Not my cup of tea normally. The cases Luther (Idris Elba) works on aren't really compelling and his relationship with his ex-wife is super problematic. But his relationship with a character named Alice (Ruth Wilson) is electric. It's sexy, funny, and scary all at the same time, and unlike anything I've seen on TV. I wish the whole show were about them.
