The first 7 minutes of E01 are my favourite cinematic moments of all time... Then you proceed to knock it out of the park over and over again. Absolutely fantastic, thank you. Please sir can I have some more?
I give this series The Mark of Shame!
Why is everyone giving themselves The Mark of Shame? Who did they think they were even doing that for? Anyone who has never played the games isn't even going to understand the significance of the symbol or the act. The Arbiter and Makee branding themselves with The Mark of Shame is just cross eyed.
Not to mention the symbol is much more powerful in the games. As The Arbiter fails to stop Master Chief from destroying Halo he is disgraced and given The Mark of Shame. These are iconic characters and moments, how can you reduce them to a 3 second shot that nobody even understood?
A lot of other changes didn't bother me. Master Chief removing the helmet didn't even bug me as much as some of the sweaty nerds that were raging for personal reasons. This is a joke though right? Now you're just trying to get a negative reaction from fans.
I tried, I really did... Until I realized that all the best characters and moments were being reduced to nothing. Should have just made a show based on Halo, called it something completely different and scrubbed all obvious similarities because this is not even close.

Weakest Frank Castle casting of all time, even weaker it was considered a sequel. Thankfully this didn't leave a stain and everyone just forgot about this film.
If you want more Thomas Jane look up "Punisher: Dirty Laundry" a short fan film which puts this movie to shame.

Alternate title for this film was "Lord of the Spies". It is based on the film franchise Mission: Impossible, but they didn't respect any of the source material.
This episode was originally named "How to create an incredibly clever, unique and original universe and then completely shit all over it!"
This is the beginning of the end for me. This was the first episode I started to feel a divergence from the original concept. It's a terrible decision and does not pay off. There were many other potential endings and the one they went with was boring and pathetic.
I really liked this episode until the end!
There were a lot of poor choices by these characters which, unlike other Black Mirror episodes, was not concealed by the sheer complexity of the universe. There were quite a few moments where fear or panic would not explain their decision making.
Revealing what they were ultimately searching at the end completely ruins this episode. The interpretive nature of their journey and what compelled them to put their lives in danger was the best part... Then the creators decided the entire story was worth diminishing by conveying to the audience one more time how stupid these people were.
A thoughtless mashup of styles. This movie has zero clue what genre it wants to be and feels like it was directed by someone who hates storytelling.
I wish I could unsee this film. What an excruiciatingly painful experience. Way to ruin the franchise with amatuer mistakes and carelessness. This movie could have been good if a single person who worked on it respected the source material, history, and physics. This has to be one of the worst cut and edited films I have ever seen. Continuity is so terrible it is distracting beyond expression.
This made me hard af, and it won't go away. I called my doctor and he said "Me too."
Entertaining and engaging animation, I enjoyed the visuals. Terrible story, it feels like a teenage boy with too many fantasies but zero experience with the opposite sex wrote and directed this. Most of the characters are laughable and childish, their relationships make no sense and the story isn't compelling at all. Maybe something was lost in translation...
It is a mistake not listing this film as a comedy. Extremely entertaining if your sphincter is tight and mind is open.
If you want something non-traditional with too many themes to count, colourful performances and cinematography as bizarre as Alejandro Jodorowsky's The Holy Mountain... then look no further than this nut busting freak show!
The hardest part of this film to stomach is continuity. There are a lot of strange cuts which lead to head scratching uncertainty. Coming in close second is the story which is almost complete nonsense. Although I could be alienated by some of the significant visuals as I am a cultural amoeba.
This is the worst movie I have ever seen. You can skip 15-20 minutes ahead at any point in the movie and miss absolutely nothing. Film takes 2 hours to start and then still nothing happens.
Solid world building and storytelling! Movie really holds up even now and sets the tone for the entire series. Warwick Davis we love you!
Watch EP8 first, then continue on in order from EP1 to EP7, you won't regret it.
