At the coffeehouse, Summer reveals to Nick that she saw Phyllis with Ronan. Nick tries to explain to Summer that Phyllis lied about her affair with Ronan to cover something up, but Summer insists. Nick confronts Phyllis about the affair, but she denies it. Nick reveals that Summer saw them having sex. Later, Phyllis tries to apologize to Summer. Nick finds Avery and kisses her.
At Gloworm, Kevin leaves just as Michael arrives. Michael asks Chloe why Kevin is dodging him. She tries to ignore him, but Michael pushes the issue. Chloe reveals that that Kevin got talked into moving Tim's body.
Adam and Chelsea playfully go through a box of baby things. Gloria calls and offers to throw Chelsea a baby shower. Kevin arrives and shows Adam and Chelsea the latest TagNGrab update. Kevin leaves and Chelsea and Adam decide they should go on a 'babymoon' vacation. Later, Kevin returns to Gloworm and Michael asks Kevin to talk to him.
Victor asks his broker to buy all of the available Newman stock. Victor learns that Jack is the only person who has 5% of the Newman stock. Meanwhile, Nikki confronts Tucker and slaps him for what he did to Victor.
Sharon informs the S.E.C agents that Tucker misadvised her in order to purchase Newman stock at a lower price. Sharon arrives at Victor's office and reveals what she did. Sharon is shocked to learn that Tucker offered Victor Beauty of Nature in exchange for Sharon's freedom. Later, Sharon rushes into Tucker's office to apologize as an FBI agent finishes reading Tucker his rights.
Michael informs Kevin that Chloe told him everything about the night that Tim died. Michael questions Kevin about covering for Phyllis. Later, Chloe informs Gloria that she sold Kevin out to Michael. Gloria to get Chloe to confide in her about what Kevin did. Kevin arrives and Chloe tries apologizing.
Jeffrey calls Chelsea and asks for her to come by Gloworm to see him. Gloria offers to throw Chelsea a baby shower, but Chelsea is reluctant to accept. Chelsea and Jeffrey enjoy a nice time together and he gives her some money to pick out something nice for the baby.
Victor asks Adam to stand by him so that the Newmans will maintain control of Newman Enterprises. Victor informs Adam that he loves him despite their quarrels over the years. Chelsea returns and Victor congratulates her about the baby. Later, Adam and Chelsea try to make sense of their conflicting feelings toward their fathers.
Nick gets a call that Summer has been arrested. Nick and Phyllis arrive at the squad room and Ronan explains that Summer took a baseball bat to his car. Ronan will not press charges against Summer because he is aware of the role he played. Later, Nick asks Summer to see a therapist.
Christine, Danny, Nina, and Paul discuss Phyllis' trial over breakfast. They acknowledge the irony that Ricky is the one who set the trial in motion by finding the evidence against Phyllis.
Nick discovers Summer is missing. At the skate shack, Fen tries to convince Summer to go home. Summer kisses Fen and moves in to get closer to Fen, until he realizes that she is trying to take his cell phone from him. Fen reveals he is going to call Nick. Summer gets upset and throws the phone. Fen moves away to get his phone and Summer takes off.
Heather worries about what effect the trial will have on her relationship with Daniel. Meanwhile, Avery learns that Leslie is meeting with the judge to explain Summer's absence and ask for a delay.
Ronan asks his friends on the force to look for Summer and Fen. Phyllis wants to go searching for Fen and Summer, but Avery and Nick convince her to stay and get ready for the trial. Meanwhile, Michael and Lauren learn that Fen didn't spend the night at Austin's. Later, Fen informs Lauren and Nick that Summer took off.
Heather and Leslie deliver their opening statements. The judge calls for the first witness, and Phyllis is horrified as Michael calls Kevin to the stand.
Adam and Chelsea discuss his intentions regarding aligning himself with Victor. Adam calls Victor and informs him that he can't support him.
Nick grills Fen on Summer's whereabouts. Fen reveals he can reach her and Nick calls Summer. Phyllis is relieved to see Summer arrive in the courthouse. Summer informs Phyllis she wanted to make sure she gets the punishment she deserves. At the coffeehouse, Summer comes up with a plan to run away to Chicago. When Fen shoots down the idea, she angrily leaves.
Kevin takes the stand at Phyllis' trial. Michael grills Kevin about when he last saw Tim Reid. As Kevin is about to open up, the judge gets sick. Everyone is left wondering what will happen next as the judge is rushed to his chambers by the bailiff.
The bailiff presents Judge Daley who will be taking the place of Judge Rice. Daley shocks everyone when he dismisses the case.
Sharon finds Noah packing his things. Noah informs Sharon he is moving out and until she makes some serious changes in her life, he has nothing to say to her.
Tucker tries to get Sharon to take back her accusations. Later, Jack learns all of the charges against Tucker have been dropped. Jack asks Billy to help him takeover Newman Enterprises. Billy refuses to put his marriage on the line. Meanwhile, Victor asks Victoria to look into Billy and Jack's plans, but Victoria is not willing to cross the line and spy on her husband.
Adam informs Chelsea they are taking a trip together before the baby comes. Nick arrives and tries to convince Adam to stand with the family. Later, Jack arrives and suggests that Adam sell his shares to him so they can take Victor down together.
The courtroom is stunned as Judge Daley dismisses Phyllis' case. The judge blames Christine for lying about her job at the time of the hit-and-run. Judge Daley says that Tim's autopsy shows that he died of a heart attack.
Nick and Phyllis get a call that Summer was in a car accident. At the hospital, Nick accuses Adam of causing the accident, but Adam explains that Summer was driving recklessly. Later, Nick informs Phyllis that he is filing for divorce. Summer reassures Fen the accident wasn't his fault. He surprises her with a kiss.
Chelsea informs Adam that they lost the baby and that it was a boy. Adam assures Chelsea that they can try for another baby. At their house, Chelsea is awakened by a nightmare of the car accident.
Chloe and Kevin discuss what happened in court and if it will affect their marriage. Daniel enters and assures Kevin that things between them are still good despite Kevin having to testify against his mom. Daniel and Heather discuss how they should make their relationship official.
Nick informs Avery that he told Phyllis he's filed for divorce. Nick and Avery raise their glasses in a toast, but are interrupted by Adam who reveals that Summer caused Chelsea to lose the baby.
Summer informs Noah that Phyllis is the cause of all her problems. Summer reveals she wants to leave Genoa City and move to New York. Later, Sharon finds Noah packing his things. Sharon asks him to stay, but Noah pushes her away.
Adam tries to distract himself from the pain of losing the baby. Chelsea is frustrated that Adam doesn't want to deal with what happened. Summer arrives to apologize for the car accident. Summer is mortified when Chelsea reveals she miscarried. Later, Summer finds Noah and reveals she is filing for emancipation.
Tucker informs Genevieve that he is done with her. Cane enters and takes Tucker's side. A waiter gives Cane an envelope. He finds a handwritten note with an Australian nursery rhyme on it. Cane gets a hold of the mystery woman and threatens to go to the police, but she caves and reveals her plan. Cane confronts Genevieve about paying the woman to impersonate Samantha.
Adam asks Jack when he is planning on making his move against Newman Enterprises. Adam reassures Jack that he is on his side. Meanwhile, Victor questions Victoria about Jack's intentions for Newman Enterprises. Victoria feels guilty about the lawsuit that Nick, Abby, and her filed which allowed Newman Enterprises to go public.
Adam reveals to Sharon that Chelsea lost the baby. He inform s her he thinks it's karma for what he did to her and Faith. Later, Nikki asks Adam if he's aligned himself with Jack. Adam says things are rarely as they seem. Meanwhile, Chelsea opens Adam's laptop and realizes that he has been obsessing over the Newman takeover instead of dealing with the miscarriage.
Victoria sees Eddie's lifeless body on the floor and manages to grab his phone. She informs Billy and Nick that Eddie is dead. A man named Max enters and reveals that Eddie was working for him. Max takes a gun from his holster and unlocks her handcuffs. He forces her back into the dark room. Billy and Nick burst in and subdue Max. Billy runs into the dark room saves Victoria.
Katherine and Devon are surprised to see Tucker. After Devon leaves, Katherine advises Tucker not to push so hard with Devon. Tucker hugs Jill goodbye and shakes hands with Katherine.
Sharon is startled to see Phyllis. Sharon informs Phyllis that Summer took Faith to the parade. Phyllis wants to wait for Summer, but Sharon loses it and demands that Phyllis get out. Later, Sharon informs Noah that Adam saved her from the fire and that she started it.
Cane and Lily meet Neil for a quick bite. Devon arrives and accepts Neil's offer to work at Jabot. Lily is thrilled to be working together, but Cane is a little uneasy.
Chelsea questions Adam about going to see Sharon. Later, Chelsea informs Jeffrey and Anita that she had an argument with Adam. Jeffrey asks Adam about the strange vibe he gets every time he is in the same room with them.
Jack calls his sisters and wishes he could be with them to celebrate Thanksgiving. Jack informs Phyllis that he wishes he could go back and express to everyone how grateful he is to have them in his life. Later, Phyllis goes to embrace Jack goodnight and he surprises her with a kiss.
Nikki and Victor welcome Victoria home. Victor praises Nick, but threatens Billy to get him to leave. Later, Victoria questions Victor about Billy's whereabouts.
Victor confesses to Nikki that Billy knew he was in Los Angeles, and let Victoria believe he was missing. Meanwhile, Victoria has a nightmare and Billy returns and struggles to put her at ease. Once she calms down, he hugs her and admits he is to blame for what has happened.
Jack is delighted to see Kyle back in town. Kyle updates Jack on Abby, Ashley, and Traci and wonders why he didn't inform them about his surgery. Billy visits and blames Jack for Victoria being kidnapped.
Avery informs Nick that Faith and Summer came over for dinner. Nick confesses that he wants to spend every second with Avery and they passionately kiss.
Kevin overhears Michael and Chloe talking and assumes they are talking about him being a disappointment. Tucker reveals that Adam offered him his shares of TagNGrab and that he is buying out Kevin and Chloe. Later, Kevin goes to Adam's house and yells at Adam for ruining his company.
Nina reveals to Paul that she is going back to Los Angeles. Later, Christine confesses to Paul that she's falling back in love with him. Paul reveals he no longer wants to be a private investigator.
Jack informs Kyle that people are treating him like a delicate flower. They agree to go to lunch and Jack takes several pills. Tucker confronts Jack about being back at work.
Summer informs Phyllis that she tried calling her on Thanksgiving, but she couldn't get through to her so she went to Avery's. Summer asks if Phyllis feels like she is betraying the family by working with Jack. When Ronan enters, Phyllis swears that she didn't know he would be there. Summer takes Phyllis at her word and asks Ronan about Jaime.
After Summer leaves, Ronan informs Phyllis he's leaving for D.C. He takes her hand as Jack enters with Kyle. Jack sees Phyllis with Ronan and asks Kyle to take him home. Later, Phyllis finds Jack on the sofa at the Abbott mansion and questions him about the pills he took.
Avery finds Nick making breakfast in her kitchen. Avery worries about what Phyllis will think about their relationship. They discuss ideas for a new career for Nick. Summer drops by to look for a ring she left behind and is surprised to see Nick. Later, Summer runs into Jamie and he reveals he's still getting mean text messages. Summer calls Fen and asks what he's been doing to Jamie.
Jill opens up to Lauren about her partnership with Katherine. Lauren asks Jill not overdo it and to leave room in her schedule to date. Chloe arrives to see Esther and discusses her troubles with Kevin to Jill and Lauren. Jill cynically suggests that she get a divorce. Later, Tucker arrives and asks Jill to dinner.
Kevin asks Michael for a loan and he reluctantly loans Kevin the money. Chloe reminds Kevin that they still have other bills to pay. Chloe informs Kevin that they'll figure everything out together.
Christine informs Paul she is going to New York to meet with Danny. Christine suggests Paul take advantage of the time so he can figure out exactly what he wants. He reveals that he wants her and they kiss.
Phyllis is alarmed that Jack doesn't know how many pills he has taken. Jack reveals that he saw her with Ronan at lunch and thinks she can do better. Later, Kyle thanks Phyllis for what she's done for Jack. Phyllis thinks it's time for her to move back home, but Kyle thinks it's too soon.
Jack has a nightmare and awakens to Victor ringing his doorbell. Victor demands Jack help Billy accept the inevitable when it comes to Victoria. Later, Jack takes more pills. When Phyllis returns, she informs Jack she is moving out.
Victor thinks it would help Victoria if Nick could regain control of Newman, but Nick refuses. Victor researches the drug that Jack has been taking. Later, Victor reveals to Victoria that Billy knew he was in Los Angeles.
Nick learns that Summer has been ditching school. Meanwhile, Fen watches Michael talking with Jamie and resents their connection. Fen informs Jamie that he's seeing Summer and to back off. Fen moves past Jamie and sends him another hurtful text message.
When Avery is late to meet Sharon and Adam, Sharon leaves to go track her down. Jack thanks Adam for everything he has done and warns him that when things are quiet with
Victor it usually means he is up to something.
Avery confides in Sharon about her past with Dylan. When Sharon asks Avery if she loves Dylan or Nick, Avery says she doesn’t know if she can choose. Meanwhile, Dylan tries to explain himself to Nick. When Dylan leaves, Nick informs Avery that Dylan is still in love with her. Later, Avery informs Nick she has to go out of town for her case with the Innocence Foundation.
Sharon runs into Dylan and realizes he is the man Avery was talking about. Sharon decides she doesn’t feel like going out to dinner later and agrees to have dinner with Adam at his house.
Mason hesitates to go along with Victor’s plan for him to replace Sharon’s medication. Victor promises it won’t go too far and he offers Mason a bonus when he becomes CEO again. Later, Victor gets a call from Nikki’s doctor.
Jack informs Phyllis he asked Neil to be his sponsor. Jack and Phyllis agree that they are both happy to be back in each other’s lives. ..
Gus admits to Tyler that his marriage wasn't perfect but he did love his mother. Tyler thinks Gus killed Belinda because she was having an affair. Later, Lily finds Tyler sitting in Neil's office in complete darkness. Meanwhile, Leslie tells Wheeler she thinks her father is innocent.
At the Athletic Club, Carmine slips a room key to Lauren and says she knows where to find him.
Summer heads to Jabot, looking for Kyle but runs into her mother instead. Summer texts Kyle and asks him to meet her in Jack's office for a coffee break. Later, Phyllis walks in on an awkward moment between Kyle and Summer.
Adam arrives at the Ranch and prepares to toast Victor. Nick recognizes Bob the bartender but can't remember from where. The reception ends in chaos when Bob pulls out a gun.
Kyle reassures Phyllis that he sees Summer as nothing more than a friend. Phyllis explains to Summer that Kyle isn’t interested in her and she should let her crush go.
Sharon confronts Noah about hooking up with Adriana after the weeding. Noah fires back by saying people can change and brings up her relationship with Adam.
The Newman’s scramble to disarm the gunman while a family member is rushed to the hospital. Later, Congressman Wheeler overhears Abby tell Kyle about the horrible incident at the ranch.

Summer succeeds at getting Kyle’s attention after she makes herself look older. Abby tells Summer she needs to let Kyle go since he is interested in someone else. Sharon finds Avery’s engagement ring and questions Nick about his intentions. Later, Sharon tells Dylan about the proposal and he states that there may be hope for him and Avery. Jack and Phyllis enjoy their vacation in Istanbul when Jack gets a surprise call from Congressman Wheeler. The case against Wheeler reaches a shocking climax. Nick speaks to Summer and Kyle on separate occasions and warns both of them to stay away from each other. Kyle tells Nick he will stay away from Summer but he should be aware that her new mature look with attract attention from other guys. Nick tells Avery he wants to have more kids with her. Later, Dylan tells Avery that she'll be an excellent mother. Katherine is shocked when she receives her test results. Tyler confides in Lily about all of his issues with Gus.

Jack and Phyllis welcome Summer to move into the Abbott mansion. Kyle assures them that there are no awkward feelings. Nick gets upset with Phyllis for not discussing the move with him. Later, Nick worries that Avery has feelings for Dylan and the question where they're headed.
Dylan invites Avery to move to Chicago with him. Meanwhile, Chelsea admits to Chloe that she can't keep lying to Dylan.
Lily tells Devon that Katherine's tumor was benign. Jill finds out that Katherine has asked Cane to take over Chancellor Industries.
Kyle walks in during Summer's photo shoot with Mason. Summer turns up the sex appeal during the shoot in order to get Kyle to notice her.
Chloe and Kevin try to enjoy a spontaneous lunch date. Later, they agree that their marriage is in a rut.
While telling Paul that he moved out to save his marriage, Michael is informed that Fen hasn't been to school in two days. Michael goes home and finds the deck of cards and the note that Carmine gave to Lauren. Lauren and Carmine enjoy some time away in Lake Geneva. Lauren eventually takes off, leaving an apology not for Carmine.
Gus is well enough to leave the hospital, but he still won't discuss Rose with Leslie. Later, Leslie opens one of his letters and suspects that Gus had an affair with Rose.
Jill continues to protest Katherine's decision of putting Cane in charge of Chancellor Industries.
Detective Sheryl Gordon helps Neil as he looks around his apartment after the robbery. Neil is shocked when he discovers his flashdrive was stolen.
Michael questions Lauren about the deck of cards he found, but they're discussion is cut off by Paul calling to tell him about Fen being arrested. Paul asks Carmine what exactly is going on between him and Lauren. Paul warns Carmine to not cross any lines.
When Victor addresses the issue of Adam possibly being the father of Chelsea's baby, Adam quickly shoots the idea down.
Billy confronts Carmine about lying and calling into work sick.
Avery turns down Dylan's request to come meet up with him. Feeling conflicted; she begins to write an important letter to Nick.
Summer tells Nick that he needs to let her grow up and make her own choices. Nick informs Jack and Phyllis that Kyle is not someone he wants Summer hanging around with.
In order to keep his job, Carmine offers to play a game of cards with Billy.

Victoria tells Victor that she wants Adam out of Newman Enterprises. Later, Adam tells Victor that they should make Newman a private family company again.
Paul questions Lauren about Carmine and tells her to fight for her marriage. Michael tells Kevin that he thinks Lauren has crossed a line she can't come back from. Meanwhile, Carmine gets upset when Lauren won't call him back.
Chelsea is furious that Adam keeps bringing up the baby the lost.
After he stops by for a house call, Nikki invites Dr. Costner to stay for dinner.
Dylan admits to Chelsea that he and Avery were once involved. Chelsea gives him the chance to walk away if he still wants to be with Avery.

Chelsea tells Chloe that she's going to come clean to Dylan, and tell him that he's not the baby's father. Dylan shows Chelsea the drawing of the cradle he wants to make for the baby. Sparks begin to fly between them, and they share an intense kiss.

When Fen comes by to pick Summer up for prom, she informs him that they're not going and that they have other plans.
A fortune teller reveals to Kyle that love will find its way to him. Kyle receives an important text from Summer saying she's in trouble.
Michael tells Kevin that Carmine in sleeping with Lauren. Kevin kicks Carmine out of Crimson Lights. On his way out, Carmine runs into Lauren.
When Phyllis arrives at the penthouse, she's stunned to see Fen and Kyle fighting at Summer's party. Nick, Michael, and Lauren all come by to pick up their kids. Kyle tells Nick that he needs to ease up on Summer. Later, Phyllis tries to get Nick to give Summer some breathing room. When she leaves, Nick makes an important phone call.
Jack gets upset that Traci feels the need to protect him from Phyllis.
Abby figures out that it was Michael that tried to choke Carmine. Abby relays this information to Alex, while Paul overhears.

Adam makes an important call to Chelsea's doctor. Meanwhile, Dylan reminds Chelsea that he'll always love their baby. Later, Dylan confronts Adam.
Leslie tells Tyler he has to stop focusing on Lily. Later, another one of Neil's journal entries goes up online. Kevin hacks into the website and finds out where the IP address is coming from.
Victoria tells Victor that their family will never be united while Adam is still involved. Victoria soon realizes her father doesn't trust Adam any more than she does. Meanwhile, Adam wants Billy to convince Victoria to concentrate on having a baby.
Chloe is frustrated at all the past due bills for Crimson Lights. She considers selling the shop.
When Jack asks Billy to take Traci off his hands, Billy says that he can't and that is focused on having another child with Victoria. While Victoria gets stuck meeting with Victor and Adam, Billy decides to meet up with an old friend for a game of cards. Victor tells Adam that he's sure that Victoria and him can find some common ground.
When Phyllis returns to the penthouse, she is told that her water and power will be out for weeks. Jack visits and asks Phyllis about when she'll move back in with him.
Lauren ignores a text from Carmine as she tells Michael that she can't believe how she screwed things up between them. Later, Fen comes home and shocks Michael and Lauren.

Dylan meets up with Chloe to make the purchase of Crimson Lights official. Chloe gets upset at Kevin when he asks Dylan for an unreasonable amount of money for the business. Chloe rips into Kevin for not being someone that Delia will be able to look up to. Meanwhile, Alex gets frustrated at Kevin for skipping out on his community service.
Lily apologizes to Cane for missing part of her surprise party and says she had no idea what he was planning since he told her he was out of town.
At Adam’s penthouse, Avery accuses him of throwing her towards Dylan, so he can get Chelsea back. When she leaves, Chelsea comes by and gets angry with Adam for interfering in her life.

Adam brings Chelsea to the hospital, and refuses to leave her side. When Dylan arrives, he’s told that Chelsea is fine, and that it’s her high blood pressure that caused the dizziness. Chelsea tells Adam that he needs to leave her alone.
While packing up Crimson Lights, Chloe tries to cheer up Kevin with all the good things she says will come from working with Chelsea.
When Gloria and Michael have a drink at the GCAC, she is shocked to find out that he’s moving out because Lauren cheated. Meanwhile, Carmine goes to see Lauren.
Chelsea wakes up at Dylan’s after having spent the night there. She mentions that she hasn’t slept that well in ages. Before she leaves for work, they share a kiss goodbye. Chelsea confesses to Chloe that she is falling in love with Dylan.
Devon grills Tyler about staying out with Lily, and getting her tipsy the night of her surprise birthday party. Later, Lily confronts Neil about the recent blog post. Neil explains that the hacker has twisted his words. Kevin traces the blogger’s location to the public computer at the GCAC.
Dylan comes to pick up his last paycheck from Billy, and informs him that he bought Crimson Lights. Billy calls his buddy Ken and asks to be dealt into a game.
Michael tells Fen that he’s trying to work things out with Lauren. Meanwhile, Carmine sends Lauren chocolates. Later, Carmine tells Fen that he’s upset because a woman he’s been seeing has gone back to her ex.
Devon questions Lily’s involvement with Tyler.
Summer decides to attend GCU, and Noah can’t help but wonder if it has anything to do with Kyle. Later, Courtney takes Summer to get a prescription for birth control.
Adam and Victor sign the paperwork to privatize Newman Enterprises. Avery sends a paralegal named Melanie over to finalize the paperwork.
Billy agrees to play cards with Ken, while at the same time, Victoria reminds him that they’re expected at Adam’s party. When she goes upstairs to tell the nanny that they’re leaving, Billy calls Ken to tell him that they’re going to have to pick up where they left off another night.
Alex and Kevin continue their hunt for the blogger. Alex considers recommending Kevin for a job as a computer specialist once his community service is done.
Adam invites Melanie to the party at Victor’s. Victor announces that Newman Enterprises is solely owned by their family. Nick makes an important announcement about his future with Avery.
Nick receives an envelope from the paternity lab. Meanwhile, Phyllis finds birth control pills in Summer’s purse. Phyllis urges her to really think before doing anything. Kyle confides in Jack that he’s growing more attached to Summer, and enjoys spending time with her.
Nikki and Victor rent out a room at the club to celebrate Summer’s graduation. After the celebration is over and everyone is gone, Victor surprises Nikki with two tickets for their honeymoon. Later, Nick comes home from Summer’s graduation and rips open the envelope from the paternity lab.
Michael and Lauren bring Fen home from graduation to celebrate with Kevin and Paul. Fen tries to act like he’s grateful when Michael and Lauren give him a car. Fen receives a text saying he isn’t invited to the graduation party because he’s a loser.
Cane and Lily enjoy a dinner together as they discuss balancing family and work. Cane tells Lily that she shouldn’t have walked away from the campaign and that he was jealous of Tyler.
Alex asks Kevin if he knows anything about a recent robbery. Kevin vehemently denies having any involvement and Alex leaves.
Nick opens the paternity test results and is shocked to learn that he’s not Summer’s father. When Noah asks him what’s wrong, Nick covers, saying he received an unexpected repair bill from the Underground. Later, Sharon tries to offer help to Nick.
Phyllis tells Summer that whatever she has planned with Kyle can wait. Later, Summer and Kyle end their date with a kiss.

Later, Chloe tells Chelsea that things are over between her and Kevin. Anita makes a phone call to a florist to order flowers for Chelsea in Adam’s name.
When Billy checks the race results on his phone, Victoria asks him why he’s so excited. He covers and says he was just going over some receipts and that the restaurant made some money. Victoria suspects that something else is going on with Billy.
While Leslie and Avery discuss their partnership, Leslie reveals that she needs access to a safe deposit box her father left behind.
Devon and Neil question how the blogger has managed to pick up old journal entries that correspond with what is currently happening in their lives.
With everything going on at Newman, Nikki questions if Victor is still comfortable leaving Adam in charge of the company while they go on their honeymoon. Later, Adam makes a mysterious phone call.

Phyllis and Nick decide to tell Summer the truth about the paternity test. Nick buckles, and ends up telling Summer that he’s worried about her and Kyle. When they’re alone, Phyllis asks Nick what happened.
Carmine kisses Lauren as Fen comes off the elevator. Lauren makes Carmine leave, and then explains things to Fen. He concludes that at one point they had an affair. Michael arrives and notices something is wrong. Lauren explains that Carmine showed up uninvited and initiated the kiss. Fen lashes out at Lauren, and leaves.
Traci opens up to Jack about her problems with Steve. Meanwhile, Phyllis gets angry at Nick for not telling Jack the truth about Summer. Later, Courtney grills Summer as to why she and Kyle haven’t had sex yet.
Chloe tells Chelsea that Kevin needs to change, and this is his last chance. Chelsea confesses to Chloe that Dylan told her he loves her.
Tyler and Devon argue when Devon finds out that Tyler moved forward on the campaign designs without him. Chloe calls Lily and asks her to help settle their argument. Devon confronts Lily about her feelings for Tyler.
Billy calls Victoria and leaves her a message saying he wants to make things right between them. Later, Billy tells Dylan about his gambling problem and that he’s not going to play cards anymore.
Phyllis calls Nick to discuss how to fix things. Phyllis tells Jack that she needs to go to Chicago and the executive that was supposed to go with her is on vacation. When Jack offers to go, Phyllis suggests that Kyle go with her instead.
Avery realizes that something is bothering Nick. Nick tells her that nothing will stand in their way of getting married.
Michael wonders what will happen if he and Lauren can’t convince Fen that they’re committed to making their marriage work. Lauren suggests they follow their therapist’s advice and go on a date.
When Kevin returns all the stolen items and asks Chloe to come back home, she tells him that she’s not ready yet. Abby accuses Chloe of being involved with Billy. When Chloe denies Abby’s accusation, Kevin wonders if something might be going on. Later, Chloe is shocked to discover that Victoria also thinks she’s having an affair with Billy.
Neil receives a response from the blogger. Avery tells Leslie the court order went through, and she can now open the safe deposit box. Leslie finds Gus’s will inside the box.
Adam flirts with Melanie until he is distracted by Chelsea. Melanie compliments Chelsea on her designs, and congratulates her on the baby. Chelsea leaves, and Adam informs Melanie that Chelsea is his ex-wife.
Billy brings Victoria to see Adam so he can confirm that he’s been gambling. Billy’s plan backfires, as Adam says Billy must have really screwed up if he was willing to use gambling as an excuse.
Chelsea arrives at Dylan’s and notices a freshly painted wall this is slightly obscured by a sheet. Dylan distracts her and says she can see what it is after dinner. After dinner, Dylan pulls down the sheet to reveals a surprise for Chelsea.
Leslie and Neil inform Avery that Gus left half of his estate to his children and the other half to Rose Turner. Leslie finds a photo of Rose in Gus’s safe deposit box. Leslie thinks Neil should respond to the blogger with a mention of Rose.
Lauren and Michael’s date is interrupted by the waiter bringing over a bottle of Champagne. Michael believes that Carmine ordered the bottle.
In Chicago, Kyle and Phyllis go over information for their meeting with a focus group. When Kyle steps out, Phyllis answers his phone when Summer calls. When Summer questions why Phyllis is in Kyle’s room, Phyllis says they are meeting about work, and that Kyle can’t talk because he’s in the shower.
Sharon questions what is bothering Nick. Avery overhears, and wonders why Sharon is making herself so available to Nick.
Kevin confronts Billy and asks if he’s sleeping with Chloe. Meanwhile, Chloe enjoys telling Adam that Chelsea is engaged to Dylan. Anita disapproves of Chelsea’s engagement to Dylan. Billy leaves Victoria a heartfelt message asking her to let him come home.
Chloe accuses Kevin of avoiding the real problem in their marriage which is his stealing.
Adam figures out that Sharon still thinks she might have a chance with Nick.
Chloe refuses to fight with Kevin over whether or not she is having an affair with Billy. She sadly tells Kevin that their marriage is falling apart. Chloe tells him she’s going to draw up divorce papers.
While Victoria believes that Billy is not having an affair with Chloe, she tells him that he needs to leave.
Sharon tells Adam he is fooling himself if he really thinks he has moved on from Chelsea. Sharon visits Cassie’s grave and tells her how much she misses her.
Dylan tells Anita how much he loves Chelsea, and how he will provide Chelsea and the baby with everything they need.
Avery tells Nick that she thinks he needs some space and that she can’t help him if he won’t open up to her.
Adam tries to get to know Melanie but she is reluctant to reveal anything. When she excuses herself, Adam takes the opportunity to go through her phone.
When Tyler tells Neil that he can’t work this way, Neil fires him. Later, Tyler tells Noah that Neil fired him because of his feelings for Lily. Meanwhile, the blogger taunts Neil, asking him what his children and grandchildren would think if they knew what he did.
Jack worries about Traci and her marriage, but she doesn’t want to talk about it. Meanwhile, Kyle agrees to have drinks with Phyllis to celebrate his success with the focus groups. Phyllis stresses what little Kyle and Summer have in common.
Avery asks Nick if he has changed him mind about telling her what is bothering him. Nick calls Phyllis and leaves her a message that it’s time for them to come clean about Summer.
Billy tells Carmine that Victoria kicked him out for gambling. Carmine hands Billy a business card of a guy looking for a game. Later, Fen tells Carmine to stop texting him.
Tyler accuses Devon of getting him fired. Meanwhile, Abby and Alex get into an argument at the police station. Later, Abby offers to buy Tyler a drink when she hears that he lost his job.
Michael and Lauren try to enjoy watching a movie together. During dinner, they share a sweet kiss and work on rebuilding their relationship.
Jill offers Hilary double her pay to divert projects to her instead of Cane. Lily comes clean with Cane, and tells him that Tyler is the reason she left the campaign. Lily tells Cane that she doesn’t have feelings for Tyler even though he may be attracted to her.
Chloe and Kevin inform Delia that they are getting a divorce. Delia is pained by the news, but is assured that it has nothing to do with her.
Fen passes money to a dealer in exchange for a bag of pills.
Billy confides in Jack about his gambling. Jack assures him that he will always be there for him.
Abby tells Victoria that she hopes she can work things out with Billy. Later, Billy comes to the magazine office to return a doll that Delia left behind. Chloe tells him that she has made a lot of bad decisions, but choosing him to be Delia’s dad was a good one.
Adam and Melanie continue to flirt, and eventually make love. Adam tells Melanie that it was his idea to privatize Newman. Melanie doesn’t think it will be long before Victor is working for Adam. Adam heads to the shower and overhears Melanie make an important phone call.
Dylan asks Chelsea to move in with him. Chelsea admits to Chloe that she hates that the best relationship she has ever had is based on a lie. Meanwhile, Dylan reunites with his old friend Stitch.
Phyllis succeeds in keeping Kyle and Summer apart by asking them to help her plan Jack’s surprise party.
