Not bad so far but I'm watching you Disney. Morph been doing some questionable things.
If you loved the show, you'll love this documentary series.
Everyone loves an underdog story, and while I knew it had taken a long time to create Arcane, I had no idea the scope of it all. It's stunning to see how the meticulous work of hundreds of people culminated into the final product; the sheer passion of every individual involved in the production is evident, and it's honestly inspiring.
On top of that, it's just a really well-made documentary with great thought put into things like cinematography, lighting, and in-between shots with the interviewees. A top-notch docu-series for a top notch show.
I haven't read the novel, but the subject is very interesting. All in all a good reinterpretation of a science fiction classic: aliens invading the Earth. The idea that will happen in the future it creates depth to the story, which in this first season is well established episode after episode. For now he deserves a 7-8, let's see how the second season develops.
can jonas please wash his hands and face PLEASE
Nope, sorry. I’m not happy with this. 8 episodes of well executed time jumping headaches ending like that? I don’t like the final cliffhanger, which was the only possible (and unneeded) shortcut for a next season.
Many of the scenes in this movie are pointless and feature fighting/violence just for the sake of it. I had to turn it off.
For example, scenes where Justice League members don't notice the person they are fighting is using Green Ring power and they fight too long before realizing it's a Green Lantern.
I call BS on Adam. I bet Jonas did that every time and either failed or became the cause of his father's suicide
I believe Adam is sending Jonas to 2019, not to save the coming apocalypse, but precisely to start all over again.
Watched on Netflix. A lot of things are explained and clarified. I liked what Adam said about time, the our god is actually time, and it has no mercy. Sad scenes of old Ulrich trying to recover his children.
Bootstrap paradox mfers!
That felt oddly final and revelatory for a 3rd episode of a season.
If you listen carefully, around 6:30 mins, they rick-rolled us! Lol
I'm a fan of Noah braiwashing himself, self-sufficient to the bone
I mean, Jonas wouldn't be the only guy on TV who has a thing for his aunt #justsaying
Also, what's up with this show and people just casually standing under downpours? Like, not only does it rain a crazy amount in that town, but people just love standing outside without even wearing waterproof clothes. Do they enjoy getting soaked? What's up with that?
And what's up with Franziska? She has so much anger inside of her.
Because trying to remember the characters from two generations was not enough. ":D" Anyways, this episode was shockingly good. Wow!
IT KEEPS GETTING MORE FUCKED UP AND INTERESTING I LOVE IT
Martha is your aunt.
GOT John Snow and Daenerys Targaryen XD
What I suspected from episode 3 has been confirmed :satisfied: Nice episode.
i already had some hints that mikkel is michael considering that inez was the one that kept the letter, hence, she was someone important to michael and she was the grandmother of jonas in the present while in the past, she was the one that took care of mikkel. however, it was still mind-blowing when michael himself revealed it through his letter.
i thought, at first, that the guy in a hoodie that was interested in time or smth was adult mikkel after he got into the past. or he was michael because of his interaction with jonas when the latter was in the cemetery. but i guess he's someone else?
i think we can all collectively agree that hannah is an annoying character, from the past up to the present :////
It had the level of suspense and mystery just to have me interest the whole episode. I would've liked to know what the letter said, though.
"Who do you think the real enemy is here?"
A movie that inspired so many, the Replicants instantly screamed Westworld to me. Visually stunning, fascinating world building, nice costumes, the city looks amazing, atmospheric as hell, unique score, the special effects still look neat and the lighting is perfection. The only things that didn't age well are some of the tech within the movie (picture zoom-in on TV, public phone booth) but they have a certain charm to them. It started real strong in the first act but kinda lost me in the second, could have used more action or just more happening in the story cause I was getting bored. The few instances of action are very short-lived and a bit weird. I didn't really feel challenged on an intellectual level either. Sadly a prime example of style over substance, and it sure excels in the style department.
