I have never felt so conflicted about a season of NuWho. There was so much hinted at the start and during the season that didn't really develop. Generally like other episodes I felt this one had some really great lines, interesting ideas and better attempts at Science Fiction. However I felt too much was crammed in and for a longer episode its a pity more restraint wasn't shown. Previous episodes and seasons have been over explained but this episode and season sometimes under explained. This means that characters emotions and thinking isn't explored either. I like all the other NuWho regeneration episodes and seasons better however I respect this one more than most for trying and being different.
