Wow! I really enjoyed this episode.
I made a false judement on Conrad's father. I should have given him more credit - the man does have morals.
I have a feeling that Gordon Page is alive. I think he escaped that car before it crashed... I guess we'll find out next episode
That's the problem with giving your relatively realistic medical show partly over to a comparatively OTT suspense plot; the former is going to make the latter seem more ridiculous and forced than it would in isolation. In a show this (ostensibly) meticulous about the minutiae of medical procedure, this episode's laissez-faire depiction of the realities of law enforcement just feels jarring. I'm not saying
everything has to be realistic and authentic all the time – this is fiction, after all – but your world does have to be internally consistent.
Neither the climactic shootout nor the car exploding in a ball of fire feel like they belong in the same universe as the medical cases we're presented with every week on The Resident. (Which also contributed to the final fake-out with Conrad's dad feeling manipulative and tired.)
9/10 - lost one because of the stupid girlfriend of the mono patient- engineering student my eye- what does this mean - what does that mean - she was so dumb she couldn`t build a paper plane

Well, the explosion was cool and all, but it was kinda overkill.
