The baby laser is the best thing I've seen this year. I burst out laughing!
One of the best episodes. That was a whammy! My doubts about season 3 are gone. Bring it on!
Why does everyone talk to each other as if it's the first time they meet, commenting on life choices and habits? Feels like forced exposition because the producers think viewers are too dumb to pick up on subtle queues.
Why is there even more nudity than in Game Of Thrones and Blade Runner? If you can't do it right, just adding more and more won't make it look good. I don't mind it as such, but to me it feels like trying to copy GoT and BR but not... quite... getting it. I realize this is probably a very subjective matter, but then again I'm not a reviewer.
Why can't they agree on how to pronounce Kovacs' name? This isn't realistic - it's annoying.
Visually, it's might impressive. I like the art direction and design choices. The various languages are well done with minimal accents from what I can tell and Takeshi's skill of anticipating people's actions reminds me of the Social Enhancer augmentation from Deus Ex.
Great episode! Made even better by the salty baby d*cks in the comments because there were some women on the screen!
Their historical pieces are always absolutely fantastic. A really solid episode.
Smoke bomb!!
What a great episode. It felt... nostalgic and not just because of the flashback. It was full of quick jokes, jabs, and action with very little downtime in between. It felt like a classic Archer episode. Plus, I enjoyed the Japanese designs.
I'm enjoying the overall story, but when kids make obviously dumb decisions, it really irks me. If they can minimize scenes like this, this show could turn into something really fun.
Good movie, Nicely creepy. I'm a big fan of these audiovisual distortion effects. A much better space movie than Gravity IMHO. Even Sandy B couldn't save that one.
The film about The Ford GT Mk. 2 was fantastic. Great retelling of motoring history.
The end put quite the smile on my face.
They really did send the most inept people on this mission..
When the first panic scene involves someone frantically trying to unlock a smartphone at their workplace when a regular telephone is literally in the shot, you know you're in for a waste of time. I was misled by the IMDb score. Modern slashers are still 99% trash these days.
What an insane episode. I feel like the ping pong ball getting thrashed around in the last scene.
I realize this is only the first episode, but so far this has little in common with the fun I had watching The Mandalorian. This was nothing special at all, had no intrigue, no nothing. We'll see where this goes but at this very moment, I'd rather have more Mando.
I'm enjoying season 2, but Ryan had many opportunities to shoot and decided to wait until the last moment. That's just not very believable to me.
Best couch gag in years. A pretty good episode, too! More!
I laughed a lot watching the fight against the Furbies!
This was the first episode I actually enjoyed. This better pay off and make up for the drag that is the first half of this season.
So far, the only interesting ghost was Dani's fiancé because he looks like they took him out of the Rusty Lake video games.
How do these heist episodes get better and better each time?!
Outstanding animation let down by the most generic of plot lines. A replaced Wesker and 5 minutes spent on a boring revenge story couldn't even be saved by fantastic battle sequences. A waste of potential.
Did I miss your first movie? :joy:
People are taking this show too seriously, I think. I'm having quite a good time finding out how they wrap the comedy aspects around the missions. Y'all need to relax more.
I'd just like to comment on the music choice, which is excellent. Before the credits roll, there is a snippet of a song called "Big Love" by "She Wants Revenge" - worth a listen!
"Do you hate trees?!"
This is such an oddly enjoyable show.
Okay, NOW I'm in! Best episode so far. Good jokes and very close to the typical The Boys shock value.
One thing I really like about the The Boys universe is when they insert social commentary into very short scenes. "Just scan here to get an NFT of my [business] card" is brilliant.
Best. Christmas. Episode. Ever.
I lost it when Dwight showed up in the costume.
I know I'm late and this is the final season and all, but they sure didn't give up. Especially these last two episodes featured some of my favorite jokes and dialogs.
Some phenomenal acting in this episode!
Glorious! I love this show so much.
It was alright. Nothing we haven't seen before. However, I do enjoy it when horror movies involve mindf*ckery.
One thing I can't figure out though - maybe I've missed it in the beginning - is, why did Mrs. Green invite the group over to "investigate" the house? Surely, she knowingly brought about her own downfall by doing so. Or was it supposed to be some kind of trap?
This episode has put some of my doubts from episode 2 to rest.
