Andy is turning out to be another Michael Scott and it's already a disaster. Andy's character is ruined.
The only interesting part of this episode is Pam's dive into corruption. Even hearing the name of Packer annoys me.

Tell me something. If something is blocking communication to the ground what made you think after you transport down you can communicate with the runabout? Sometimes this shows stupidity with the head characters are impossible to ignore. And lets not talk how naive it is as well.
Kira and Dax leaves the station on whose hands? You are not allowed to leave unless you explicitly hand over command to someone, that's basic.

I don't understand BatTeam's this hostility towards Alice's use of the buzzer; Alice was just as bad as Marquis and if she wants she can wreak much more havoc in Gotham, but they are just playing on because "at least she's good enough to understand that she's doing some things wrong"? This is how you create an unstoppable supervillain, not just with a buzzer.
