So much hype... I was hoping for spectacular chemistry and a better written plot. The over-the-top acting by the cast was just bad.
I laughed when Dermot Mulroney was trying to learn to dive. It was the best part of the movie!
I did still watch the whole thing, but it wasn't much better than every other rom-com.
I will watch anything with Glen Powell in it anytime, though!

WHY... just why is the acting so overboard from Remi ?!?
Sometime things seem odd to me in every show.
In this one... if you have lured a person to come home to "speak" to them (or in this case automatically blame without doing back checks to see that the man wasn't even there during the time of the incidents), why would you all be waiting inside the home without at least one agent hidden outside in case he runs.
Don't get me wrong, I like the show enough to keep watching. I just keep reminding myself.... it's overboard entertainment.
This is pretty bad. But... I watch when there is absolutely nothing I feel like watchin at night. That way if I fall asleep, I know I haven't missed anything and will move on to the next episode.
We all know why this show is still on. Tim & Lucy!
Hubby and I really like courtroom show and movies. This was great!
We re-watch it every once in a while too.
Okay, I am over Nina being in this show or any of the FBI shows. It seems she wants to be the main character in every scene she is in. I am not sure , but it feels as though the other stars don't like her there either.
Otherwise, I will probably keep watching.
Oh man... just PLEASE fade out Whistler from this show!! I can only fast forward so much past Whistler's parts and still have a show to watch. Also, keep Sam in the background with as little screen time as possible and the show can go back to good cases done smartly.
I am sure that no matter how much I have my fingers crossed, this show will be one that I stop watching sooner than later..
I wasn't sure how adding Sam into the mix would do but I am all for Sam being there. Now if we could get Whistler to fade away and leave swiftly, I would be quite happy!
Hubby and I are watching this again , it's 2024. We loved it back when it was first on and having fun watching it again. I am noticing a few things about it that I don't remember from back then, like the lighting that seems to put Cybil in a glamorous setting. Also of course, the clothes... there is a lot of satin or silk on Cybil.
But it's fun, has good writing for the type of show it is and the timing between the actors is great.
I completely stopped watching this show part way into S3 EP4 back in 2020.
It's now March 30th 2024 and I thought I would try watching again, having it on in the background while I clean the toilet (which I hate doing, but it's better than this show).
I started on this episode, S3 EP16. I don't know why I thought it would be ok, but the stupidity just keeps going!
I am re-watching this when I wake up very early or can't sleep and don't want to watch anything too serious. It was a cute teen romance show. A second season would have been nice.
I still like this. Colter gets new cases week to week that are different all the time. Good Show!
I loved this show. The quaint surroundings and small town feel is wonderful. A little drama, a little love and quick stories to follow along. I watched faithfully until the end of S3. Then I was getting a bit tired of the "woe is me" Mel. She just can't seem to be happy for more than a few minutes. I love Jack and hated all the drama they made him have to take care of.
When season 4 hit (and because Netflix takes forever to get each season out for too many of their shows), I chose to re-watch seasons 1-3 again (which I am sure this is why Netflix takes too long for each new season) . Then I got to the end of S3 again and had not continued watching AGAIN and they are done with S5!!!
If I ever get back to this, I will most likely start at S1 again.... sheesh!!
Anyone else have these dilemmas?
I had started watching this probably when it was about 3 seasons in. I binged the first season! I am in no way into superhero shows, but this I loved! I leisurely watched through to the end of season 5 and then stopped because working from home took over my life and I sorta moved on to newer shows.
I am now starting all over and I'm enjoying it again!
I do know it takes a bit of time to get the characters developed. But I feel it would have been better if there were one less American. They could have chosen a nicer "leader" than who they chose. Maybe they told her she has to be unlikable, if so, she is doing a great job at it.
I admit, she (Mackey) was calmer and more agreeable to her coworkers this episode!
I will keep watching, but just in the background of doing other things.
The characters Mackey, Jackson, and Bluebird are just horrible. Did they mean to tell these actors to be way overboard with their acting!!!
OMG!!!! This is just so bad. Even the ones that should have better acting skills are bad. Why do I torture myself and keep watching??? LMAO!
Max Thieriot you were so good in Seal Team, but the actors in this show are horrid.
I like this show. I watch shows to fill some time and don't nitpick about what is lacking that will make it a better show. So far (3 episodes in) I like it enough to keep watching.
We learn a bit at a time about Colter's background and I really like that, as it isn't all shoved into one episode so to not overbear the plot line of the tracking job Colter is doing.
I liked the 1st episode enough to keep watching it. It is a lot better than Walker with Jared Padalecki in it, who is a horrible actor (but I keep watching that show anyway...haha!) .
Hey, at least Justin (Colt) took his shirt off in it. Haha!
This was my favorite episode in the first season. These two people, Eliza & William, are so fun to watch! I watched this episode at least 5 times waiting for S2 to begin. I watched the whole S1 at least 3 times so far.
Love this show! Can't wait to see more great chemistry between Eliza the Duke (yummy!)
I watched this show by chance, after looking for a filler show to watch.
I was glad I did, it was fun. But I got to S3 E6 and just had to stop.
Oh well.. onto another filler.

Now I am sick of Burgess, Upton and Ruzek.

I stopped watching 15 episodes ago. I'm not too sure I want to go back and start again with this show.
Anyone see any reason? Especially if Burgess and Voight and Upton are still there!

I am 2 seasons in (it's a filler show to pass the time). It's not good. I liked the original.
It would be nice if this had funny moments to it. And they totally ruined it with Higgins (maybe if her attitude was better than "she's the best , smartest and always right". )
I fast forward through any scene with her in it. I hear she is going to be Magnum's love interest, I will stop watching when that happens!

Love it! This show and CB Strike are what got me on the British/Irish/Aussie shows and I am so happy I found so many whodunits that are wonderful!
I started watching Vera in late 2022. Zoomed through the first 7 seasons/series. I will have to binge some seasons pretty soon.
Good show! I started this because I was looking for British whodunit style shows like CB Strike. This came up and I put it in a list of things to watch (Aug 2023). Finally just started it (Dec 2023). Glad I did!
Good episode! I liked that it was different than what I've seen in other shows right now. So many times, there are a lot of shows that take ideas from other shows or the latest headlines.
