The season is over, and it was amazing, really. But I have a thing to say. I feel it won't be as interesting for binge-watchers as it was to those who followed it live. Part of the fun (for me of course) was guessing, reading theories on reddit and twitter for a week, and then seeing them unfold in the new episode. That's something binge-watchers will not have the luxury of. On the other hand, they won't have to wait for a week either…
That's not to say the show has nothing to offer besides theorising. The cast is terrific (Anthony Hopkins obviously stands out and he is amazing), the setting is perfect, the storyline is engaging, and no Chekhov's guns are left hanging.
This show is a must.
Honestly, this episode would've been better without that ending. Just straight cut to the credits. Didn't really need that gag.
I finally got why I love this show so much. Not because of computer stuff and not because of business stuff. I love it because everyone in the show feels real. The dramatic stare and silence for a minute are absent here (well, except for Joe, but that's part of his charm). Characters act fast and natural, their small talk is believable – never once I've seen a show which portrays such things so perfectly. Hell, this is a rare kind of a show where I laugh at the jokes, not at how terrible they are.
And only after that I should mention that, yeah, there's some computer stuff and business stuff which I like too.
Man I hate that trope they've used in the ending, it's always so stupid and annoying and feels like a cop out. Seriously.
On an unrelated note, think of all the inflation that's going to happen because this huge amount of money just went into circulation. I hope they'll address that in the last three episodes.
Wow, Mr. Groff looks exactly like an older Adam in this episode. He really didn't in the previous ones.
This is incomprehensible and unwatchable. A terrible finale of a good season. They could have gone with twice as less twists and the story of this episode could be just as good, but easier to understand.
And that's coming from a guy who was a crazy fan of the mind-bending first season.
The dumbest episode of this entire show. I mean, what's so hard about hiring UX specialists and simplifying the service so users could understand it? For a show that tries to be both satirical and true to life, this is just plain stupid.
This episode hits the same spot Nier Automata does, oddly enough. The whole post-apocalyptic world, the general vibe, all that. Those dialogs about weird stuff humans did are like straight out of the game. I love Nier Automata and I love this episode. I would love a whole season about these three robots and the cat exploring the remains of the cities, please and thank you.
It's amazing how they managed to jump from the cringiest scene in the episode to the most gut-wrenching within a minute. I guess it wouldn't have the same effect otherwise.
I hate looking in the mirror
This awful incoherent mess doesn't deserve to use Bowie as an end credits song.
Wow, I did not expect the second season to be even worse than the first one. This is just plain bad.
The movie starts really slow and gets even slower by the middle, but you seriously need to watch it till the end, because the ending is really good. I can't say I particularly enjoyed the movie overall, but the ending somewhat saves it.
I cannot stand this show's insistence on stretching the episode runtime for the sake of stretching the runtime. I cannot rate the episode high because something interesting happened in the last ten minutes if I'm forced to watch nothing happening for forty minutes before that. Good start, then it's impossibly slow in the middle, then there's some action in the end. Original Narcos series suffered from it too sometimes, this spin-off does too, but this episode peaks with uninteresting dialogues which provide nothing of substance. No suspense, no drama, just people talking to each other about nothing.
This is great. Mindy Kaling fits better than I thought she would.
God damn this episode is depressing.
Not a single European football fan, let alone Italian, would say "soccer". This is a terrible mistake by the writers.
I like how Ford drops subtle things which only make sense after rewatching: he straight up says to Bernard: "There's something else bothering you. I know how that head of yours works."
Also, funny how in a previous episode Bernard says to a host "Sometimes I envy your forgetfulness" after wiping him.

I really liked how they showed Italy to an English-speaking viewer. You hear genuine Italian, but it's either simple enough to understand, or the context explains what they are talking about. Brilliant. Much better than just putting in subtitles.
They actually did it! I never believed those fan theories, but they were true, Elliot is actually in prison! What a twist, wow. This is crazy.
Rewatched the show once. Won't do it again. After all, this only works if I let go too.
Oh shit, what a start. I've almost believed that plot armor won't work this time, and then it did. Doesn't make the episode worse however.
This series is gorgeous visually, but it's also absolutely impossible to follow. People do stuff, then nothing is happening, then something kinda starts to happen, but you're already bored and distracted. I get that slow pacing is Refn's shtick, but the story and the viewer really could have benefited from making all episodes 45 min or so. There's just enough material for that length.
That dance was just beautiful.
Okay, this episode almost makes it worth enduring through the unremarkable two thirds of the first season. Wasn't a fan of the show until the last couple of episodes but I'm really interested in the second one now.
I can't believe I've wasted my time on this.
It starts of with the cringiest, most insufferable couple of teenagers I have ever seen in any series, movie, or a videogame. Think 13 Reasons Why, but ten times worse. I just can't get interested in their ideas and motivations because they annoy me so much.
Speaking of 13 Reasons Why: yeah, the characters were annoying there as well sometimes, but that show has a great overarching story. This one, does not. Yeah, kids ran away, did some stupid stuff, got into some unfortunate events, but all this lacks focus.
The first half of the season tries to be both funny and deep, to show lost teenagers going through emotions. Except it can't do any of those things, dramatic events lose their weight, and, coupled with annoying main characters (did I already tell you how insufferable they are? Well they really are), the show turns into an unfunny stream of absurdity.
The second half is basically just "yeah, whatever, let's go wild". This works better, the kids are not that annoying anymore, and it has some moments I genuinely enjoyed (the petrol station scene is all-around awesome). But I'm already not invested enough into the characters and the story to enjoy this as a whole. And because of that, once again, all drama of the ending is lost on me.
It does have nice soundtrack though. Can't take that away from it.
I'm interested. It looks intriguing enough to continue. Not super entertaining yet but I like the chemistry so far.
An odd flick. It tries to be both an old-type movie with pretty girls being an eye-candy, and a progressive modern one with strong female leads. Only it fails to be any of that. Action is nothing special, characters are boring, and there's not a single funny joke.
If it wasn't for Kristen Stewart, I wouldn't even have watched it and that would probably be a better decision.
