This episode actually left me speechless... Genuinely one of the best pieces of television that I've ever seen. Dourif absolutely eats up the scenery, and Anderson gives a fantastic grieving performance of someone who just lost their father suddenly and needs closure. If you tried X-Files before and gave up, I would recommend giving this episode a shot as it holds its own place in the series.
