They're going to sentence disobedient handmaidens that murdered Gilead officers to colonies, but they're going to execute a young pair of ovaries that is supporter of regime for running away because of love? Even Gilead doesn't seem this ruthless.
Eden such a stupid child!
I wonder how the season would’ve looked like if it was told from Nick’s point of view. That man needs a good breakdown. He bottles up everything. Guilt over Eden is probably killing him. As it should.
The last scene ruined the entire show for me almost to the point of not wanting to watch next season. And I love the show.
I feel like, this EP was only to prepare for the season finale, worst of the 2nd season
That girl was a suck, better now <3 Nick and "Offred" lives again <3
What a sad episode :(
I'm so glad they aren't using tired definitions for these characters. They could have easily made Eden a Loghaire (Outlander fans will know) but instead made her honest to her own emotions. They could have made Nick more manipulative but again a few episodes ago he told June about meeting Luke. He's an aloof fool, but not a villain.
Hmm... Lawrence seems to run a very loose ship, which is surprising given his role in Gilead. Hopefully there's much more to the story. Bradley can be great if they're going for mixed feelings.
Nick is a dumbass. I'm not sure it'll matter but it wouldn't have hurt to have worried about Eden, if not before Isaac then at least after that. There has to be a middle ground between going all-in and taking advantage of her or completely ignoring her and hoping it all works out.

Yep. It didn't matter in the way I thought it might - with either one of them denouncing someone - but it still had repercussions. Those poor stupid kids.

Yeah, just kill a young woman who is totally capable of having a child. Rip logic just to create fake tension and drama.
