Guys say whatever you want but the truth is It's not so bad! So f##ing forget game of thrones ending and give this guys the respect they deserve, atleast they are trying hard to make things right.
This was the worst show of Summer 2020. The same thing kept repeating in every episode with different characters.
I won't recommend anyone to watch this.
As someone who's been a major fan of many TV shows for years and years, and someone who only got into Lost a few months ago: Lost is the greatest thing to ever have been televised. Seriously. Nothing has ever been so immersive, atmospheric and ambitious as this show. It had me gripped from start to finish, and I was genuinely satisfied by the ending (it's incredibly misunderstood). There has never been a TV series as big as Lost, and there may never be again.
Don't you just wish you could wipe this show from your memory everytime you want to re-watch it?
I'm really liking this show (I think I've said it every week/every review). It's just enjoyable easy watching. I'd gladly watch another season of this.
The mood switch song is really the worst i have ever seen on a series
“I chose her because I couldn’t imagine we’d ever be friends.”
Ouchhhh, that one had got to hurt:sob: Annabeth hasn’t been particularly likable so far so I get where Percy is coming from 100%, but seeing her face fall at that statement definitely broke my heart a little bit
This was the worst anime of Summer 2021. The only good thing about this show was the character "Siesta" but that wouldn't cut for the awful plot. I thought it'd be something related to "Mystery" because of the word "Detective" but I was so wrong.
I won't recommend this one even if you've nothing else to watch.
Why is Takemichi so stupid, he comes to a realization but doesn’t do anything about it, just why!
"No! You aren't Steve Jobs!" - Hahaha, that was unexpectedly very funny
The way they switched positions... so extra!
If you're looking for a heartwarming and enjoyable anime, I highly recommend watching My Happy Marriage. This anime beautifully captures the essence of love, commitment, and personal growth within the context of a heartwarming romantic story.
Nailed the goodbye scene between Sanji and Zeff. Thank you OPLA.
of course they had to tribute the OG series. They sang My Sweet Heart in a totally cutesy way that made me cry. Can't wait for season 2
This show is far from over, but it is already the best Digimon since the original series. Turning Digimon into a mystery thriller probably saved the franchise. It's enough of an original story that you don't have to be fans of the original to enjoy it. You may need to avert your child's eyes from time to time as it can get surprisingly graphic for a show meant for older kids.
EDIT: Unfortunately, while still technically being better than most previous Digimon entries, it got stuck in it's own gimmick and couldn't figure out how to be anything more than a Scooby Doo monster-of-the-week kiddie show... with a lot of material that is not appropriate for kids. The finale throwing a curve ball and saying that it was aliens without any setup what-so-ever ended this experiment on a whimper and tremendous disappointment because of what this show could have been for the franchise.
This anime had a great start but then it became all about philosophy. With the know-it-all attitude of the characters and shrinking animation quality this became one of those "watchable at best" anime(s).
It was truly an amazing story. It was interesting from the very first episode. There was no unnecessary anime cliche and it gives a perfect vibe for this type of story.
In my opinion, the only down point was the Climax scene which became a bit unrealistic (How did Linda hug that old Banri?? Seriously!). Also there were so many same flashback scenes but I've lived through Naruto, so it was fine for me.
Although the story is basically about Kōko Kaga x Banri but Linda x Banri would have been better.
This anime is a definite watch for sure. I'll recommend it to everyone.
this episode sets up a spinoff series with the name of the episode title, it was a very good episode and if the spinoff is anything like the good doctor, chances are it's going to be good.
Bon, Eko, Sera, Kamu … Fushi!! :sob::sob:
It’s getting better and better!
Wow, this series has everything to become better and better. Very well structured story, in addition to the excellent CGI and script.
Oh, how I missed this show.
Right back into the theatrical-quality visuals and storytelling without missing a beat.
If you're a Dragon Age fan, you will love this. From the trailers I was worried it was going to be too much in the style of Castlevania or Blood of Zeus, aka adult animation focused more on action and killings than plot. And there is a fair bit of fighting, of course, but it was well balanced and the story was cool as hell. It felt just like the many stand-alone Dragon Age graphic novels do, with all the references to people and places fans of the series have long come to know and love.
And I'm not ashamed to say that the final reveal had me yelling with excitement. DA4 better be connected to the things that came to light with this show!!
Thats no Doctor It's Norman Bates.
If not for the fantasy part this would have been a much better film. Overall the simple animation style and the laid-back theme made it a great watch for a "slice of life" fan like me.
amazing anime really recommend :fire::fire: it's has a great story and characters
I don't care, I like it, I'm watching it.
The first two episodes were fantastic. It's silly to compare this to game of thrones or hotd considering how antithetical the source materials are to one another. The trailers and character posters looked like they had some spotty cgi and tacky costumes but it all looks stunning in this nearly billion dollar first season. It's already better than any of the hobbit movies and im wildly excited for whats to come after tempered expectations before watching.
1x03 Adar: 7.3/10 (Good)
Arondir is taken prisoner by the Orcs, Nori finds herself in a sticky situation with her family because of a secret friend she has been keeping from them. Galadriel and her new travel companion Halbrand arrive at a new Kingdom, Númenor. A satisfying continuation to the story that manages to keep things interesting. There's not much to remark about this episode, but we got to see more of Middle Earth, got introduced to some new characters, and the episode did a fantastic job of establishing the grandeur and scale of Middle-Earth. The show is starting to find its footing, and I’m excited for what is to come. Oh, and I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but the VFX and cinematography is just breathtaking.
The absence of Durin and the dwarves this episode after they were the best part of the last episode was severely missed. But we still got some great world building with continued beautiful visuals. I really enjoyed the attempted prisoner escape scene at the end of the episode and Arondir is becoming one of my early favorite characters.
