I think it was a good concept. Some of the hallucinations were freaky, even though they weren't necessarily scary. A decent one to check out.
Kind of a knock off of Talk To Me but with bit of a different twist. Worth checking out if you are looking for something to pass the time.
At first I was wondering how serious the movie was going to take itself but once I heard "sex perverts" then I was on board. It's definitely one of those movies you throw on with friends when you want to have a good laugh. Over the top practical effects were also a nice touch.
I thought it was a great take on an alien invasion movie.
Cam became the definition of a man thinking with the wrong head.
I just have a thing for these folklore kind of movies especially if the monster payoff is good, and I liked this monsters design. But any small town that has a harvest festival can't be trusted.
I went in looking for Kong and Godzilla wrecking shop and that was exactly what I got.
If you're looking for a no thought action movie, this will fit the bill.
It's the kind of story that has been done before but it was all hidden pretty well. It was a decent watch.
When it's a cabin in the woods, the killer is either going to be someone in or close to the party or inbred hillbillies. This movie was no different. Acting wasn't the greatest and the story was pretty predictable.
I thought it was a good reimagining. I really liked the back story of Candyman. And I watched the last line of the movie probably 10 times. Just something about it that I thought was great.
I thought it was alright. The reveal under the Frankenstein's monster mask was good. It had a good amount of 80's cheese in it.
I didn't totally understand what was going on but the stop motion was quite impressive.
It's a pretty crazy story and situation. Got to like how they got $2.5 million to look the other way on the shit job the cops did. Why should the police force correct the errors when they can just pay it go to away?
Creepiest ending credit smile ever.
It was very creepy. The first 15 min had me hooked. The ending was a bit meh but overall it was good.
The beginning was good but the second half took a weird turn. Overall, it was pretty good.
This movie was quite the trip. Several twists and turns for sure. Plus it has Mia Goth doing Mia Goth things.
It was a decent sci-fi action flick. I think it could have used some additional story like why he's going on that mission, etc. It's not changing the genre but was at least enjoyable.
It was pretty meh. Honestly, nothing really memorable from it.
I thought it was a good rescue type action movie.
Not enough Richard Brake in it.
It was an OK film but didn't hit like the first two.
It was a decent Dracula movie. It's a limited number of people stuck on a boat, so they did with it what they could.
It was pretty bad to begin with and then making it 2 hours was even worse. By the end, I was just fast forwarding to get it over with.
I was really enjoying it the whole time with the older feel of the movie. But the ending didn't do it justice. Felt like they kind of just said, screw it, we got to end this quick.
Effects were pretty good. It's more of a just put it on and see where it goes kind of movie.
It was a pretty generic kind of movie. It hit a lot of horror clichés.
I never really expect much from these current prequels based on older movies but I actually thought this was pretty well done. It's been quite a while since I've seen the Omen movies but this make me want to go back and check them out. Also, since the show Servant, I've thought that Nell Tiger Free plays a pretty good creepy character.
This was a pretty good movie where they followed war photographers. They hinted at the reason for the civil war without getting super political about it, which I think was actually a good move.
