can't believe this has such a high rating. episodes like this are why I loathed so much of the other spinoffs
What did the Horizon have to lose from the weapons upgrade? They may not want to engage the enemy, but where's the harm in upgrading the weapons if that's an option? They don't have to be on the offensive.
Why would the Horizon have the same OS as Enterprise? Either, good for Horizon for having the newest operating system or sorry that Enterprise is running on decades-old software.
Trite. Wrapped up far too quickly.
I'm not any better at writing endings, but I sure as hell won't pass up an opportunity to point out a rushed one.

A side story was boring and really had no depth, it really added nothing to Travis's character that we already didn't know from him being a 'boomer'. B side story I thought was pretty good, especially seeing T'Pol purposely tease Archer and Tucker about her thoughts on movies and Frankenstein. Really, the only reason this episode got any stars at all was because of it.
