How to make the character of Fox Mulder, who should’ve been killed off, that much more unlikeable (and drag Scully down with him)? This is how.
The ending? Just the worst. Oi vey. How boorish and embarrassing.
I actually quite enjoyed the episode. Seeing Mulder again, seeing him investigate and try to expose the truth. Seeing Doggett get involved in conspiracy stuff, and we saw at the end how the aliens i guess are infiltrating human agencies. I like that the alien threat is moving, we are seeing visible steps in moving the myth arc forward. Gillian great as always, and it was nice to see the lone gunmen.
Good to see Mulder back being a problem again and Doggett is getting deeper into the conspiracy.
Secondary characters in this episode: Reyes, Kersh, Lone Gunmen, Absolom
FFS why the overly critical annoying boss. What's the point? Seriously I can't think why anyone ever thought they where (are?) a good idea.

Fight The Future! (Isn't that subtitle of the first X-Files movie?) hmm I noticed the ID images in the opening intro sequence have been updated. "Harry Potter" mention! It's good to see Doggett and Mulder interacting for the first time. I'm sure they'll learn to trust one another later on.
