This eppisode feels almost like the early stages of grooming from the coach. she doesnt bat an eyelid with a student just being in her house, gives her a tour, tells her to look in her bedroom, and then takes dating advice from here and leaves her child with here for a hookup.
great show up till the last eppisode, it has a very unsatisfying ending, and while the main story is covered, many questions are left unanswered

this show is so obsessed with weight and size, i thought even back in 2016 we were better than this.
The whole first episode premise is trying to put down "skinny people", supposedly to make the mum feel less "fat". even goes to the point of the family scaring away "skinny people" from buying a nearby house owned by a "fat pam"
The mum also throws away a "green health juice" the sports obsessed daughter bought so her daughter doesnt become one of those "skinny mothers", which is sending a bad message.
The show was blatantly created with the male gaze in mind. a large shot of the mum and a lesbian kissing wildly. and a brazen multi second shot of a teenage daughter while her mum discuses her boobs, btw this actor was 15/16 at the time of filming
But to give the show credit the mothers parenting of the middle child making him less obsessed with money and willing to help out the homeless.
and i believe their is fair disability representation of the youngest daughter with germophobic OCD, while they could do better in writing the character, they are on their way.
Confusing but thrilling, worth its awards
lovely way to wrap the show up, although i feel like now theyre proably wont be any more eppisodes/seasons which is a shame, but it ties the show up well
Absolutely Hilarious, i cry laugh every time i watch it.
the songs are surprisingly catchy
takes a while to get good, but then it gets really good, the use of girl in red at the end supprised me but, totally fit the atmoshpere
