The Turtles are taken across space to the Planet D'Hoonnib - and right into the middle of a Police arrest!
They befriend Professor Honeycutt, alias The Fugitoid, who is being pursued by the military forces of General Blanque. The General wants Honeycutt's teleportation device, perhaps the only way The Turtles will reach Earth again...
Still trapped on D'Hoonnib, the Turtles and The Fugitoid visit a seedy night club in an effort to find transportation off of the Planet. But General Blanque intercepts them, and, in the battle that follows, Fugitoid is captured by another party interested in the teleportation device...
Captured by the Triceratons, the Turtles are used to persuade the Fugitoid to work on his teleportation device. Trapped in a jail cell, the Turtles plot an escape plan. But will it work? And can they get to Fugitoid in time?
