Soooo... I realise that I'm sort of sticking out like a sore thumb here - but am I really the only one who finds the characters very, very hard to like? Maybe it's too early to judge, I'm only three episodes in, but so far pretty much everyone seem to be cold, selfish and prone to intriguing. Yes, I do realise that times were very different back in those times, but still. It doesn't really matter how excellent the actors are and how historically interesting everything ought to be, I still find myself drifting off in other thoughts while watching and let's face it; that is not exactly good grades. We'll see. I'll make a small break and watch something else for now, I might return and change my mind completely. Fingers crossed, because I really WANT to like The Crown!
