenes playing out bit by bit at the start of the episodes leading to the season finale since you knew it wasn’t going to be that detrimental to our main characters (which was mostly correct) and personally felt like it to took away some of the anticipation (in terms of storytelling). I also watched the series on Blu-ray and was rather annoyed that the subs for the Spanish/ German weren't embedded which meant I had to keep turning on & off the English subs to understand what was being said.
Overall I was happy with how the series ended (except how a few characters died) which made me happy since a lot of very popular series generally have very crappy endings (like Game of Thrones).
Love it will watch it over and over, always catch something new.
This is the best tv series ever.. Hail Heisenberg
10 - Totally ninja!
This show did the impossible, be great and stay that until the end. It was sad to see it end, but what an ending it was. Great props to everyone who had a hand in making this show.
I don't believe that there is one way to describe, It's an Awesome Series that totally encompasses all:see_no_evil::hear_no_evil::speak_no_evil:
Who knew Malcolm In The Middle dad would be so bad ass. Bryan Cranston is an amazing actor. Very good on season 1 of Sneaky Pete as well.
Will in the season 1 i was waiting for something big, because from what I heard about this show it’s “Legendary” show, but the season one was fucking normal one. Same goes to season two and three, In the fourth season it became more interesting and the show attracts you more than before. But when we talk about season five will it’s fucking another story the last season was the best.
Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed this show.
I will give it 8/10 :pray_tone2:
y cannot za
the shows?
This series is just perfect, has a great script and great actors. One of the best series I've ever seen.

The characters are fantastic and complex and so is the plot... I don't think the series is perfect, but from my personal experience is the closer to perfection.
Its a fucking masterpiece.
10/10
