No kiss between Wendy and Bobby, would have loved closure on that. The governer being a plant was expected, but Sacker, yeah surprising. Liked it enough, but the closure part not so cool.
Absolute love the stereotype jokes lol
Find something better to invest your time in. Plot is cliche and regular if you're already familiar with Bollywood movies.
Mostly cringe. Just trying way too hard to fit it jokes. Also the story is so lame. Could have portrayed it better.
Disappointing compared to the first two seasons
Natiq & Adesh's performance got lesser praise than Aman & Ashish's performance. That was absolutely shocking to me. I've accepted that judges have horrible taste in most of the shows, just like I felt Raunak got way too much compliments for bland comedy last season, but i was still ok with that. But this one i had to comment on. Natiq & Adesh are really good, and definitely better than the other 2, at least this episode. Hands down stupid decision by the judges.
To be honest, I saw that coming, and that was a cliche twist. The teaser for the next season has me worried we'll not be seeing Axe anymore.
What did catch me off guard was that till the very end, Wendy and Bobby never kissed. FFS, I wanted it so bad. I have been waiting 5 seasons for it. I really hope Bobby comes back in season 6.
Just the typical cliche story. Betrayed by someone that the protagonist thinks is their friend but turns out to be the one who puts out a hit on said protagonist. Lame
Apart from Mary Elizabeth Winstead, there's no reason to watch this.
I honestly don't care about the money/revenge part of the show anymore. Axe & Wend getting together is something I desperately want to see, and them screwing over Chuck together.
Oh, Netflix trying to go out the same way how I met your mother did. With creating a ridiculous last episode. What a terrible episode to end on. In my mind, this season is 9 episodes long, where the last scene from the 9th episode didn't happen. The show was great till then, so I'll consider that as the real ending. All the other supporting characters were already done with their parts, there was no need for this episode.
I've binged all the episodes in 1 sitting. But just this one episode felt much longer than all the previous episodes combined. The scene with Maze & Lucifer, my god was it heavy.
Can't give it a rating of 10, the last scene makes no sense. She is a celestial, he's a mortal, should never be a reason for Lucifer to go.
Had to write the comment mid-way through the episode. I love that the story writers brought in Adam as well. The kiss, with Maze showing the middle finger what a scene. Gotta love Ella's meltdown as well. Another great episode.
The writers have done a fantastic job this season I feel. Another character from the previous seasons brought back, and I don't think their role is done yet.
Eve's role is still minimal, which I don't mind, because her acting ever since she got together with Maze has been only okay, but I really think Maze's character is not as well written this season. Maze has always been one of my favourites on the show, and I feel something missing from her character this season. Great going so far, though.
Ohh this one was awesome. The whole Chloe Maze thing. The whole Ella thing. Just great. And the ignorant Lucifer that I love. Linda's role was better this episode than the first, although a slightly shorter part in the episode. Dan screwing things up as usual. Overall, great episode.
Not a bad start to the season.
Ella's hyper enthusiasm seems really forced and it doesn't put Aimee Garcie in the best light when it comes to acting skills. Lauren German's acting has gotten better over the seasons and she is now fun to watch. But the detective/murder-solving aspect of the episode felt out of place. I mean it's always a bit forced, trying to do the episode specific murder solving thing while having a main plotline going on in the back. But now that we have so many characters already, who are alive, cutting down on the murder mystery part might make the episodes even better. Let's see where the season goes.
I finally laughed out loud for the first time this season. Rosa & Cheddar things. Hopefully we get the old B99 flare back in the remaining episodes.
Tapsee Pannu is a bad actress, it's apparent in this movie. I skipped most of the movie by fast forwarding, I literally don't regret it. Suboptimal story, cliched ending to do many other Bollywood movies. I skipped so much of the movie and I could still figure out the plot twist at the end of the movie, so cliched.
A disappointment of an episode on a disappointment of a season. How the writers have screwed up even a Doug Judy episode is mind blowing. Everything is so forced in the episode.
Started off decently enough, but just kept getting worse. Why is everything he says in a yelling tone God Damn!!
Downloading and watching Sloss was one of the best decisions I've made.
Oh. My. God. So dark, and so funny. I'm a huge fan of this slossness monster.
It's not that great. I watched it only because I was a huge Sarah Shahi fan after Person of Interest. She was great in that show, but it's hard to tell in this show if it's her acting is bad or if it's just her character/role which makes her not so fun. She seems worse when she has interactions with her kid. I know he's just a kid, but damn such a lame kid. Couldn't find a better cast?
Jokes are only ok, but the dude does one of the best callbacks in Indian stand-up comedy scene.
Lame. First 2 episodes weren't bad. But lame overall.
I liked the joke about the trap song in the trailer, that's why I decided to watch. This was the first I've seen of Trevor. Can't say I'm a huge fan, the song and the taco bit was fun, rest was only ok. Might still watch something else of his to give it another shot.
Was on my way to Shane's mum's place when I watched this :P
I watched the entire show in 2021, in my late 20s, and it was only okay. It went downhill mostly, after Vivian was played by Daphne. It's not because of her, but the constant Let's blame Will for all mistakes and let's not take responsibility for our actions theme around the show. Usually shows like this have closure during end of such episodes, which are meant to teach you to be responsible. I don't get that satisfaction here, and I don't like the theme being satirical but the show not actually being much satirical. Will with his weirdass talking and his "You know what I'm saying" and "honeys" in that weird voice is very annoying. A great few episodes, surrounding Will's father, and the last episode with that same feel make it a decent watch.
Some troll who is a fan of the show will think it's their duty to ask me why I watched the show if I hated it so much. Here's why. I didn't hate it. There's a few aspects of the show that made me not like it, but I don't hate it. Will's constant fat jokes towards his uncle, Jeffery's sarcasm, Hilary being Hillary, Carlton's dance moves & most importantly, Jazz (literally everything about him) made me want to watch the show. It's a shame they didn't have Jazz as much possible, he was so cool.
I'm writing this comment as I watch the episode and I'm only 15 minutes in. I thought the first 8 minutes of the episode were not as cringe as the entire season has been previously. But at minute 13:01, I actually facepalmed. The episode deserved for me to pause the episode mid way and write a comment. Absolutely horrendous. At least this episode has some good CGI. Iris is a Speedster again? Lol kill me now. Chester & Cecile cringe continues. GodSpeeds just wait for Cisco to pop his bubble?
The second special I've watched of Bill. I'm a huge huge fan. He talks about real problems in the world through jokes. Sattire, that is. Gold diggers getting easy money through alimony, hitting women, whatever. Even in the other special, where he so casually jokes about a woman sexually harassing him. He brings out topics which are uncomfortable, and very real and are not really spoken of much. He's okay with the audience being silent and awkward, he just calls them out for it. "Look at you people"
I hate giving this one a 7/10 it was actually great. But I felt the jokes in the middle kinda got a little boring, that's why I'm giving it a 7. I absolutely loved the Shakira impression he did. The story about his mother was really touching, plus the anecdote about his first supporters and fans. Great one overall.
