12 year old boys will love it. No dialog, no connection to main characters, just a bunch of swords making blood gush. I nearly fell asleep.
It was a fun movie. I enjoyed it. At only 90 minutes it left me wanting more, which is better than wanting less. It is not as heartfelt as the original. There is more teen love story and less enemy brutality. The fight scenes are a much more unrealistic than the original.
I heard bad things about this movie. Because of those low expectations I was surprised. I don't regret watching it.
