Based on a true story this film is awesome. Ace runs the casino and Nick handles the skim.... a gangster movie in Las Vegas. This movie is the rise and fall of Ace and Nick and Ginger played by Sharon Stone. Needless to say the performances by Robert Deniro, Joe Pesci and SharonStone are phenomenal. This is a sad story about a way of life that has severe consequences and death usually is the consequence. Highly entertaining but sad in the same breath. They don’t make many movies in this vain except for Scorsese and Tarantino so do yourself a favour and watch it.... immediately

A masterpiece of a movie.... a story about revenge. A man is imprisoned for 15 years and randomly set free. He has 5 days to find his captors.... and this is when the story begins. A crescendo of violence, intimidation, and investigation into the past in order to uncover this mystery person. This movie is so much deeper then revenge but more so about the consequences of our actions past and present and how they impact others. This movie is layered and it’s wonderful watching it reveal itself. Great cinematography. If you like gritty thrillers this is a must watch. I loved it!
This is such a great movie. Tarantino really has a style that should be admired. The characters in this movie are all very interesting and interlaced in the greatest of ways...each individual story is a stand-alone but when intertwined it’s magic. Great soundtrack to boot. A must watch for movie lovers.
Is it a bad movie? Yes it is. But it also fun and a joy to pick out mistakes in sound and picture. A great watch that you will totally enjoy hence the rating of 10.
Wow! What a great movie! This is not a comic book version of Joker but rather version of Joker as a man with a mental illness and his downward spiral. This movie is dark, gritty and beautiful. A look into the mind of psychosis and all it lends itself to. This movie leads a lot of room for interpretation which is great. Joaquin Phoenix should get an Oscar for his disturbing portrayal. My review is not good enough for this movie.... I need to watch it again.... it’s beautiful and my heart is to full of emotion to find the right words for this masterpiece.
I grew up listening to Elvis so I am quite familiar with all the movies about him and bios. In addition I have seen the Elvis concert movies countless times . I must say this movie does him justice finally. It was beautifully made, updated…. Loved it…. I am glad that for many who do not know who Elvis was and what a great talent he was finally have an opportunity to discover him and his music…..a great movie and so highly recommended.
This movie was the bomb! Being an ex rocker chick from the 80’s, I sang my way through the entire movie! Great music, great performances especially Tom Cruise! Great portrayal of Axl Rose.....watch this movie! Don’t let the bad reviews deter you! Rock on fellow movie watchers!

I gave this movie a 10 because it’s Elvis and he looked just as hot at 21 years of age as he did in his 30’s. Also it’s a good movie.

Ok, so this was so funny! I love Pete Davidson…. He is totally simpatico…. It’s Italian… that’s the word that comes to me. The other day I watched the Dave Chapelle special and was so disappointed… not funny but Pete Davidson made up for it in spades! All his bits were great… especially his stalker and mother. The best watch this year so far…. Go for it and laugh…. An hour well spent!

So awesome! The legendary Muddy Waters accompanied by The Stones.... totally unrehearsed and raw. Great if you love blues. Awesome gem.... hence ignore the low rating. I guess those who rated low are not really into the blues and thought it would be more of the routine Stones show.

This is a great movie and a must watch if your an Elvis fan. This movie has heart and it is fun. Elvis is kidnapped and becomes a regular guy for a short time and helps out a struggling family. The soundtrack is awesome and the story is great. David Keith was a bad Elvis but no imitator can come close to the King in terms of looks and movies. Can’t believe I hadn’t seen this movie before. A must watch and a great watch for all Elvis fans.

Great! Rehearsal concert was a nice change from the original broadcast that I have seen beyond multiple times. The king is the king!
So far made it through the original broadcast and 2 sit down shows. He is not called the king for nothing. I grew up listening to Elvis and saw these broadcasts in the 80s... but wow! He can really rock! And so good looking! A must watch if your an Elvis fan or on the Fence. Will update when I watch more.
Wow! What a movie! Classic Tarantino! The story is fabulous and different, written by a genius. Great cinematography and beautiful scenery transitioning between different views based on the story. Uma Thurman was great as the bride as were all the other actors. Tarantino has a way with his films and stories that are undeniably him. In this film you can see influences of other Japanese films, westerns and so much more. A must watch.
If you have ever had a dog or have one, or on the fence about getting one this is a must watch movie. A tearjerker, beautiful, lovely and tragic all at the same time. This is a true story about Hachi, a dog in Japan who would accompany his owner to the train station for work every morning and wait for his return in the evening. Even after his owner dies Hatchi would still faithfully wait for his owners return. He waited for nine years. Having had 5 dogs at once and losing 3 just this past year I found myself in tears the last part of the movie. It was beautiful and yet so painful to see this dogs undying love for his master prevail above all else. In this cruel world we live in this movie highlights the beauty of this faithful companion as it mirrors the love we have and the love our faithful companions have for us...... such a great movie.....
This is a great movie and even greater sequel.... the monster wants a mate and gets her. Great to see the monster speaking. Sympathy begins for the monster high was surprising time. A great watch. A must see!
Love this movie! I remember watching this as a child and being enchanted with John Travolta and I still am! This movie isn’t so much about dancing but about a young man trying to outrun the mundane of life.... so he works all week and blows it at the disco club on Saturday night with his friends. It highlights relationships, friendships and family. Travoltas dancing is the icing on the cake! Great movie highlighting the disco craze of the 70’s. iconic soundtrack will have you grooving all night!
