totally and completely disappointing. The influence of Disney was more than obvious, what was with all the comic relief? this is star wars not The princess bride. The casino scene was totally out of scope, Luke was out of character and completely bad, and of course there was no plot or story, just a Mashup of the first three star wars. I want to thank all the actors and director who ruined the movie.

The nanofiber scene was awesome, better than the "Ghost Ship" one (remember that) or "Cube".
But i'm confused in many ways. Did they really expect to destroy everything but the little USB disk to survive ?
If they have never evolved, how did they have such technology ?
The trailer looks good, the story looks good but i'm so afraid that this is on Netflix.
I enjoy it thoroughly. Very good action scenes, nice visuals and neat story. The battles were pretty good and you will not get bored. The duration of the movie was superb with no dragged out points
It has a lot of unknown oil terms and happenings on the rig that the viewer cannot comprehend. A lot of explosions but i didn't feel the tense throughout the last half hour. The role of BP was greatly undermined.
That was a lot, i mean a lot of talking! Dialogues never ending, people always speaking. for two hours and 30 minutes. Interesting drama, mystery very low key. Too much of a story telling but acting was goog. A mediocre movie.Not for everyone.

Not that funny for a comedy but a bit entertaining on other parts. Galifianakis seemed out of character and out of place
Flat movie, everything happened so fast, i mean started all from one phone call. Didn't enjoy it, full of cliches and weak plot and on some parts it was just idiotic

The trailer is totally misleading. It has a montage of different scenes that if you put them together they are fun and clever but that is. The movie was nothing like that, not remotely funny, an meh mystery, total waist of the cast, the jokes were a bit dud. And the big twist totally underwhelming. Literally nothing to keep you at the edge of the seat.
I totally fine example of a "good promotion" of a over hyped and overated movie.
Lets start with how Hollywood deceived us with this movie, have you watched the trailer ? well too bad for you, THERE IS NOTHING from the trailer inside the movie, i don't understand why they want to promote a different angle of the movie than what is actually is. I watched a different approach of the movie than the one in the trailer, just don't watch it.
Now for the movie, yes it was fantastic, the CGI was visually stunning the story was so good and the film itself was very emotionally with some very dark and strong scenes. I cried at the end. The bad ape stole the spotlight for me. Just go and watch it and don't expect a great war between humans and the apes as the trailer suggests,.

Started really good, could deliver more, cuoco was not annoying, great couple and chemistry with the killer.
The overuse of fantasy/dream sequense was very bad.
The ending was rushed and sudden.

This was a fantastic movie, definitely one of the best I've seen this year. Excellent story and plot Ben was great and the twists have caught me by surprise even thought they made absolutely sense. I think that it would make an excellent TV show!
i was going through the first episode and realized that this thing looks very familiar. It is the same story of “Candy” watched and release not over a year ago. What the heck! Did they completely run out of ideas?
So unmark and remove from watchlist.
so disappointing, whole Matrix II level with big words sentences with no meaning just science on your face and fancy terms that make no sense just to make you feel dumb and that this is a great show sci-fi. But it all collapses through the awful ending. MY GOD why did they do that so un-creative and copy paste "Life On Mars" ending. You know why ? Because they didn't know how to explain all the things, so the only nice way out of there and take that viewer was that explanation.

If i read another blog "1899 totaly blows the mind of its viewers netflix has done it again" i will cancel my Internet connection.
For me this is the winner for this year's Golden Globes, a series that was not heard at all, It has not the glamour of squidgame or 100.000.000 people saw it, it is a marvellous diamond.
After the excellent Dr. Death, a corresponding theme series that is simply a masterpiece. You do not know what to praise first, the incredible script, the director tricks with the back and forth and where you are that now we saw this and then takes you even further back to show you how he reached in this part of the story! I do not live in the US so i don't know the actual impact and valid facts only what i've seen from movies/shows about OxyContin but the presentation was amazing.
Special mention to Kaitlyn Dever who since she left that miserable politicised comedy she was playing and after the amazing Unbelievable, she now gives another excellent dramatic performance.
This is a MUST see.
This was a bad b-movie, nothing made sense chaotic story and really ridiculous situations. The dialogous was abysmal

Entertaining enough almost three hours of disaster and cheesy dialogues. I liked it.
