Huh… so, I thought they would do like an ‘origins’ story for the strangers (I didn’t watch the trailers) but it’s just the original movie in another setting lmao bar for bar. Kinda get that the small town plot was to let us know those ppl are definitely involved but there was just no pay off, ugh, still, it was tense, so I’ll give it a 6. Nothing new, original is better.

I so wanted to like this, but it was so boring, if they weren't gonna commit with the overall story and character arcs then at least make suspenseful scenes, amp up gore, something?? instead it was just very cliche and uninteresting, had so much potential!
