fantastic, character driven mini series. have to check out the book now!
so so transparent... can't tell me no one saw it coming that she will get on the train without Luke and when looking for a spot I immediately said, wait for it, Serena is here, too. And so it goes.... very weak season, no reason to keep watching. the show is no longer under your eye, it's way down below....
The writing is getting irksome. Mayor Ben has to go… so does his wife and yes, also Sahar. S2 is losing focus and coherence but most of all, too much stupid stuff that just makes you roll your eyes… esp with the characters mentioned above. Time to trim the cast and tighten the writing…
Boring. Rather rewatch got again…
Ok... I kinda liked the movie back then... too long ago really. Surprised that there is a sequel "series". Nice to see original cast reprising roles though. Gonna check it out, not really expecting much though.
It's too early to tell but then again not really, Amazon fucked this one up good and no amount of money can save it. With Tolkien you need visionaries at the help and not ... well you know... this.... of course I could be wrong and it won't suck THAT bad! I would be pleasantly surprised!
Pssst... I have news for thee. Star Wars is dead. Sorry. This is not the series you are looking for, move along now.
T-4 gals and boyz... i'm gonna roast a dragon!
Carry on my wayward son...! Umm ok I just found out about this... WTAF?!?! Do we really need this? Maybe ... it's gonna be good?
Just watched S01E01. Liked it a lot. Doesn't insult viewers like stupid Locke and Key and the like, even if it's different genre. the difference in writing quality cannot be understated. The writing here is premium quality. Can't wait to see more. Hope it continues that way!
Here's the thing, I get it the graphic novels are gnarly. I don't care. This is the TV show version and it is an utter disgrace, the writing is atrocious and the acting just sucks on every level. There is ZERO logic or consistency and everything is constructed in the most hair pulling way to fit the plot and advance the story carrot by carrot. It is an insult to any viewer with 2 brain cells left and the show runners haven't go the slightest clue of anything. Well, easy decision. Locke & Key got locked away, it no longer exists over here.
Fair with good moments but to be honest all in all a bit of a let down and if it weren't for Boba Fett no one would care and just dump it. Since it's his book... we will want to "read" more. More substance, more things that chime well with the nostalgia within our inner child, then again that's the thing... some things are better left in the past and remembered fondly than being wrecked by whatever it is you will see of this book that will not live up to your expectations, whatever they do...
Stay away, it's not even mediocre. Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't come back...
This is a terrible show with lazy and downright abhorrent writing. 1 star. Actually ... make that zero
We switched off after 30 mins, had enough. Decision is final. Watched every ep from the beginning until this one. It was the last straw . Farewell TWD.
Show is trippy, tries to be different, starts out and often is slow as frack, which is where it will lose most of its viewers and drive itself into the cancellation asylum, which is a pity because if you stick with it it could actually be good. Word of advice to the writers, find your flow and find it fast.
Daredevil > Jessica Jones > Luke Cage > 100 other shows > Iron First ... now I haven't finished season 1 yet (almost) but I don't see how this season could redeem itself with 3 episodes left to watch. I wanted it to be good but it simply isn't.

3 seasons of blacklist is more than enough. /out
Totally Ninja! Seriously. Whether you read the book or not, Philip K. Dick seldom disappoints (most of his books you probably only know due to the movies made from them). In this case, the series really shines on its own, which just shows how striking PKDs material is. How relevant and how... scary.
One hell of a show. Engaging, enthralling, confusing, brimming with brilliant acting and sure to make you question what you just saw was real, but then again... "if you can't tell the difference... does it matter?"
Suits was great for 3 seasons, really don't need more suits than that...

I loved S1 and S2 and then it took a long time to get through season 3 and I knew Ragnar was dead for me... as sad as it sounds I think this would have worked much better as a mini series instead of stretching it out and rehash the same things over and over. Maybe I come back one day for Season 4.... but then again, I rather keep Ragnar from S1 and 2 than having to face mediocrity.
I gave up on this show after 70 eps as you can see with no intention of coming back. The soapy drama really is too much (same with Flash). I rather watch Daredevil and the likes. It started out strong and went downhill as it progressed.
People hollering about how bad this show is, how silly it is, how the "plot" does not make any "sense" anymore... seriously? When has it ever??? I am still enjoying this ride and will for as long as it will last, given there have been episodes that were just plain awful - except for the music - but hey that's natural, super natural...
Guilty pleasure. Really. It can be fun, although Riggs' haircut is just annoying... The two work well together but the cases are mostly formulaic and lackluster if not outright boring, so they come up with that conspiracy theory about his wife's accident.. or was it.... ah ok so it wasn't ya ok, but then again, let's just drag this out a bit more and so on and so on... from case to case... rinse repeat only works for so long...
I'd be surprised if this goes into season 3. pity though. could have been great, instead it's "sometimes good".
