I don‘t get it why Nora Allen is presenting herself now. She was hanging around all season so why now? The only thing i could think of that she shouldnt‘ had helped barry destroy the satellite and now she‘s changing her future ...
But I‘m definitely looking forward to see this getting all unriddleded in the next season.
Davoe: Me, me, me..
Davoe: Me too.
Agent Davoe (Smith) and Mr. Allen (Anderson) starts fightin.
“The Flash (Matrix) - Reloaded” :D
Cheap visual effects unfortunately but nice season finale.
[spoiler]- So happy to have Ralph back. The bromance between Harry and Cisco was adorable. And the ‘we should probably hug’ scene was great. And Nora from the future, the daughter? Whaddaaaa... -[spoiler]
:thumbs up:
Absolutely horrible, so many scenes making no sense at all. This whole season they've been outsmarted by Devoe and now they beat him like it's nothing. Don't even get me started on the way how they beat him. The scenes inside Devoe's mind were ridiculous, Barry could just run Ralf through the portal from the get go. And Devoe is defeated because Ralf escaped Devoe's mind?
Arrow, Legends and The Flash all suffer from the same disease; seasons of 20+ episodes which are filled with bullshit. They're dragging out the story line with filler episodes and repeating the same old shit.
What a great season finale! Devoe gets dealt with, we get back Ralph and we finally get to find out who this mystery young speedster is, tho truth be told the answer to her mystery is exactly what I thought it was. Now I can't wait til next season to see what she means by what she says right at the end, nice cliffhanger!
Also, thank god this season wasn't all about another mystery speedster, faster than Barry, coming to fight him. This has been a nice change of pace. All in all, I've been really happy watching The Flash again.
I hope Ralph comes back!
This finale reminded me at the season finale of smallville when doomsday showed up... all the build up were great just for the finally to suck... and its the same, the super hero runs in the middle of the city and the thats it... Devoe was a great nemesis i hated him... but the finale is so weak...
Man, this season had some boring episodes and, frankly, it often felt like instead of making DeVoe super-smart, they just dumbed down everyone else so the thinker could always out-think everyone - but there were also some really funny moments and interesting plotlines, and the last two episodes really made it worth it. I'm absolutely hyped for an explanation of what all those weird symbols mean and why speed force-Barry and enlightened Harry were saying the same things. I'm sad to see Harry go but thankfully IMDB tells me Tom Cavanagh will stick around, so that's great.
Kept postponing watching the finale because I didn't hear a lot of good things about it, but honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Considering the disappointing and weak season, the finale was pretty decent, IMHO. Anyways, I love Caitlin. She is Queen. There she was offering to deliver a baby whilst everyone is freaking out in the middle of a crisis. Barry and Ralph team up was hilarious (the part where he turned into a cape when Barry carried him and ran had me rolling), wouldn't mind to see more of that next season. Though more of Barry taking action before someone tells him what to do specifically will be greatly appreciated. I will seriously miss Mrs and Mr DeVoe, they were the highlight of the season. The actors were bringing their A game every damn time they were on screen and they were always captivating.
And I don't know what the writers were thinking when they said no one guessed the mystery girl's identity. From the first minute she showed up fans were like that's Barry and Iris' daughter, no reveal there. I guess the mistake she made is helping Barry because probably the super sonic punch killed him or something. Cautiously looking forward to next season. The last few episodes restored a tiny bit of faith in the writing. Hopefully the next season will be and maintain to be better.
I knew the it was Nora that helped Barry kill the satellite. Cant wait for season 5 to come out. Also seen Nora in previous shows.
This show is bitchin! Great season finale.
The finale was bitchin'! All things considered, I really enjoyed the episode, as I did the whole season. After last year's disaster, this season has been refreshing, especially the first half; the second one, however, had good episodes but it wasn't the same without Ralph. He's grown on me since he first appeared and I'm so goddamn happy he's back.
The episode had its things. DeVoe's death, for example was unsatisfying. He went down way too easily. Since they depicted him as a God who every movement everyone was gonna take, I knew whatever they did, I was gonna be disappointed. Also, when you pull the "I'm not dead, bitches" card, I expect them not to be killed in the next few seconds.
That shot of the chair got me excited and made me think that Team Flash was actually gonna fight an evil flying chair. As if DeVoe were the smartest chair alive. Then I realized this isn't Legends and everything went back to normal.
Nora: "I'm your daughter, Nora, from the future and I think I made a big mistake"
Barry: "Yeah, she's my daughter. No doubt about it"
Of course mystery girl is Barry's daughter, messing things up runs in the family. Seriouly, what is it with this family and timelines? It's like a freaking family tradition. Are we gonna have Nora-point now? Also, I always expect Nora Allen to pop up in a finale. I guess technically, we've have a Nora Allen in every season finale.
The team's plan to go into DeVoe's mind to defeat him, inception-like, got md so excited. I always find it cheesy to defeat a villain with the power of love, or just looking into their good side, especially after doing nasty and terrible things. However, I loved that Ralph was the key to defeat him.
The Wells stuff got me very emotional. Watching Harry like this was actually sad. There was a moment when I thought he was gonna tell Cisco "you've shown me what it's like to have a son". Their scenes together these past few episodes have been really emotional. Tom's acting was so damn good there and the look on Cisco's face when he saw Harry didn't get his intelligence back was heartbreaking. Cisco's last remark ("It's the end of an era") got me worried. Harry's goodbye seemed genuine, but we've always had a Wells' send-off at the end of each season, so I'm guessing we'll have a different Wells next time around.
One thing that I didn't get was why that Speedforce language wasn't even taken into account. Why the hell would you introduce speed language if not to use it? Definitely, to no avail. Yeah, it's gonna be carried on next season but still. Harry was literally uttering the same words Barry did and that didn't seem relevant to the plot. So, I'm guessing that the Barry from episode 1 came from a post DeVoe time when he made everyone dumb.
Also, if Barry's daughter run back in time to save Barry from dying by hitting the satellite, that can only mean that Iris is indeed, pregnant. Otherwise, she wouldn't exist.
That party in Joe's house was so cute. I loved seeing Wally back but I want him to stay with the Legends. Jenna Marie West was so cute. Barry is her uncle and brother st the same time. Weird. I loved that Cecile's daughter didn't even show up for the birth of her sister. Did the writers just forget about her or what?
I would've liked Marlize to stay. She was one of the highlights this season. She could've just stayed around and become a regular.
I really hope next season improves because the premise is actually quite good. Yeah, the cliffhanger was a bit lame, but still. I remember the writers saying that the fans were gonna be surprised by who mystery girl was because no one was expecting it, lol. I'm dying to know more about Killer Frost.
We Are The Flash! Anxious!
I’m gonna miss Harry but I’m so glad Ralph is back:sob: (not super excited for these next few season tho cause I heard they aren’t as good as they were before, I guess we’ll see)
The Flash certainly has a way with lackluster arc endings... Way too simple and easy.
the best ending I have ever seen.. really. Better than Arrow's.
Well, i guess, im bored....
He predicted everything up to that point but couldn't predict his simple downfall k lul
Although this season was not upto the expectation but this episode was simply awesome it covers for all of it.
It's Good that Ralph is back.Loved the end scene.I've high hopes for season 5. The only thing i hate is that in every season they need a new Harry. She was Barry's daughter i can't believe it Nora Allen named after his mother. It's For Sure that she hates iris.
YAAYYYYYYY RALPH`S BACK!!! And we finally find out who's the mystery girl!!!
where can I watch it?

DeVoe, the supposedly smartest man in the universe, goes out with a whimper when he fails to plan for the possibility of Ralph returning. Which, of course, happens. Which, of course, leads to one of the most anticlimactic ends to a season-long Big Bad in the history of anticlimactic ends to season-long Big Bads. And who knew that his chair had the equivalent of a three-prong outlet built right into the back of it? Meanwhile, Harrison Wells v12 or thereabouts bids a tearful goodbye, leaving fans to wonder about the changes to come with the inevitable Harrison Wells v13 or thereabouts. And we learn the identity of the mysterious cute girl who used to run a whorehouse on BLACK SAILS. And there's no surprise to that reveal, either. But hey, D.A. Cecile Horton has her baby, thus ending that particularly tedious subplot, and Wally makes a cameo as the "Family!" mantra -- heard routinely throughout the Arrowverse on a regular basis -- sends the show off into its hiatus. In short, this was...not good.
