Pretty good sequel to a film that did not need a sequel. The continuing story of the race car Lightning McQueen leaves back off at a few years later after he has won a few more championships and has full embraced his life in Radiator Springs and putting it back on the map. What seemed like it was going to be as fun trip for him and his best friend, Mater, going to another country to expand his racing brrand in an international race, turns out to be a plot twisting edge of your seat adventure with spy espionage. With that said, although entertaining, there were a couple things wrong; only a few main characters from the beloved first film were in the movie for a good amount of the film and the action scenes were a bit graphic with gunfire for being a kids rated movie.
