Visually insane but too long!!! nearly 40min useless
Episode too long and i’m pretty sure it is not relevant at all for the rest of the season 1… let’s wait what the next episode’s got…!
After 1 hour of watching I gave up... the reporters of the washington post make a string of phone calls and quote lots of names without bothering to explain who is who... it is after 1 hour that they follow the trace of money paid that would have ended up on the account of one of the guys who participated in the data theft from the watergate... and there is still 1h30 left... a pity I liked the redford and hoffman duo
I read the first comics a few minutes before playing this first episode that Amazon kindly offers.. and... I'm disappointed with the result. all the fantastic WTF ingredients of the first book are not even displayed, and been cut... why?! That's what makes Paper Girls so powerful... We end up with a low quality Stranger Things like... I’m gonna try a second episode but i’m not optimistic…
Please stop developing comics books on screen if it’s not to make it as cool as it is or to make it better… (other examples: sweet tooth, locke & key…)
The first three episodes were too slow for me… i stop here… a real waste of time once you know the young pope is a megalomaniac… the scenario is weak to hold me for a whole season…

the concept was interesting but Salma Hayek’s acting sucks so much!! it was really hard to watch until the end…
i do not understand why the score is so high for this movie… after more than 50min of watching, so bored of the rhythm, the characters, no scenario, no explanation… i could not bear more… waste of time for me… why jake produced that?!
one word: well done guys, Maserati ghibli did the job... just so insane how much the car is shown during the movie and camera focus on brand logo...
beside this, this is just a poor (shitty) movie...
French voice for the local cop is so funny !!
