S01 was pretty amazing the way they fit the story around events that had taken place. Only negative would be a bit too much on the relationships. S02 moved away from current events and focused a bit too much on the overall story line. S03 wraps it up in a pretty little bow for all the characters except for one. The cast is excellent throughout all seasons. Don and Sloan have great interactions and provide excellent secondary story lines.
