One of the worst episodes of the flash. 40 mins of my life that I will never get back. All I want to see is the flash doing flash stuff and I'm stuck watching characters like Cecile and alegra
Aaaannddd.......the shows back to normal, another episode of the final season of the Flash with no Flash in it.
Terrible episode, maybe on of the worst of the show. Incredibly cringey, I mean come on; using the power of love to bring the speed force back? Iris getting powers? Villain calling herself Mirror Monarch? It's just getting incredibly lazy from the writers at this point. The Wells character was underwhelming and he can time travel, whatever :man_shrugging:. Ralph coming back as daft punk, they really should have cut his and sues storyline out. I feel like giving up this show but I'm too invested.
Great... Another episode of the flash with no flash :unamused:
Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois stole the show in this episode. An amazing performance from her and another great chapter in this awesome show.
Another solid episode, liking the direction this show is going in.
At least we don't have to continue to watch this show being a shadow of its former self
I liked the performances of Tom and Ciara but I felt they were the only characters in the movie I could remember. Really sums this movie up. Forgetful. Didn't need Tom speaking to the camera. Movie was way too long for what it is. It's a real shame because I think the potential was there for a great story.
What a disappointing movie. Sure it was quite enjoyable but to call it the best spiderman movie ever is an insult to those previous efforts. I understand that this spiderman is new and is not used to soaring the heights of New York City but something was missing. Tom Holland and Michael Keaton are both terrific actors, especially with Tom in that one scene in the warehouse, I could feel the pain the character was going through. But I felt as though lacked a lot of special moments, it didn't help that the score was very bland as are most marvel movies unfortunately. Nevertheless, I know the sequels will develop the spiderman character into the great one I know him to be. I'd still recommend this movie to anyone looking for a good time.
Another episode where Barry can't think for himself. Another episode where Barry needs to have a pep talk with the villains. Another episode showing how the shows CGI has gone weaker compared to previous seasons. Disappointing episode.
Fantastic episode, easily the best episode of the season and one of the top episodes of the flash series
Another good episode, I love the way the show balances all the characters. The brothers relationship is great and family drama is not overdone and actually concludes in a reasonable way. Finding out that Captain Luthor was married to Lois in his world is a great twist. Just a shame we have to wait 2 months for the next episode!! :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
Definitely the worst episode of the show since the beginning of season 5, what an absolute bullshit plot
I really liked this episode. The tension throughout was great. Much better than the first 4 episodes.
Love the cast in this movie and the concept of the black widow family that was introduced but really felt like this movie came out 5 years too late. Set between the events of civil war and infinity war, it really feels like I wasted 2 hrs of my time watching this, it doesn't really contribute to the rest of the marvel universe except for the post credits scene. So, as a standalone film, some scenes such as the dinner scene really slowed the movie down. The villain was really underwhelming but I'm glad scarlett johansson got her solo movie and I'm looking forward to Florence Pughs character progressing.
Well...... that was pretty underwhelming
This show was so good in the first half of the season, now it's just boring drama with stupid character decisions. Alex is an idiot. Kara is an idiot. The show doesn't want to utilise Martian Manhunter. The only competent person on the show is Winn
Didn't like the concept of this episode at first seeing as it is quite filler. However, it became really heroic throughout and I liked it. Definitely one of the better episodes of the season. And WTF! King Shark and Dominator egg thing!?
What another excellent episode from this show! This is how Flashpoint should have been!
I knew it was the cripple the whole time but they threw me off with the Keaton stuff but then it came back around again. Decent movie. Pretty predictable but I like the actors so it's a fun watch.
It's hard to ignore the fact that Penny is the worst partner for Leonard. She does not appreciate him and Leonard doesn't care because she's hot.
Finally! Last episode and this episode have both been great. Hopefully they're able to stick the landing
That was such a satisfying reunion to watch. I had such a big smile on my face throughout. They way this thing together was perfect in my eyes, I don't need to see a new scripted episode or movie because I love the show for what it is. Seeing the cast together and reminiscing on this incredible show they made and how they treasure the memories they made to please us, the fans, is something I'm incredibly grateful to experience. Thanks to the creators of the show, thanks to everyone who made the original show and this reunion, because you did an amazing job.
Much MUCH better episode! A more interesting storyline, not as much cringey dialogue as usual, CGI was great. And an actual choreographed fight scene! Not the best but better than the usual camera cut crap they usually do. Interested in the Nora/Speed Force storyline but do hope they don't stretch it out too long. Didn't miss Cisco this episode, his character is just annoying and stupid since he couldn't decide he wanted powers or not. Really not interested in Allegras or Chesters characters either, both seem unnecessary and boring.
I get why some people are frustrated about the weak story and characters in this movie and I agree with that. But I'm here to see monsters fight and I got that. I'm glad the movie isn't too long, visuals are great and I didn't feel bored. Good action movie but nothing special.
Fun and emotional movie. Never seen Brendan Fraser in anything but the Mummy so it was nice to see him in something different. Joe Pesci is great as always and the two of them together isn't something I knew I needed.
What an experience. Ever since the Justice League came out in 2017, there were hints of the Snyder Cut and today, after all the hash tags and campaigning, we (the fans) finally get to see what should have been Zack Synder's movie. That's the main thing to take away here, a man who couldn't finish his art because of the death of his daughter finally did get to finish it because of how passionate his fanbase is.
Now for the movie itself, it's leagues ahead of the frankenstein that came out in 2017, the story flows a lot better, characters and fleshed out more and there's a whole lot of fan service!
The story is of course very similar to what came out in 2017 but scenes are prolonged a little longer and extra scenes are included to fill out gaps. However because of this, parts of the movie are just straight up boring and unnecessary, there were a couple times, I was yawning and checking my watch.
As for the characters, batman, aquaman and wonder woman are great but cyborg and the flash truly benefited from the Snyder Cut, their scenes really do connect with you and are pretty emotional. And to be honest, I forgot superman was in the movie so I swear they didn't mention him until 2 hours into the movie.
The visual effects are pretty impressive considering that apparently the VFX artists were working from home so shout out to them. Although no CGI is gonna make love that cyborg design, I still hate it. Steppenwolfs design isn't the best either, I feel like it is too busy and too smooth but one thing I will say, they did a great job with the emotion on his face. I could really feel the anger and the fear in his eyes. Darkseid was equally impressive, the texture for his skin was really good. Martian Manhunter was okayyy, I thought he looked too CG but he is a big green alien so :man_shrugging:.
I didn't like the 4:3 aspect ratio but it is what it is.
The score was pretty underwhelming, I felt like the rock beats didn't suit the tone of the movie, it just sounded like a bad video game at times. I appreciate the use of previous themes like man of steel and lex luthor theme. But during the movie the score was switching back and forth quite abruptly and I have to mention, :asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol:WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT WONDER WOMAN THEME!? I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT, THE MOST ANNOYING AND CRINGEY PIECE OF SHIT I’VE HEARD:asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol:. It felt so out of place and made me grit my teeth every time I heard those stupid vocals.
Overall, the snyder cut is truly a one of a kind movie experience and I truly thank Zack Snyder for making these movies. Man of Steel is still the best in this trilogy but this justice league is much better than BvS, it doesn't try to be political or philosophical or over complicated, it just wants you to feel the grandeur and epicness the Justice League brings to the table. And I think it achieves that. This is most likely the end of the snyder verse but I look forward to standalone movies like the flash and hopefully a Henry cavill superman sequel. These characters are great and Zack has only magnified this.
Thank you Zack Snyder.
I love this movie, it's that type of movie that makes you satisfied but still left wanting answers. Great acting from Bale and Hugh Jackman and a brilliant riddle of a story from beginning to end.
Takes a lot to make me cry, this movie made me sob my eyes out.
