It's a good natured, really fun family movie. It has loveable characters, and at its core, it presents a great wholesome message, but one that's also kind of troubling, proposing that even the toughest most hardened criminals are just cuddly deep down, and that prison really isn't all that bad. Is this really a message we want to give to little kids...? It's definitely not deserving of it's perfect rating, but it's a damn fine family movie.
