I absolutely love this episode. It's one of the first Star Trek episodes I can remember watching, so it has huge nostalgic value for me. And it has everything that I love about classic Star Trek: endearingly simple special effects, Spock and his comments on human emotion, creepy baby, and Kirks delicious nips.
