The Terminator meets a western meets Jurassic Park without the dinosaurs. The beginning slightly hints that things will probably go wrong.
However the darker still might come without you ready for it. There’s a goofy comical bar fight and before you know it the robots are out of control.
What makes it like Jurassic Park is that it starts with the ooh and ahh, then there’s running and screaming.
Season 2 is less dark but for people who lost their son. They never talk about it this season and I don’t think their daughter is even back.
A nice kid killed who pretended he was their son. Isn’t even mentioned either. With that said I this season is actually better.
Scott Caan is great as half Danny, half McGarrett.
Nice to see Brit Robinson. She is why I was upset Rookie Feds was the canceled. They did it right by not having the lead from Rookie Feds back lol.
Decent but the show was better before it was about relationships and who loved who.
Sammy and Ben would have made a better couple. Than Sammy and Yasmine just for the heck of it.
The low reviews are probably from people who didn’t watch it yet. Thinking Brooklyn was killed off. Because Ortega got too busy.
Ortega didn’t even do the brief Brooklyn voice work from the trailer. She was replaced as the voice.
This is a decent thriller though you know the kids will be fine. Brooklyn probably is as well since Ortega was just replaced.
Making us think she is dead is probably just to make us think no one is safe. Sadly this show does dinosaurs on the loose all over the world. Better than Dominion did.
Would be funny if Owen just trained raptors to find the kids lol.
An unnecessary installment in the Mad Max series. Is one of the best prequels and almost the best Mad Max movie. Due to George Miller still being the master of the apocalypse.
Miller’s direction is fantastic. The film is visually captivating with some of the best exhilarating action I’ve ever seen.
It also might be the darkest Max film since the 1979 original.
I definitely admire the movie. As a Mad Max film, Max still is Mel Gibson to me. Tom Hardy’s never really comes alive as a character. Sure he handles the action fine but never makes me feel like he is Max.
Though this is supposed to be more of a reboot than a sequel. This Mad Max film is the most about the apocalyptic world more so than Max.
Max is just there as a woman named Furiousa (Charlize Theron) is on the run from a sleazy child breeder, I guess you can call him. Along with the women he has either impregnated or plans to.
The film is great to look at and is one non-stop car chase. For those who didn’t think Beyond Thunder Dome, had enough of.
The most moody and violent of the Mad Max films. It’s also the least apocalyptic. It definitely has the car chases and road rage though.
The eye bulging is a bit silly though when a villain is about to die. It makes the film feel a bit Blumhouse like.
Growing up I actually didn’t know the movie existed until I was like 15. I always though Road Warrior was the first film.
Compared to Road Warrior and the underrated Mad Max Beyond Thunder Dome. I of course was less impressed by the first Mad Max. Since I saw it after those. It had to grow on me but it is definitely also pretty good movie.
I doubt anyone begged for Wade to be in this.
The Sonic fans are most likely watching for Knuckles. Knuckles is great in this but he is mostly pushed aside for a human character no one cares about.
Then we are introduced to his family members no one cares about.
Knuckles is the show stealer as he should be. The problem is there’s more Wade than Knuckles. With Wade trying to steal the show. Most of his scenes aren’t that funny.
Especially when we meet his family as well. Knuckles is given a mission to help Wade win a bowling tournament. Even the plot is too much Wade, not enough Knuckles.
We never really learn what is so important about Knuckles even helping Wade. Knuckles , Wade .
That cheerful Top Gun ending would have been the the series finale.
This was almost the series finale.
The previously on FBI International, showed the main actor that left. Like it was going to be about him. He quietly left.
That’s pretty cold. I am glad he wasn’t killed off but his departure was beyond underwhelming. With not even a reason why he is gone.
They not only introduced the sheriff out of the blue but that she is Sharon’s sister.
Dumb that the humans bring a trigger happy guy with them. Who already shot one ape.
It would hurt them to actually let AJ beat Orton. Predictable match.
It’s a little too fast paced. Garfield meets John. Suddenly Odie is there. Then Garfield and Odie are taken by outcasts of dogs and cats. For an outdoor adventure.
Chris Pratt brings everything he got to the voice of Garfield. The plot isn’t really the best for the reintroduction of Garfield to the big screen, though.
There’s not enough of Garfield at home driving John crazy. Has more of a plot of a Secret Life of Pets movie.
Though it does eventually get more Garfield like as it goes on and there is charm.
I just didn’t like the fight out of nowhere. You would think Jamie and his nephew respected wac other by now.
Barnes’ wife is annoying. Wants a medal for being less busy than she used to. Wants a divorce because Barnes doesn’t have as much token due to her a job. As she now has.
It’s nice that this movie at least continues the Caesar story. I doubt the new Alien film will continue the story of David.
The movie is about Noe (Owen Teague) who is taught the true ways of Caeser by Raka (Peter Macon). So when Noe is taken and forced to worship Proximus Caeser (Kevin Durand). Who twists Caesar’s words. For his own gain.
Noe sees through Proximus and just wants to rescue his tribe from Proximus. With help of a human he barely trusts. However Noe tries to trust Nova (Freya) Allen since Caeser once trusted humans.
The film isn’t better than the three previous ones. It is much than the sequels to the original movie. As well as better than the Mark Wahlberg film. It can be slow but when there’s action it is well done and exciting.
With the some-what lighter tone than last season. It’s nice to see Scott Caan a little more Danny like now. The first season was darker and too serious.
Of course Nolan was at the right place at the right time more than once.
To me no Maggie makes sense. Since she was upset she almost died. That the kid she now has custody of, would have no one
I am confused about Omar’s relationship. Isn’t she who left him because he mentioned she did drugs ? Now she is all lovey huggy with him.
Another show superior to NCIS Sydney that should have been renewed instead. Sydney and the new Matlock no one asked for. Should just be Paramount Plus shows.
A solid 3rd season where the show finally found itself and that’s when CBS cancelled it. I heard the ratings aren’t even bad.
They are making room for a show with Kathy Bates as Matlock ?
An under-rated third El Mariachi movie. It may have so many characters that El Mariachi (Antonio Baderas) isn’t even shown that much. Yet I can forgive the movie since it makes it more of a action crime epic.
Like Robert Rodriguez is going for a Once Upon A Time In The West like finale. Johnny Depp steals the show with it always feeling more like his movie than Banderas’.
Nice to see something Star Wars with a James Horner score.
